Junpei neatly and clearly wrote out his name on the blackboard at the back of the class. In the back of the room sat his supervisor, a one Bryon. He was to make sure Junpei did a good job of teaching and discussing today. Junpei had a simple lesson plan set out. A bit of nether fire studying followed by a few simple household spells and then he'd move onto a quick summoning spell. Sitting on the head desk was a set of books, all the same, all were hard bound red books. On the fronts were an imprint of a summoning circle with runes around the edge. There were five books, one for Junpei and four for those that had signed into his class.
"Only a minute or so now..."
He said finishing off his name. He turned back to the class and made sure that only four desks were set out, each about the size of a card table they were perfect for everything they would be doing today. In the center of each was a premade summoning card and several candles, black candles. Bryon stood up and left, excusing himself to go take care of some paperwork. Nothing to bad could happen in the first ten minutes right?
Let's see... on the roster today we have... Dear lord in heaven am I in trouble.
At the top of the list sat Phaedra Weiss, the name of his wife to be. Below that sat a man by the name of Darian, then a Shae, and finally an old friend, a one Ziare. He smiled and checked off the top name, knowing she would be here. Now all that was required was that the other three show up. He hadn't seen Ziare in such a long time, he would have to arrange a meeting for him and Phaedra with her.

Phae hummed to herself as she made her way down the hall. She looked down at her watch she was several minutes early as she had intended to be. As usual she was dressed in a skirt. A blue jean skirt with a white lace ruffle at the bottom that was short as usual exposing her toned thigh up to six inches above the knee. She was semi recreating an out fit for Jun.. the one he had drooled over on the train to Berlin. On her torso was a red camisole of lace that covered her tightly and on top of that was a black short sleeve collared button down shirt. The shirt only buttoned across her stomach to accentuate her natural.. assets as she opened the door and stepped into Junpei's first class.
She walked down the isle between the two sets of desks her eyes intent on the man in the front of the room. Her engagement ring caught the light on her left hand as she tucked her dark red hair behind her pale ear.
"Morning.. teach." she said seductivly as she pulled herself up on his desk setting her sword to the side by unclasping it from the belt on her hip.
She reached forward grabbing him gently by the front of his shirt that certain gleam in her eye as she pulled him to her. She was a strong girl. She worked out often and ate little. She was toned and feminine and she could turn Junpei on with a snap of her fingers. She pulled him forward and grinned up at him. She pressed her lips against his in a deep and passionate kiss. Her arms wrapped around his neck as she pulled herself up against him.

Junpei looked up from the roster just as he was setting it down on the desk and saw a very attractive Phaedra Weiss walking to wards him. Sorry, make that a very very attractive and very very seductive Phaedra Weiss walking his way. He couldn't help but roam his eyes over her frame once before he shook his head, trying to keep on task. Oh god why had he let her in this class? Sure she would actually learn something but would she be wearing that all day? It was going to be a fast if not at all dinner tonight.
"Hello Ms. Weiss any seat you would like is availa-"
His words were cut off as she grabbed a hold of his shirt and pulled him sharply into a deep and passionate kiss, obviously still happy about the news that her fiance' would be teaching now. He quickly pulled back and bit her lower lip a bit hard, showing his possessive nature over her off. He straightened up and smoothed out the front of his black dress shirt and then ran a hand down to smooth out his black dress pants as well. Clearing his throat he spoke, nothing above a whisper though.
"You are in deep trouble for that. If my supervisor had been in here... I wouldn't have given a damn but still, wait till after class and then I'm free."
He leaned forward and put his arms around her waist, helping her off the desk he gave her one last little kiss before sending her off to her desk, not without a slight pinch to her butt though, which would have her moving twice as fast and wishing for class to end twice as fast. Almost on cue Bryon appeared back in the classroom with a clipboard and sat back down, taking up his chair in the back left hand corner of the room.
"Alright we still got five minutes left. Let's see who's willing."

