Giving him the view of a fallen angel rather then a normal human he can call these out or away at a whim. He has a deep way of thinking and understanding things so he can move on to better things. Those who he realizes are more powerful then him he treats with a respect even if it’s an enemy. Following his own death at the hands of a foe who he never even learned the name of he has became more alert and more reclusive. He learned the hard way to volunteer when better information was at hand not during a possible suicide. He has learned to appreciate things more then ever and is still adapting to his style of magic.

Dark two has grown over the trials though unlike Drake he hasn't let it affect him nearly as bad.

At first they thought that this was a problem on a mental scale but, a trip to the doctor showed that Drake had trouble reading because of his eyesight. This was corrected simply by having reading glasses given to him at a young age. After which his ability to learn took off at a formidable pace.
However, a second problem would strike Drake at the age of seven he got in a bad accident that injured him badly. His parents were desperate to save their slowly dying son but, knew in order to do so that a necromancer would have to be called upon. Still they went with it and the necromancer saved Drake’s life by binding the soul of a being who is only known as Dark to Drake to revitalize his body and life force. The job done Drake awoke to a second mental presence in his mind. Dark was in his mind and with his presence the previously dormant abilities of Drake sparked awake. The necromancer in his job had done more then he had realized and had given Drake new abilities. The abilities of course was something that not even his parents or Drake himself knew of.
Dark had an incredible amount of knowledge and sensing Drake’s gifts prodded and poked to see where the child had talent. At the age of eight for Drake, Dark had found it. The child would be able to learn arts that were long forgotten in the Russian region. Painfully he tested Drake showing him through their mental sessions on how to perform certain magical abilities and encouraged Drake to learn more. For learning was the ability to move on to new potentials and experience new things. His parents were worried about Drake learning under his new resident but, Dark proved trustworthy enough. There was so many things to learn that Drake knew that he couldn't absorb it all as much as he wanted to.
At the age of thirteen Drake and Dark managed a transformation with Drake transforming into the physical form of Dark. This had an interesting effect as Dark was the dominant with his powers surging to the top rather then Drake’s. Both found this rather…interesting to say the least as neither were expecting that this was possible. Still something else was realized by both. If one went out so did the other they were bound to each other by endurance. Dark and Drake carefully trained together as Drake worked on the elements of water and ice rather then the dark element. He was a superb student slowly training in the waters that Dark knew of.
The two went to the Academy where they met Celeste and formed a fast and wonderful friendship. Celeste not freaked out by the two sides in fact she seemed to welcome the both of them always greeting the other when one was out as well. It was something that both liked to see. There was more to come but, alas it was cut short. Dark and Drake had volunteered to go on a major mission that the Academy had taken part of. During an investigation of the roof the two were instantly killed from madman's electric attack right through the chest. At least they were dead by all rights the body animated by the maniac's lightning ability. Dark seeing the horrible treatment of Celestie and what the man did to her.
Did they want revenge? Yes but, they both knew that the man was far beyond thier abilities at the moment. Despite ascending into the afterlife it appeared thier work wasn't done for someone was calling them back to the world. Celeste was calling thier names and someone was providing the magic. They both learned one thing in that moment. Not even death was permenant because of the powers of magic. The loss of thier old abilities were replaced with new ones Drake being of the light and Dark being of the darkness. Oppisite elements for oppisite personalities it seemed.
Style: Arcane Duelist
Dueling has been around for centuries and has been popular with people for generations. Seen as a noble way of fighting dueling has been encouraged for generations as a non-lethal way to settle things. The arcane duelist like the traditional sword or gun duelist relies on wit and cunning just as much as he relies on abilities. He or she trains as well becoming dedicated duelers making them excellent in both close combat and ranged combat. However, thier dedication limits too much branching off of magic and thus typically focus on a single element. Drake is a Celestial Duelist using the element of Light in addition to his abilities. Dark is a Shadow Duelist using the element of Darkness in addition to his abilities. Thier elements also decide the support spells they have.
Strengths: Drake relies on his ability to be versatile understanding that wasting his abilities is often a bad move. Still Drake has an incredible potential to learn and often uses that to increase his repertoire. Being able to transform between himself and Dark is often an advantage as it keeps him in the fight. His wide range of abilities learned makes him an often dangerous opponent.
Weaknesses: The key note between Drake and Dark is that they are bonded. Meaning if one is knocked out so is the other consequently if one is killed so is the other. Also keep in mind that the wings if out can be a vulnerable point so they have to be careful when flying. Transformation is also a vulnerable point leaving Drake exposed for roughly three seconds as he shifts over. Also Drake can not use Dark's spells just like Dark can't use Drake's spells.

