Personality:
Sebastian, for the most part, is usually quiet and calculating. Always found with a smile or grin on, it's hard to find what his personality is behind that masquerade. However, it is known that he is actually very ruthless and cold, his smile like a shield his lack for the understanding of emotions. In the end, despite his seemingly kind and nice gestures and pose, he is ruthless, calculating and all other sorts of things.... Yet he is seemingly so able to hide it behind his quaint smile.

History:
No one knows exactly knows Sebastian's past, but what is known, however, was that Sebastian appeared abruptly after Azrael made his appearance as the Head of the Security. After spending a year in the Academy, Sebastian was enrolled as a Student in England, to serve as a field agent for the Academy. Since then, some odd things have been going down that Sebastian has had to put up with.

Style
Sebastian is a practitioner of the Psychism/Telekinesis styles of Magic. However, he has recently branched out to learn a few Chi and Air (Mainly Electricity) spells. He uses these styles to attack some one from afar. His alternatively is to use Chi as well as electricity to boast his speed and attack physically using blurring attacks and (Quite Literally) shocking flurries.

Strengths:
If anything, Sebastian is very intelligent. His mind is keen and he can easily pick up on things. His mana reserves are not bad to boot, as he could easily throw plenty of spells around before having to rely of something else. Particularly, Sebastian is well suited at range fights, but that is not to say he isn't willing to get down and dirty.

Weaknesses:
Despite his mental prowess, Sebastian is physically weak. While really strong among humans, he is quite weak when stacked to mages and the supernaturally in whole. To counter this, Sebastian would cast Chi spells to enhance his muscles and strength, granting him the ability to go in there and fight melee.

Mind Shield: Creates a Physical Barrier created by the mind to repel foreign objects.

Telekinesis: Allows for the User to lift up objects/people and hurl them at high speeds.

You Do not See This: When casted upon an object or person, that object or person becomes invisible to the minds of people and animals (Plus other supernatural things) for a short while, at most 1 hour. However, if the casted upon thing or person takes an action to directly interfere with someone, the effects of this spell are lost.

Personality:
Silabus was once a kind, caring and very jovial. He was basically like another good member of the community. However, since his Gift receiving, he has became paranoid, quiet, and untrusting. This especially reared it's head when he was ostracized from Sousville, becoming cynical and very depressed.

History:
Silabus was once a regular man, born to two regular parents in some small backwater town located somewhere in mainland USA. For the first 28 years of his life, things were well. He lived the simply life of a bachelor and enjoyed the simple things in life. His life would've gone like this too, dragging on it's boring feet until it would eventually plop into the grave. Hell, Silabus might have even proposed to a chick, before the fire happened, Silabus planned to propose the same night as the fire....

However, there was a forest fire, or so it goes anyway. This fire was the result of an Elemental Rampage, which shook and awakened Silabus.... For he was the first on out there, his trusty shotgun at his side, as he investigated what happened. He heard some noises and thought some arsonists were around....

Instead, he found a Demi-God Elemental that gave Silabus some of it's power in order to hide itself from D-13 and the Academy. Shaken by this event, Silabus preached about what happened to him, but it only fell upon deaf ears. Not only that, he caught the Attention of the Tracers.

As they began to harass him, not knowing he took was a mage, Silabus began to despair as his life broke.... But then, on one very special day, he met the Elemental who gave Silabus these powers...

At which point the Elemental stripped Silabus and was about to go on another rampage. But Rote here, he wasn't going to take it. Some of the Elemental's power was inside him, not only that it also awoken some of Silabus' own powers, which he had no idea existed at the time. Taking up his weapon now, Silabus intends to fight this monster to the end.

Style
Silabus is a Elemental Gift using the elements of Fire, Electricity, Metal and Wood. He can use the other elements, but has yet mastered them enough to use them correctly. More accurately, it can be said that the Elemental Gift is the source of his magic, while the Gift more or less resembles Elementalism.

Strengths: Silabus is physically keen. His strength and speed are good, as well as his endurance, but his key point is his shotgun accuracy. With it, he's like a surgeon. Years of hunting game has honed his shot, making him a lethal force, add magic to the mix and we got something.

Weaknesses:
Despite his physical strength and accuracy of shots, Silabus is still a bit green to magic. Beyond the spells he knows, Silabus has no idea about the workings of magic, the proper usage of it in a fight or anything like that. Not only that, Silabus is more or less reliant on his gun, and taking it away severely reduces his combat effectiveness.

Lightbolt: Fires a bolt of lighting from the barrel of a gun or his fingers

Control Plants: Silabus can influence the plants around him, causing them to grow and even attack things.

Reinforce Metal: Reinforces the density of a metallic object, resulting in higher durability and making it able to withstand staggering blows.

Alter Metal: Silabus can alter metal he touches, transforming it into a form he so desires.

Electric Aura: Creates a small electric field which shocks and hurts anyone attacking him, requires continual usage of energy though.

Heat Field: Causes a area with a radius of 50 meters to become drenched in heat, at least a good 100-150 Fahrenheit or 40-50 Celsius.

Eye of the Bullet: By making his sight that of the metallic barrel and not his eyes, Silabus can pin point and perfectly fire a bullet with near perfect accuracy.

Forest Shield: Causes plants around Silabus to grow at a rate so fast and pumped so hard by magic they can create shield around Silabus, equivalent to 1 fee of steel.

Storm of Splinters: Causes nearby wood to splinter and then fly into the air, coming back down in a rain of wood.

Call Lighting: If the weather permits, Silabus can call lighting strikes down on a target.