So this is it?
You were expecting more?
After learning under Sirius I'm not sure.
You learned under him?
Yeah...
Darian was wearing just his Forest Raven and the Dumonte Gun Blade for weapons amazingly lightly-armed for the typical Gun Mage. Sirius' Medallion and the Bullet Necklace hung from his neck as he considered what he had learned recently. Even Orchid had finally shown off some incredible powers. Incredible indeed to Darian who wasn't expecting the cat to be so powerful. He shook his head for a moment as he walked with Orchid walking beside him. Darian had been rapidly expanding his arsenal even finally learning to tap into the jewel around his neck. A special gift from the love of his life.
He opened the door seeing Phae from a previous class who he nodded to for a moment as he turned his Hazel eyes towards the man in front of him. Junpei. He had heard of the man. Then again Darian had learned quite a few things since he had first arrived at the academy. Not all of them were of course pleasent. He wore elegant black slacks with gold trim his boots shined to a polish. His long-sleeve shirt was a black silk with gold embroidered cuffs that showed he was with wealth. He wore a jacket as well that was similar to the shirt and also having gold plated buttons. But, he had left that open. Darian also wore a special belt that had numerous poaches but, it was more for efficiency then style.
"Good morning sir."
A French accent one that seemed to roll with the vowels as the intelligent black leopard beside him looked up. The cat was wearing the stunning black leather and gem-studded collar a large amethyst at the throat. Hazel eyes and feline eyes studied Junpei for a moment.

Junpei and Bryon both watched as soon a second student entered the classroom. He was obviously wealthy from his dress... that or he was a skilled alchemist, but the guns at his sides betrayed that. He was most definitely a gun mage, like another Junpei had heard of here... what was his name again... it was on the tip of his- Midnight! That had been the other gun mages name. Junpei gave the new student a nod and a short 'good morning' before leaning over his desk and checking off Darian.
Bryon meanwhile scribbled something down and Junpei didn't even flinch, just took it as a mark of his teaching growth and went back to work. He grabbed up the book in his arm, setting one down for himself he moved about the room. He set a book on each desk, the freshly cleaned covers worn smooth threw the years but a simple cleaning spells had cleared them right up. Now they looked brand new and by all accounts they were. Junpei had gone threw and picked out these five as they were in the best condition. No ripped or torn pages, no missing pages, a simple cleaning spell had revitalized the old books. Junpei set the last book on Phaedra's desk and locked eyes with her before moving back to the desk.

Shea walked through the halls at a very fast rate. She had been in an empty room practicing her dancing her ballet mostly she was trying to find a way to mingle her magic and her dancing in one production. Not that she was going to put on a show but she definatly wanted to get it right.
She hadn't even had time to change. She was still wearing her black tightly and her very short sheer black skirt that had strips of blue running through it of the same sheer fabric. She skirt only came to about nine inches above her knee her toned dancer legs displayed by the tights. She hated leotards found them right annoying and preffered the tight fitted form gluing tank tops with the spaghetti straps to anything else. Thus she wore a black tank under a blue tank. The outfit hugged her as most of her dancing out fits did. Her hair was up in a pony tail still the raven black silk swinging from side to side.
As normal she had on all her jewels she used to cast magic and Bella her familiar dogged her steps in kitten form at the moment. She pulled open the door and after a nod to the professor in the back she walked in pulling her hair down from her pony tail the silk fell like a curtain down around her body. She took her seat in front of Darian. She smiled at Darian as she passed. Bella climbed up on the table and curled up into a little white ball. Shea sat her dance bag down on the side of her desk on the isle side and sat back.
"Good morning, Professor." she said in her quiet and sweet voice as she took the book off her desk and opened it for a moment letting her hands run over the pages.

The third student came in, and Junpei marked off the name Shae on the list. All that was left was miss Ziare, one of his first friends here at Arcane. For now though he focused on Shae, studying her for a moment he could see the numerous pieces of jewelry and the assortment of colors. She must either be very rich as the gun mage or use those in her magic. Where had he heard of that type of magic before.
Pulling out a private book he had in the desk Junpei flipped it open to a marked page and began reading, slowly he nodded and then closed the book. So she was a jewel mage. She seemed about the same age as Phaedra, although to Junpei no other women could compare, his eyes still drifted over her frame still examining the jewelry.
His eyes rolled back over to Phaedra and he gave her a smile before looking back down at the list and then checking the time. One minute to go, as soon as Ziare got here they would start.