This could also be used to focus chi to both legs for a brief sprint of speed.
[/li][li]Heaven Fire - The oppisite of Nether Fire the beautiful white flames can be used with the same creativitiy and usage as Nether Fire. In addition Heaven Fire can be used to channel positive emotions into a person to help them. Heaven Fire uses a small amount of energy at first but, like Nether Fire uses more energy for more powerful.
[/li][li]Celestial Light - Releasing a bolt of pure golden light energy the bolt can have two effects. The first is that it can be used as an offensive concussive blast also dealing double damage to evil and undead creatures also granting short stun. The other effect is that it can be used to heal up to small to moderate wounds as well as removing poison and paralytic effects. This spell uses a small amount of energy and the ray can be dodged.
[/li][li]Defense Screen - Drake can focus a small amount of energy and pull off a defensive force screen that lasts for a short period of time. The screen gaurds Drake in a one-hundred-eighty degree semi-circle extending two meters out and facing whatever direction Drake is facing. Keep in mind that an overwhelming attack can shatter the spell.
[/li][li]Duelist Vow - Drake can designate one opponent and gain's special bonuses (+2 to Strength, Endurance, Dexterity) during this time Drake must fight the opponent to the finish. There is an exactness to this vow Drake will have perception in knowing where his opponent so long as it is within fifty meters. The vow is exact the duelist instnatly losing the benifits should he change his focus to another target and attack. Duelist Vow uses a small amount of energy to activate and last's until the battle is over or until it is broken.
[/li][li]Dispel - A simple spell in usage Dispel is used to get rid of magical effects on a single target. It's a single dispelling energy using a small amount of energy. The problem is that Drake must physically touch the target for the effect to take place. It can be used on himself. Dispel is just a simple rudimentary spell and can't be used to dispel effects higher then Drake's level. Keep in mind should it connect with a defensive spell that spell is dispelled period.
[/li][li]Percision Strike - Shifting through his enemie's gaurd Drake can quickly stab a percise strike to hinder his enemy. The percision coming from a single focus on percognition to see a few moments ahead. This dramatically enhances Drake's accuracy for a single strike and is often used to break through a gaurd. In addition the blades are charged with a glowing energy used to pierce through defenses for a wounding blow.
[/li][li]Celestial Arrows - Focusing holy energy to his blades they glow a pale golden glow and then Drake follows with two quick slashes. The results is a hail of golden arrows streaking at a single target or a group of targets a max of four arrows hitting. Being holy energy they do double damage to evil and undead creatures. While using a small amount of energy for small groups (1-3) the more targets added the more energy it takes.

