Junpei smiled to Phaedra as the small summon Ziare had brought up helped her out. It appeared that Ziare had grown in power as well, or maybe it was just the look in her eyes that told him she had grown stronger because of something. Either way he was happy to know that she could at least come to his class. Yes he had heard about Jyo, about the coma he was in now, and he deeply sorrowed the poor girl. She was strong though, stronger than Junpei could have been if Phaedra were in that situation.
Moving to the back of the room as the others practiced their nether fire spells with varying degrees of success, Junpei was surprised to see the panther doing a full blown fire when he walked by, he moved to talk with Bryon. What they sad was hushed and sounded important with 'Marked for..' and 'Will let you know...' thrown in here and there. Junpei nodded as they finished and moved back to the head of the class.
Turning back to face all of them as they finished up Junpei gave them a warm smile, time for the really fun stuff. Customizing each person's spell was going to be tough. For Phaedra the obvious choice was to wrap her blade in the Nether Fire and create a new attack for her. He could easily aid her in this since his own sword could do the same thing. For Darian it was a matter of making a shell with the Nether Fire properties in it... Nether Flare might suit him better, make an area effect shell. For Shae it was going to be a simple matter of using the gems more effectively. For Ziare it was going to remain the same, no change, except maybe adapt to her warmer personality.
"OK class, now I will go one by one and teach you how to customize the spell you just learned to your specific magic style. We'll start with Phaedra and I'll work my way around the class to you Ziare. While your waiting please practice the Nether Fire spell, try to make it dance on the ends of your fingers, it'll help build control."
Junpei got up and moved over to Phae, ready to help her create a blade attack. He smiled at her as he reached her.
"Hey, you OK?"
He said leaning in softly, so it would appear he was simply aiding her, showing her a precise something, and whispered.
"You had me scared there a moment, just try and be more careful Mmk?"
He gave her a smile and then kneed down in front of her desk, looking at her sword he nodded to it.
"I think a simple Nether Fire wrap will work best for this don't you? If you think so, go ahead and show me."

Phae felt the comfort coming off of Junpei easily as he came up to her. That was one thing about her fiance he could definatly cheer her up just by a touch or by being close by. She smiled as he leaned in and asked her questions.
"I'm okay. Perhaps we can talk about it later." she said softly so only he could hear. "I promise to be more careful, I"m sorry. I hope you forgive me. You're doing great by the way.. teach."
She chuckled as he moved around to kneel in front of her. She concentrated for a moment. Not letting her emotions take control this time she just picked one thing. The emotion of lonliness. With her sword in her hand it was easy to push the emotions and the nether fire spell onto the blade.
Her pale hand errupted in flames for a moment before the flames began to spiral down the blade. It looked to Phae like it was her Inferno spell except that it was black flames that licked her blade. She smiled brightly at Junpei getting the spell done easily she winked at him and mouthed...'I love you' to him before canceling the spell.
"That right teach?" she asked happily.

Junpei watched as she did exactly as he said, adapting the spell to suit her abilities. She was very good with the Nether ire, drawing off the pain she had felt when he was gone. Sadly it was a good catalyst for her and she could easily focus on it. For black magic it seemed that pain was a key, and the heart was the lock that had to be opened. Junpei sighed a bit and mouthed back 'I love you to'.
Next he got up and moved over to Darian, kneeling before his desk he grinned a bit and took in a deep breath. This one might be difficult, having to imbune his shells and what not. It would definitely be a trick to do so.
"OK, for you... I think I will be talking to you privately. Just practice Nether Fire a LOT over the next couple days. I'll send a note to your room when I 'm ready for you."
Getting up Junpei slid over to Shae, smiling he rested one arm on her desk and the other on at his side.
"So, think you know what you can do with yours yet?"
Junpei nodded as he took in what she had found out about her jewels and then smiled, giving her a nod he moved to the front of the class, knowing full well that Ziare would be able to handle the nether fire spell. Taking a deep breath Junpei cleared his throat and continued, time to move onto some of the boring but practical stuff.
"OK, what I'm about to teach you is some simple household spells, many of these can tie their roots into summing and as such are a good starting point. Now, summoning is the art of calling a creature or object to us from any given point of space time. Meaning that if you want to summon something from the past you mus first know the exact time and place that object would be. Obviously we run into issues such as time line chaos and such. Please, for your own good, do not try to summon from another point in time. Focus purely on the present. NOW, let's move on. The first practical cleaning spell is a simple stacking spell that moves books into place and stacks them neatly. Knowing half the class I know the number of books we all probably have. Now the first part is simple, imagining where you want the books to."
Junpei looked at his desk then at all the books in the room.
"Then all you have to do is imagine them there and say a quick word. Staccio!"
Instantly all the books in the room appeared on Junpei's desk, stacked neatly and orderly.
"Reverse!"
All the books reappeared on their respective desks, opened to the right pages.
"Now you won't be able to use this level of skill immediately, but just try and do it as best you can. All it really is is imagining the book and where you want them, the spell handles the rest. The trick however, is to imagine the books themselves as your medium."