It was cold these days. At least to the long blonde headed woman that now walked the halls. Since having begun living in the hospital wing because of Jyo's coma she had lost a bit of weight and already being a relatively thin girl she was now cold most of the time. Thus wearing blue jeans of the light color and a pink turtle neck sweater she walked down the halls of the Arcane Academy.
Since Jyo's hospitalization there were so many students that she had yet to meet or didn't know. But she would have time.. eventually right now there was really only one thing on her mind and that was Jyo. Her calf length platinum blonde hair was like shining silk as she walked. She had never cut it in her life only chosing to trim it every so often. The necklace Jyo had made for her still encircled her neck. And Kaladra her phoenix was on her shoulder.
Her long pale fingers wrapped around the door knob and with a twist the door opened and her ice blue eyes scanned the unknown students of the class. She did however know Junpei though she hadn't seen him in some time. She closed the door behind her and took the last remaining seat.
"Good morning, Mr. Taltos." she said in her soft cool voice.
Ziare was a summoner and the highest student mage on campus at the moment. That was her magic.. summoning and nothing else. She was eager to see what Junpei had learned since their last meeting and eager to see what the boy had done with his shortened life span. But she had to admit.. there was something different about him. Was he.. happy? She thought back to the time they had met in the garden outside the academy and how he had been very depressed. But he had changed and that made a small smile cross Ziare's face.
Sitting down at her desk she was ready to summon. She was highly advanced in that she only had to think of her summon and it would come. She remembered when she actually had to concentrate and try summoning .. when she actually had to say her summons name. Now it was merely a thought and they were there.

Junpei looked up as Ziare entered, finishing off the last paragraph he wanted to read. He smiled and left the book open to a page on summoning, although no student would be able to see what the summon was. From where they sat they would be able to make out a thin red line on the page, where a picture obviously began and had an awful lot of red in it. Junpei walked around to the front of the desk an leaned back against it, taking a very relaxed position. He crossed his arms over his chest and took one last look at the students in his class. Two he knew, two he didn't, he felt pretty confident now, after all he had the moral support of his fiance'.
"Welcome, many of you are here because you wish to delve more deeply into summoning. However not all of you can be expert summoners, so I am also teaching you some basic black magic that can greatly aid you in a life or death situation."
Junpei looked over each student once more, taking in their strengths from what he knew of their magic types. Phaedra would be an excellent channeler for the dark magic but her summoning would be difficult. The gun mage would be totally knew to him, as well as the Jewel mage, both of the would take some time. Ziare would have no problem with the summon he had chosen for them, but her attack magic would lack. Junpei however was teaching and so had a mastery of all things he would be teaching.
"To start, why don't I get each of you to show me your area of expertise."
With a wave of his hand Junpei teleported in four targets, each a simple ring target with a bullseye in the center. Each one was about three feet off the ground and resting against the back of the class,, they would hold up to any attack thrown at them thanks to Bryon putting up a barrier spell behind them.