[/li][li]Starfall - Drawing a symbol in the air Dark causes a rain of pale purple bolts in the form of shooting stars to rain down on an enemy or group of enemies. The damage is dealt through a combination of impact speed and spell damage being a non-elemental attack. The attack uses a moderate amount of energy if used against a large group and a small amount against a trio or less. The attack comes in four waves at Dark's current level.
[/li][li]Shadow Crescent - Giving his own swords a ranged attack Dark charges them with a small amount of energy causing the blades to take a pale black glow. Kind of like a black light sort of glow. Making a fast slash the energy comes off in a razor-sharp crescent wave. Dark chooses when to let the energy go off often making it a tricky for an opponent to know when to dodge and what the range is. As an option Dark can temporarily increase the length of his blades to double without making them heavier.
[/li][li]Mirror Image - This is a purely tough move on an opponent taking a small amount of energy for a short time Dark creates mirror images of himself. The difference though is that what seems to be illusions can also make attacks and strike at an opponent. Nevermind the fact that the opponent could be wasting their energy on a fake rather then the real one. Dark's current level means he can only create two mirror images.
[/li][li]Nether Fire - Dark has gained the ability to use Nether Fire the black flames capable of quite a bit of creativity. Dark could engulf his blades in flames. Enhance his ranged attacks with the black flames. Attack with the flames themselves the creativity is truly endless the rule of thumb for Nether Fire being it uses a small amount of energy at first. Yet that means that fueling more energy to the spell means more powerful flames.
[/li][li]Shadow Walk - It is said that the most deadly attacks are the silent ones from the shadows. Dark spends a small amount of energy to dissapear visably and gain silent movement. The invisability and silence has a catch though in that during attacks it is temporarily broken before fading away again. Dark can end the spell voluntarily. The drain is a small and content drain. In addition when using this ability Dark can teleport from shadow to shadow using very little energy.
[/li][li]Shadow Needles - Dark unleashes a storm of shadow-like needles by flapping his wings hard. They imbed in an opponent and immediatly set to work in hindering movements and restricting them making it harder to use muscles through paralysis energies. These energies working into the nerves and slowing reaction until it takes full effect (-2 to Strength and Dexterity with an additional -1 to both stats each post round until it reaches -6 to both stats). The spell can not be stacked for repeated effects. The paralysis wears off a few minutes after reaching it's peak.

Mithral Chainmail is not only lightweight in not hindering the wearer's movements but, it still is tough as steel and provides ample protection. The armor has been modified so the wings can be extended. Other words it functions just like normal armor in every regard worn under clothing since it's so lightwieght.
[/li][li]Customized .357 Magnums "Angel Wings" - Beautiful silver plated magnums these weapons are hand cannons so to speak capable of putting a hole in someone easily. The weapons are customized in the sense that they have much more density in them making them wonderful blocking weapons. Thicker barrels were put in as well to make them more durable. The magnums use standard ammunition or silver ammunition.
[/li][li]Duelist Blades - Elegant and beautiful longswords with specially crafted hand gaurds that completely cover the hand, these are Drake's new weapon of choice. These light weapons are elegant and deadly taking advantage of dexterous strikes over over-powering blows. Long sword length the gaurds have specialized grips allowing Drake or Dark to wield them more gracefully and more accurately. These durable weapons are made of folded laminated steel with special magical treatments making them sharper and more resistant to attacks. In addition a mirror-like coating was added to them to allow a quick user to deflect spells.

Note: Transformation takes up no energy simply requires Drake to concentrate to transform into Dark and the same for the reverse. Also Dark and Drake have wings that they can call and dismiss at a whim without using up any energy. Drake also carries chakrams, shuriken, various daggers, smoke bombs, light bombs, and grenades in varied amounts (within reason). Newer clothes being of durable leather craft have various pockets and pouches a good number of them hidden. The guns and blades are worn on a belt that has a couple pouches in the back as well.

[/li][li]Percision Strike - Shifting through his enemie's gaurd Drake can quickly stab a percise strike to hinder his enemy. The percision coming from a single focus on percognition to see a few moments ahead. This dramatically enhances Drake's accuracy for a single strike and is often used to break through a gaurd. In addition the blades are charged with a glowing energy used to pierce through defenses for a wounding blow.
[/li][li]Celestial Arrows - Focusing holy energy to his blades they glow a pale golden glow and then Drake follows with two quick slashes. The results is a hail of golden arrows streaking at a single target or a group of targets a max of four arrows hitting. Being holy energy they do double damage to evil and undead creatures. While using a small amount of energy for small groups (1-3) the more targets added the more energy it takes.

