Aw, I'm adminning my own star wars site... your competition.
However, mine's pretty much inactive, so I won't bother posting a link up unless anyone's actually interested.
EDIT: After seeing the site, I'm not very impressed, to be honest. The 'force-sensitive' thing is kind of a neat idea, but I'd like to know how they actually went about deciding it. Aside from that, I don't like how the story totally bastardizes the actual Star Wars storyline. That's purely personal preference on my part, and just my opinion, but that's what it is.
Lastly, and most importantly, all I see on there are one- and two-liner RPs... I don't think I could post in a site like that. Sorry man, but that's just my thoughts on it.

I agree on a few points but so far I haven't seen any other star wars ones. I also agree the storyline is a bit, butchered and there are a lot of short posts. There is a time and place for everything. I don't like long posts when you are fighting someone, but when you wander into a new area, yeah more than one or two lines.

I agree, Pes, that there's a time and place for everything, but I still think, personally, that even fight posts should have a few lines to them. Now, there are some people in another RP board I'm on that will honestly write 3-4 large paragraphs in a fight post, all depicting one move, and it's rediculous. I'd say just a decent sized paragraph would is my preferred size for fight posts, to give enough description to the attack that it can't be easily misconstrued. Oh, and since you said you've never seen another Star Wars site, I'll post mine, not in an attempt to hi-jack your thread, but just for comparison. I'm not expecting anyone to run and join this one, as it's pretty inactive, but feel free to look around. sithwarsrp.proboards57.com/ |

I agree. I mean, fight posts take a lot of explaining sometimes but when it gets too long it's like "blehhhhhh looossingg inntereesst.."
It's kind of a six of one half a dozen of the other thing..

I know its not a hard thing to accomplish, but the worse that could happen is that you sign up, try it out, see you don't like it, and leave.
Hoenstly, though, I'd wait until the next version, or Chapter 2, starts, which I'm personally helping write the story for. There will now be 4 factions vieing for control, with me leading one, as Darth Revan, Emperor of the Infinite Empire.
So, either just wait, or join now....
