Appearance: There are two sides to Drake. One is his normal side where he appears nothing more then an average person. He has short-length blue hair with silvery highlights to make it shimmer over anything else. Drake’s gray eyes have a sort of icy covering over them as he was gazing from behind a sheet of ice. His clothes are comfortable and well-suited for traveling in harsh conditions. He prefers simple elegance over opulence to make him feel good about himself but, not appear arrogant. His appearance is someone who is slim and average-build but, he also has a very healthy look about him.
The other side to him is one that is referred to as Dark. He has a more imperious style to him and moves with an, elegance and grace that is natural rather then forced. His purple hair is shoulder-length hair and is left to flow freely. His lavender eyes hold deep knowledge one who has been around for a long time. The clothes he wears are of simple elegance and style as well. More importantly however, are his black feathered wings. Giving him the view of a fallen angel rather then a normal human he can call these out or away at a whim.
Personality: Drake has two personalities living in his body and that has made it rather interesting to say the least. His original personality is one who is kind and gentle and has a respect for all that is living. Drake has respect for life and the power of others that he does not have. He has the spark to learn and the desire to learn everything he can especially now that he is far from own where he can experience new things. He understands things with a deep intuition yet at the same time he realizes his own flaws will keep him from learning everything. He has a deep way of thinking and understanding things so he can move on to better things. Those who he realizes are more powerful then him he treats with a respect even if it’s an enemy.
The other side is known only as Dark. He has a flirtatious personality and he lives life as he sees fit rather then what others tell him. A free spirit who constantly strives to take the challenge in things he has far more knowledge then Drake. Having been bond to Drake’s body so that Drake could stay alive has formed a strange bond between the two. Nevertheless Dark doesn’t let that hinder his ambitions and the way he goes about things even if it would get Drake in trouble. He provides advice and has a realist view about the world and understands mortality. Deeply interested in art he has a respect for beautiful things knowing that they should be cherished.
History: Drake was born during the Winter Equinox when a howling snowstorm was screaming outside the warm and comfortable home. He was the firstborn to his parents and they were very glad to have a son in the family. The doctors had said that because of Ivan’s (Drake's Father) injuries the chances of a child was very low and they would be very surprised if one was born. Drake was cherished by his parents who took loving care of their son as he grew. Drake was a smart kid inheriting his parent’s good looks but, also showed a note for having a hard time reading. At first they thought that this was a problem on a mental scale but, a trip to the doctor showed that Drake had trouble reading because of his eyesight. This was corrected simply by having reading glasses given to him at a young age. After which his ability to learn took off at a formidable pace.
However, a second problem would strike Drake at the age of seven he got in a bad accident that injured him badly. His parents were desperate to save their slowly dying son but, knew in order to do so that a necromancer would have to be called upon. Still they went with it and the necromancer saved Drake’s life by binding the soul of a being who is only known as Dark to Drake to revitalize his body and life force. The job done Drake awoke to a second mental presence in his mind. Dark was in his mind and with his presence the previously dormant abilities of Drake sparked awake. The necromancer in his job had done more then he had realized and had given Drake new abilities.
Dark had an incredible amount of knowledge and sensing Drake’s gifts prodded and poked to see where the child had talent. At the age of eight for Drake, Dark had found it. The child would be able to learn arts that were long forgotten in the Russian region. Painfully he tested Drake showing him through their mental sessions on how to perform certain magical abilities and encouraged Drake to learn more. For learning was the ability to move on to new potentials and experience new things. His parents were worried about Drake learning under his new resident but, Dark proved trustworthy enough.
At the age of thirteen Drake and Dark managed a transformation with Drake transforming into the physical form of Dark. This had an interesting effect as Dark was the dominant with his powers surging to the top rather then Drake’s. Both found this rather…interesting to say the least as neither were expecting that this was possible. Still something else was realized by both. If one went out so did the other they were bound to each other by endurance. Dark and Drake carefully trained together as Drake worked on the elements of water and ice rather then the dark element. He was a superb student slowly training in the waters that Dark knew of.
Style: Shinobi Arts - The shinobi arts originally originated in Japan when quiet strikes and attacks were needed to be performed without anyone knowing. The arts focus not only on physical training in being able to move and hide without being noticed but, also mystical training. Shinobi arts focus on a variety of techniques bringing summoning, illusion, physical techniques, chi, and elementalism into the mix. Using symbols with the hands known as seals and sometimes using words the arts can give a variety of interesting and useful techniques. Sometimes neither seals nor words are required it simply boils down to the ability to bring it out through the use of one’s chi. Items are also used to help increase the effectiveness of these abilities.
Strengths: Drake relies on his ability to be versatile understanding that wasting his abilities is often a bad move. With Dark’s guidance he often shifts forms in a bad situation when his techniques are useless. Still Drake has an incredible potential to learn and often uses that to increase his repertoire. Being able to transform between himself and Dark is often an advantage as it keeps him in the fight. His wide range of abilities learned makes him an often dangerous opponent.
Weaknesses: There is a major and KEEN weakness. Dark and Drake may have different abilities but, they are bound to Drake’s endurance and energy. Meaning that if one falls so does the other. And whatever damage one takes so would the other have if Drake transforms into Dark. This means that Drake has to be extra careful when shifting and manage his powers much more carefully. Transformation is also a vulnerable point leaving Drake exposed for roughly three seconds as he shifts over.