Lovely an afterclass session damn it to hell.........Darian thought to himself as he considered the possibilities for a moment and gazed at the ceiling and sighed. At least Shea is hot as hell...
Beyond hot.......
Bed yeah..........He heard the next spell come up. Cleaning spells. Basis of summoning. Darian twitched slightly as he looked at it for a moment and shook his head. He already knew his results would be disasterous. Still he focused his magic and said the word. "STACCIO!" The books came....at him....... SHIT!WHAP! WHAP! BAM! WHAP! SMACK!Ouch....
BY ALL THAT IS EVIL WHY ME?! He gave a sigh as he thought of the reverse spell. He concentrated for a moment and he spoke the word. "REVERSE!" Yeah this wasn't going to be pretty....the books rose up but, there was a catch. Darian didn't really get these simple spells so they teleported all right. But, Darian's book? Well it landed on his chest. "OMPH!" The other's were just fine. It appeared that these spells didn't like Darian.

WHAP WHAP WHAP WHAP WHAP!
Shea couldn't help but wince and turn her head slowly to see that Darian had indeed tried the spell and failed yet passed at the same time. Yes somehow he had managed to get every book to him but at the same time they all flew right into him hitting him hard and it sounded painful.
She raised a brow and extended a hand to him for a moment trying hard not to laugh. But the fact that she had held back when he shot himself with the bullet. And now it was coming back up and so did her laugh. A wholehearted laugh extended forth from the raven headed girl as she shook her head. Poor Darian.
Calming down now she knew it was her turn to try the spell. She sighed for a moment and thought hard. She wanted to get this right but she wasn't a summoner she was a jewel mage and had taken this class to tap into her onyx stone.
She took a deep breath as her right hand went up to the stone in her cartlidge she concentrated on focusing through the stone. She took another breath...
"STACCIO!" she said as she sat her hand down on the desk. Her book and Darian's book came to her desk but the rest only moved a little. She opened her eyes.
"Reverse!" she said and Darian's book went back to his desk. She looked up at Mr. Taltos.
"Guess..it takes some practice?" she asked hopeful.

Ziare watched as the redhead completed the Nether Fire spell on her blade. She was a good mage. Apparently, she had lived through some immense pain to be able to call the huge spell from earlier and Ziare in a way pitied anyone that had to live through so much.
She saw the look on Junpei's face and had a feeling that it was something that either he had caused or they had gone through together. Thanking the creator for giving her good hearing and for the luck to sit in front of the girl she could hear the small murmurrs offered back and forth and thought it was cute. She knew that if she was teaching and Jyo took her class she would be the very same way no questions asked.
Wincing harshly as the GunMage took five books to the face she chuckled gently her ice blue eyes alight for only a moment before going back to the cool demeanor she had when in a serious class. Though over all with the strain she was under and the absence of Jyo she had become a bit cooler in attitude but she was still the same funloving Ziare on the inside.
The jewelmage however, it seemed had a much easier time of it. Not getting all the books but getting the two closest ones to land on her desk stacked properly was very good in her mind. Considering the woman was a jewel mage and not a summoner.
Her turn. Well this spell was definatly easy. She concentrated her focus and Kaladra hopped off her shoulder and flew to the teachers desk sinking her claws into the wooden desk for a perch for a moment.
"Staccio." she said softly and the books in the room flew into a stack under her hand that hovered over the table. She opened her eyes and smiled.
"Reverse." she said and the books went back with ease.
Well that was that. She wasn't arrogant. No that wasn't it at all. She just knew what she was doing. She was a summoner. She was currently The Sorcorer of Summoning at the Arcane Academy.

Phae watched as the young little girl in the kimono came over to her and took her hand gently. There was something about the girl that had Phae in utter shock becuase this girl.. she had come out of no where. Just how many summons did the woman in front of her have. She could instantly feel the flow of mana coursing through her body and she smiled at the feel of it healing her internal exhaustions from the spell.
She turned her attentions back to Junpei when he began explaining their first spell that had the basics of summoning in it. She watched as of course Junpei being a summoner himself pulled it off with ease and then some sending the books back to their original positions. She smiled having seen him work it before in their room.
One after the other the students began to try this spell but truth was she didnt' know how she would pull it off at all. She winced and she chuckled happily as the books hit the GunMage in the face. It was just too funny. She closed her eyes for a moment as he tried to send the books back. The jewel mage seemed worried for the boy but Phae couldn't blame her the boy seemed to have a never ending unlucky streak today.
Then it was the summoners turn and of course with it seemed practiced ease the books came under her hand before they shot back to thier original place. Wow.. why was she in here again?
So it was her turn now. Phae bit her lip and put her hand on the hilt of her sword. She closed her eyes and focused on the spell.
"Staccio." she said softly.
The books didn't move. Crap! She sighed and closed her eyes again and tried again.
"Staccio!" she said a bit louder again nothing moved.
She sighed and looked up at Junpei and shook her head at him. She couldn't do this. Not here anyway. She bit her lower lip.
"Looks like it's a no go." she chuckled.
