To say the least staying outside on 'guard' duty was the best thing Junpei Taltos could have ever done. For not minutes after he had done so he heard deafening explosion erupt behind him. Turning on his heals Junpei watched in horror as a fireball erupted from the maw of a black dragon. Junpei nearly took a direct hit as the troops in front of him were decimated. Luckily Junpei had found a medical team and was now back to peak condition, that medical team was now ash.
Without a second thought his anger snapped and the once happy go lucky Junpei was threatening to burst with rage. Quickly flipping out his dagger Junpei traced the blade over his left palm, matching hundreds of other white lines. In an instant the blood was flowing free and Junpei placed one hand over the other. The blood dripped to the ground and soon Harlow, the Forsaken Angel arose, short sword and fiery longsword with him. Without a second thought the fallen angel arose and would soon engage the dragon from the air, dodging fiery breath and just being a general pest.
Junpei meanwhile saw Hakfu, a new friend, rush out to ask for help. Since the dragon was visible to Junpei, the base now ruble, Junpei could only smile and nod, a sadistic smile one might add. Junpei already had his right arm engulfed in Nether Fire when he simply cocked it back and then unleash the spell. Soon after another enlarging spell aided it and the massive ball of black fire, able to burn even this dragon, lashed out. Of course it wouldn't kill the thing, far from it, but it would serve a useful purpose. The mind controlled Nether fire would wrap around the dragon's leg, and soon after Junpei would let forth a booming scream that would be enlarged thanks to the enlarging spell still in effect. His voice would effectively deafen most in close range, temporarily of course, and cause a thunderous roar to take over the land.
"NETHER FLARE!"
If the dragon couldn't shake the fire, or find some way out of it's clingy nature the fire would instantly compress against the dragon's leg, seeping into the skin of the dragon it would then come to a single point before exploding outward. The force from such a blast would knock all of them flat on the ground, and leave Junpei with about 4% of his total energy, just enough to live. The Dragon however would be left with a stump for a right front leg, and the blood loss from that wound would flow freely. The effects of Nether Flare would then kick in, as an ashen shower fell to earth.
"Yeah.. I'll take you up on that offer.
With that Junpei would fall to his knees and then finally face forward to the ground to fall into his own blood from the previous summon.