This attack can easily drain half of Drake’s energy or more depending if he pours more into it to make it stronger.

This attack drain a light amount of energy since it’s mostly just focusing the water rather then creating it. The attack is close range roughly fifty feet.
[/li][li]Shard Strike – Completing a simple six seal pattern to form the attack a vial of water is opened and the contents flung into the air. They form rapidly into deadly ice shards that fly in the direction the water was flung at. As an alternative water or snow could be kicked up or thrown depending on the surroundings. [/li][li]Fuma Strike – Upon throwing the Fuma Shuriken, Drake can emit special strings from his fingertips to connect to the shuriken. This allows him to change the aim of the shuriken and allow them to come back for multiple passes at the opponent. This attack doesn’t use much energy but, requires concentration.
[/li][li]Chi Strike – Focusing chi to an arm or a leg, Drake can dramatically increase the strength of an attack for a single strike. This attack is often used to gain an edge in a fight or deliver a finishing blow to an enemy. Being as the focus only lasts for a single attack it doesn’t use much energy.
[/li][li]Pressure Shockwave – Focusing energy to his palm Drake lets out a massive thrust to send a pressure shockwave straight at his opponent. This devastating attack can deflect range attacks as it surges towards an opponent. The attack is a close-range cone of thirty-feet but, anything within it is going to feel like it just got hit by a giant sledgehammer. This attack moderately drains Drake’s energy and requires a few seconds to focus the energy for the attack. It lets out a distinct boom noise when it’s performed.

[/li][li]Feather Storm – Imbuing his wings with energy Dark flaps his wings hard in the direction he wants sending a swarm of razor-sharp feathers at an enemy. This is not a precise attack more of an area attack. This attack drains a small amount of energy when used. Dark must use a series of eight hand seals to trigger this attack.
[/li][li]Shadow Bolt – Focusing dark energy into his palm Dark flings it at an enemy letting the spell due the rest. This spell is a homing attack of pure energy and deals moderate damage to an opponent. The homing is not perfect and it can be dodged albeit slightly harder then normal. [/li][li]Darkness Field – A simple illusion this forms a globe of darkness emitting from dark for a radius of fifty meters. Dark can see what happens in this field making it useful for ambushes. This attack does a small amount of energy every round it’s maintained.
[/li][li]Mirror Illusion – A simple and effective technique that creates moving illusions of Dark’s self. This is useful for tripping up an opponent and making him/her wonder where the attack is coming from. As this is simply a visual and audio illusion it doesn’t use much energy.
[/li][li]Darkness Swarm – Attacks with multiple shadow bolts at once that are homing each bolt deals little damage but, on the whole since there are so many the damage rapidly goes up. To use this technique Dark must speak a small chant for a couple seconds to focus the energy and release it. This attack is a moderate energy drain on the caster.

[/li][li]Fuma Shuriken – Originally designed by the Fuma clan these four-bladed shuriken are massive (being a yard across from opposite blade points) compared to normal ones but, are still throwing weapons. Drake only carries four of these on his back.
[/li][li]Cat’s Guards – Nasty gauntlets that also function as forearm guards the claws function much like a cat’s as they are suitable for cutting and maiming. The metal claws can be retracted or drawn out at a special twist in the wrist. More importantly the light-weight but, durable metal does not hinder any use of creating hand seals. These elegant beauties also have panther claws that can be latched on them to improve the striking range and make them more adept at blocking melee attacks or breaking weapons. The panther claws are simply triple-bladed punching daggers adept at blocking melee attacks, breaking weapons, or disarming someone.