Phae couldn't help but smile up at Junpei the way he broke the kiss reaffirming his place and controler in the relationship. She loved this stuff. Because each time she challenged his authority like this he put her back in her place again. It was the game they played often and he had brought it to class.. er well only because she had started it.
After he whispered to her a blush crossed her face. Though she knew Junpei inside and out and she knew that her little move would have sent his mind reeling with just how fast the class could be concluded. He lifted her up and set her down pinching her butt. She turned with an evil grin that told him he best watch it or else. She turned and moved.. very sexily to her desk and sat down.
Her sword now attatched to her hip where it belonged as she sat back and waited her eyes never leaving to love of her life. She crossed one leg over the other.
She watched as a boy entered the room. Gun at his side and the biggest cat she had ever seen at his other side. He was definatly dressed very finely as if to show his financial status even the cat wore clothes..weird. Her eyes flitted to the door again when a girl letting her hair down walked in. Dressed .. in the weirdest outfit yet in Phae's mind and a bit too much jewelry. But perhaps there was a reason she was carrying her entire fortune on her body. Phae raised a red brow at the white kitten that was dogging her heals. Right.. okay. She remembered Darian and Shea .. if she had their names correct from the class they had all been in together but.. who was this.
A pale blonde headed girl walked in with hair longer than was feasable. Again Phae's brow arched as she could never recall seeing this woman before. She had an aire about her of somesort. Once blondie sat down Phae turned her attention back to Junpei and smiled up at him. Awww.. he was so cute. Mr. Teacher. He'd never live this down if she had her way.
So up went the four targets and Phae assumed that hell.. she was his fiance' and had really only signed up to support him so why not go first. She was a go getter to the ninth so why not. Standing she moved to her target and pulled her blade.
"Inferno." she said and the blade errupted in flames. It was the spell she used most often.
She swung the blade and hit the target easily before pulling back and stabbing it right in the center. Pulling back again she slashed from upper right to lower left and from lower right to upper left. Hell yeah.. no more target. Well it was still there but had it not been protected her flaming cuts would have taken it out easily. She smiled and resheated her blade the fire going out as she moved back to her seat and sat down.
She gave Jun one of those cute scrunched up smiles that he loved so much and then waited for the rest of the class to make their moves. She was curious to see what they could do.

See what I could do?
He tch'ed softly as he was more interested in pressing himself close to Shea and figuring out just how tight and form-fitting that outfit was. He let his thoughts trail down that as he stood up and watched Phae neatly slice into the target for a moment and nodded to himself. So he wanted a demonstration. That was all? This would really be a waste of his time. Once Phae had moved out of the way he drew the revolver from his side. Or at least that's what it looked like. Soon enough there was six bullet holes in the various bullseyes of the targets.
He snapped open his gun the shells falling to the ground and had his gun reloaded in the time it took for the empty shells to hit the ground. The sapphire at his neck glowed briefly as he cocked the gun again a ball of icy energy. He pulled the trigger again the ball of energy going with the bullet and impacted a spot between two targets. A swirling slashing mass of ice shards exploded in a ten-meter radius from the impact point. Darian opened his gun and loaded a fresh shell in as he snapped the gun closed. Holstering the revolver he drew his sword and blurred forward.
Neat slices were made across the targets at the percise middle of each slice was a new and fresh bullet hole. Six times he did this which meant two of the targets got it twice. He reloaded his gunblade and sheathed it again before walking back to his desk.

Shea watched as the red head got up. It was definatly a shocker to see her sword envelope in flames. How interesting. She thought to herself as the girl went about attacking the target with her flaming blade. It seemed her magic concentrated around her sword. Similiar to Darian.. speaking of..
It was Darian's turn. She watched as he shot the targets hitting each in the center and twice with two of the targets before reloading. She turned to smile at him and her brow rose as the sapphire necklace she had given him seemed to glow. She looked as the bullet fired and a radius of ice soared out afterwards. Hmmm... wonder if he knows how he tapped into that or not. She would have to ask him later.
She knew it was her turn next so standing she began to think through her spells. Most of them were helping spells or support spells only a few actually could attack right now. She touched the ruby on her wrist and flame enveloped one of the targets. Keeping her fingers on the gem she shifted her eyes to the next target. In her free hand a large basketball sized ball of molten rock formed spinning in her hand not scorching her at all. Once the ball was successfully formed her hand fell away from the ruby and she arched her arm back and threw the ball with force at the center of the target sucessfully scorching the center.
Again her eyes shifted as her hand ran up to the sapphire in her ear. Looking at the the next target she grinned as she concentrated her mana through the stone in her ear and a rain of knife sharp icicles rained down pierceing through the next two targets. She grinned happily as she blinked letting her concentration go the ice stopped her hand fell from the stone and she resumed her seat. It felt good to cast some magic.

