Appearance: Onira has... strange hair. His sandy blond strands are almost mythical in their appearance. In the shadows, or just anywhere really, his hair is just, well, regular. Sure it reaches down to his waist, but besides that, it's just normal. However, in the sunlight, the lengthly strands almost glow in their appearance, seemingly absorbing the light and reflecting it in a beautiful shimmer.
Besides this, Onira has simple and plain clothing. He will usually be seen in a white cloak, hanging over a black leather belt, a short-sleeve black T-shirt, a tan-colored pair of pants, and black dress-shoes. Finally, Onira has a small pair of glasses, with a white, almost invisible rim, two tattoed transmutation circles on the palms of his hands, and two small scars on each of his arms where the transmutation circle was placed on his bone. All of these things find themselves on an untrained, weaker build of a body.
Personality: Onira is a strange fellow. His personality is, fluxuating in a way. He's not charismatic when it comes to serious or diplomatic things, but he does have a magnetic attitude when it comes to just talking casually. He is controlled by his logic, but also, he has a sort of spur-of-the-moment personality. However, don't let this throw you off. He's very loyal to those he considers friends, and although it's hard to see when he's having fun, he considers others feelings and health before his own.
History:
The history of the young Onira is a dark, yet unknown one. Well, to him atleast. When Onira was two years old, his family was killed by a group of thugs, who either left him there, or just didn't see him. However, someone saw him. A gifted alchemist, who took him to the floating academy. Because of how young Onira was, this alchemist became the only family he knew.
Onira trained for many years, honing his alchemic skills. For one full year, he spent time learning how to draw perfect transmutation circles, until it became second nature. After this, he went through many drills, day after day, drawing the circles as fast as he could, then transmuting something. This eventually led to more advanced skills, like weapon crafting through alchemy. Although hard work, Onira enjoyed it, knowing he was making his master proud.
After eleven years of continuous alchemic training, Onira's master came upon a terrible illness. Many alchemists tried to transmute it away, but all failed. Lying on his death bed, Onira;s master told him the truth.
"I am not your father. Your real parents were killed on the surface. I don;t know how, but I know they would be proud to see you today."
Thise were the final words spoken by Onira's master. However, although the pain hit hard, Onira continued on through life. For two years, Onira lived in a samll house, by himself, near the school. Sometimes he taught training alchemists a few of his skills, but a lot of his time wasd spent training, and living.
Onira has decided to try the school, studying as an apprentice. Why no one knows, but upon the first in-character post, a new student shall be entering the acadmey by the name of Riekana Onira.

Strengths:
Onira's greatest strength is his skill with alchemy. This skill has provided him with a vast library of knowledge of previous alchemists, but more importantly, the skills and powers to help those in need. These alchemic powers pair nicely with his physical skills and abilities, creating a fast and improvisial foe.
As stated above, what Onira also has going for him is physical ability. He can use powerful attacks, not just poweful, but fast. His game focuses more on speed, but even so, if you were to face him in melee combat, you'd take a few nice hits.
Weaknesses:
Onira's has two great weaknesses. The first, and most prominent in battle, is his lack of thinking on battle. Although he can team up well, this is only because he can take orders. When fighting, although skillful in his movements, they are only so because of much training. He can't exactly plan his attacks, and because of this, he tends to fight off of instinct alone, creating powerful and fast, yet fairly raw moves.
The next weakness is lack of physical endurance. Alhough Onira's spirit never gives up, his body isn't quite as in tune. He can fight a lot, and can do okay in drawn-out battles, but he will go down after a few good hits, meaning he has to make up for it in speed.

- Molding weapon: Creates a weapon out of any substance. Usually stone or metal. This can be used for both handguns and swords and such, but not anything incredibly large like a cannon.
- Wall: The name says it all. A wall will be created, usually with stone or metal.
- Binding substance: This technique has two forms. One is to use the person's own clothes, and the other is to use a substance around them, like the wood on the floor, and stuff like that.
- Repairing: As the name says, this is the act of repairing something through alchemy. Onira is better at using this on regular subtances rather than human substances.
- Bone Spike: A technique Onira is still in the process of mastering. It is only able to be used with his arms because a microscopic transmutation circle has been singed onto the forearm and upper arm bones. This technique simply creates a spike of the bone, very painful to the user but deadly to the opponent.

Appearance: Saisho is a strange creature, but ultimately unremarkable against the many other pets of Arcane Academy (You'll never find Saisho called a "Pet" by Onira, because he considers the creature a companion, not a pet).
The creature itself is merely a large elk with silver fur/hair. The hair creates an unnatural glow whenever it touches sunlight, resembling Onira's own strange reaction. Saisho's horns are not overly large, but fairly regular given he is almost six feet to his shoulders.
Strengths: Saisho has mainly two things going for him. He's fast, and he's got instincts. Naturally, since he's an animal, his senses are much keener than most humans who have adapted to a much more relaxed lifestyle. The speed is fairly easy to understand because, well, this is just a well-built animal.
Weaknesses: Saisho's main weakness is his blood. His lineage is that of an animal, meaning he can not think with the type of brain's humans can. Logic means nothing to the creature, and danger has no judgement. Saisho will ultimately flee from danger he is faced with on his own, but always stay as close to Onira as he can.
