Personality: Cold and unfeeling, Sirius will do anything to get his goals done. He would sacrifice his own men, manipulate his followers, anything to gain his insane goal of immortality for himself and those who choose to follow him. Otherwise, he is very commanding, and is very opportunistic.
History:
At one point in time, Sirius was just a humble mage, searching for immortality. Although he searched and searched, he never could find a way. However, the answer hit him soon enough. Upon finding the key, he did what no man ever did..... He beat death. By transferring his soul to another body, he could survive in the new body. However, the only problem was that if he were to do that, he'd lose all his skills except for his mind skills of intelligence and wisdom. So, in order to survive, he created a small cult which worshiped him as a god. he then ordered his followers to fight and train themselves, making perfect hosts to his body...... and when he transfered his mind and soul to another person, it was said to be the greatest honor.... Of course, that person would die....but it didn't matter to Sirius.
In time, he found himself joining the Academy as a teacher, his secret unknown until after World War I. There, he finally was found out and booted out of the academy with his insane followers. A deep tension was created between Eternity and The Academy until the First Secret World War, where it all came out. Even though Eternity lost, it and the Academy signed a truce, signaling the end to the chaos and violence. Soon enough, Sirius transfered his mind to another body, one which is a lot stronger then his previous ones.
Style
A Master of Alchemy and Symbology, Sirius used these arts to first transfer his soul to another body through a secret ritual only he knew of. Regardless, around his blade, which he somehow got, are alchemic circles which he uses each time the chipped blade struck something. Furthermore, he is a master of the blade as well, possibly equivalent to that of the skills of Lee Young. Also, as a Symbology master, Sirius has the ability to fire things at his opponents from afar, making him a versatile fighter both range and hand-to-hand. Furthermore, he has also mastered the art of Astrology, and he himself specialized in magic dealing with the human body.
Strengths:
Sirius is highly versatile, able to shift easily from range to melee combat. Further more, Sirius is very well balanced in his skills, able to shift back from speed to strength to mind fights. In the end, it is Sirius balance which makes him so deadly.
Weaknesses:
Despite being balanced, Sirius has no definite strengths aside from his intelligence. He can be beaten by specialists if they specialize in the correct areas and can out play Sirius. Also, Sirius lacks sanity, meaning he can possibly injured himself during the fight through his insane moves.

Enchant: By Enchanting his blade, he can alter the metal or add elemental damage with his blade.
Meteor Barrage: By creating a Symbol above his opponent or over a large area, Sirius can call down a huge amounts of meteors to rain down.