[/li][li]Chi Strike – Focusing chi to an arm or a leg, Dark can dramatically increase the strength of an attack for a single strike. This attack is often used to gain an edge in a fight or deliver a finishing blow to an enemy. Being as the focus only lasts for a single attack it doesn’t use much energy. This could also be used to focus chi to both legs for a brief sprint of speed.
[/li][li]Faint Attack - An elegant manuever Dark charges at an opponent and then flickers out of the way at the last second striking at a flank or from behind. This is a near instaneous manuever being a trigger teleport with a short range. This manuever is also used to duck out of the way of attacks and go for a powerful blow.
[/li][li]Starfall - Drawing a symbol in the air Dark causes a rain of pale purple bolts in the form of shooting stars to rain down on an enemy or group of enemies. The damage is dealt through a combination of impact speed and spell damage being a non-elemental attack. The attack uses a moderate amount of energy if used against a large group and a small amount against a trio or less. The attack comes in four waves at Dark's current level.
[/li][li]Shadow Crescent - Giving his own swords a ranged attack Dark charges them with a small amount of energy causing the blades to take a pale black glow. Kind of like a black light sort of glow. Making a fast slash the energy comes off in a razor-sharp crescent wave. Dark chooses when to let the energy go off often making it a tricky for an opponent to know when to dodge and what the range is. As an option Dark can temporarily increase the length of his blades to double without making them heavier.
[/li][li]Mirror Image - This is a purely tough move on an opponent taking a small amount of energy for a short time Dark creates mirror images of himself. The difference though is that what seems to be illusions can also make attacks and strike at an opponent. Nevermind the fact that the opponent could be wasting their energy on a fake rather then the real one. Dark's current level means he can only create two mirror images.
[/li][li]Nether Fire - Dark has gained the ability to use Nether Fire the black flames capable of quite a bit of creativity. Dark could engulf his blades in flames. Enhance his ranged attacks with the black flames. Attack with the flames themselves the creativity is truly endless the rule of thumb for Nether Fire being it uses a small amount of energy at first. Yet that means that fueling more energy to the spell means more powerful flames.
[/li][li]Shadow Walk - It is said that the most deadly attacks are the silent ones from the shadows. Dark spends a small amount of energy to dissapear visably and gain silent movement. The invisability and silence has a catch though in that during attacks it is temporarily broken before fading away again. Dark can end the spell voluntarily. The drain is a small and content drain. In addition when using this ability Dark can teleport from shadow to shadow using very little energy.
[/li][li]Shadow Needles - Dark unleashes a storm of shadow-like needles by flapping his wings hard. They imbed in an opponent and immediatly set to work in hindering movements and restricting them making it harder to use muscles through paralysis energies. These energies working into the nerves and slowing reaction until it takes full effect (-2 to Strength and Dexterity with an additional -1 to both stats each post round until it reaches -6 to both stats). The spell can not be stacked for repeated effects. The paralysis wears off a few minutes after reaching it's peak.

[/li][li]Mithral Chainmail - Stunning and beautiful armor that is extremely lightweight this armor is said to be in the hands of very few people. Mithral Chainmail is not only lightweight in not hindering the wearer's movements but, it still is tough as steel and provides ample protection. The armor has been modified so the wings can be extended. Other words it functions just like normal armor in every regard worn under clothing since it's so lightwieght.
[/li][li]Customized .357 Magnums "Angel Wings" - Beautiful silver plated magnums these weapons are hand cannons so to speak capable of putting a hole in someone easily. The weapons are customized in the sense that they have much more density in them making them wonderful blocking weapons. Thicker barrels were put in as well to make them more durable. The magnums use standard ammunition or silver ammunition.
[/li][li]Duelist Blades - Elegant and beautiful longswords with specially crafted hand gaurds that completely cover the hand, these are Drake's new weapon of choice. These light weapons are elegant and deadly taking advantage of dexterous strikes over over-powering blows. Long sword length the gaurds have specialized grips allowing Drake or Dark to wield them more gracefully and more accurately. These durable weapons are made of folded laminated steel with special magical treatments making them sharper and more resistant to attacks. In addition a mirror-like coating was added to them to allow a quick user to deflect spells.

Note: Transformation takes up no energy simply requires Drake to concentrate to transform into Dark and the same for the reverse. Also Dark and Drake have wings that they can call and dismiss at a whim without using up any energy. Drake also carries chakrams, shuriken, various daggers, smoke bombs, light bombs, and grenades in varied amounts (within reason). Newer clothes being of durable leather craft have various pockets and pouches a good number of them hidden. The guns and blades are worn on a belt that has a couple pouches in the back as well.