The magical talent in the class was definatly enough to raise her pale brow. It was amazing the different twists that magic took in someones life. She had seen a lot of different kinds of magic since she started at the Arcane Academy a while back. Ziare watched the new students as they attacked the targets. She watched Junpei for his reactions as well.
The girl, the redhead stood. Unsheathing her blade Ziare watched in earnest as she let the blade be consumed by fire. Intriguing. she thought to herself. Her ice blue eyes watched as the girl slashing at the target. Definatly an interesting twist on magic. She wondered if the girl could use magic without the blade or if it was like Midnight whose magic was centered around his weapon alone. Her attention then turned to the boy.
He stood and pulled his gun out of his holster. Her brows rose again. Another GunMage. She watched without any surprise what so ever as he hit every target. Not impressive. She'd fought with a GunMage before. She knew exactly how it worked and how to fight against them. She sat back in her chair the jewel on his necklace glowed.. freezing? Yep. Her suspicions correct as the ring of frost extended out after the bullet impacted.
The girl in front of him the one with her entire fortune on her body stood. Ziare's blue gaze shifted to her. She did sit up too when the girl began casting spells using the gems she was wearing. Now that was a very interesting ability. The fire ball was definatly cool. A smile crossed Ziare's face as she watched the icicles fall from the ceiling. The girl sat down and Ziare stood.
What to do... what to do. She looked at the size of the room.. nope Armenius would crush every living creature in here if she summoned him. She thought through her summons. Ziare summoned her first summon. Zara. The woman appeared in front of the targets transparent in all her greek glory. She waisted no time in casting her dagger spell sending iced daggers into the heart of every target before she disappeared and Ziare resumed her seat.
Her eyes looked at Junpei waiting for his reactions to all the magic floating about the room. She watched him. She would have to stay after class to catch up a bit with him. See why he was so happy.

Junpei took a seat behind his desk as he the first to go up was Phaedra. He was ever cautious of Bryon however and so paid careful attention as she ignited her blade and set to work destroying each target, the barriers behind them keeping any damage from occurring to the wall. She did an excellent job and in the back Bryon marked something down, of what Junpei was not sure once more. However Phaedra did wonderfully and each target repaired itself, had to love self repairing targets.
Next up was the gun mage, the guy who seemed to be quite rich indeed. Junpei could only watch as the kid tried to show off his magic, placing six shots into the targets, followed by an ice burst, followed by a few cuts with some sort of gun that had a blade on it. Junpei raised an eyebrow as the kid walked off and spoke, of course once he was in his seat.
"Thank you for that display but I asked for a single attack, not your full arsenal. Please refrain from such attacks, you could have used that energy for what I am about to teach you."
Next came the Jewel girl, her body covered in the things. He watched as she to decided that showing off her various Jewels was a good idea, and sh tried to destroy two more of the targets they healed themselves up and as she sat down he called after her as well.
"Very impressive but once more, not necessary. The single fire spell would have been fine."
Next came Ziare, her summoning was sure to come into play here. She was a talented summoner as he had seen from the fact that she could summon a full blown dragon at will. That was something that had impressed him the first time he saw her do it. She summoned up what appeared to be a Greek goddess, using a dagger attack she quickly finished off the targets. Junpei nodded to her as she left, a very simple attack like Phaedra's.
Junpei stood and faced his class once more. He figured they should probably use a little recovery time so he set to grabbing the summoning book that was also on their desks. He opened it to page one and cleared his throat.
"OK turn to page 24 in the books and read the first three paragraphs on the right hand side. This will cover our first spell for the day."
The page was about the spell nether fire, which was an essential to any good dark mages list of spells versatile, deadly, and even helpful around the house,, it was a spell of choice for Junpei.

Phae watched in complete wonder at the seriously cool magic that was in the room. The gunmage in her opinion seemed a lot like her own magic. Flowing through a weapon instead of through thier bodies or her hands. The jewel mage was good despite what Junpei.. being his usual hard self made them feel bad for using more than one spell. This other girl rose and summoned. Cool! Summon. She watched carefully as the new woman sent daggers of ice into the targets before disappearing.
How cool is that! Man, if she could do that.. it would soo be cool.
Phae looked back to Junpei who strangely didn't have a comment for blondie. She raised her brow at this and gave Junpei a wink because it was fun to mess with the man.
She picked up the book and began to read page 24. Her red hair falling over her shoulder as she did so. Her eyes scanned the page absorbing the knowledge. A lot of it she already knew as Junpei's most favorite spell was the Nether Fire it was what lit their room. She had never tried it before but she was really looking forward to learning it.
