Jyo grabbed the stalk and then gently set it to the side. "Good that one can stay green instead of becomeing black. A smart little plant indeed." he said with a wide smile as he leaned in giving her a quck kiss. They laid there and talked for a while when Jyo noticed the sun go down slightly. The sky was turning an orange color. "So how long until the festival and how far is it from here?" he asked.

Ziare almost whined a sad look crossed her face.
"Far enough to start walking now." she said getting up reluctantly and offering a hand to Jyo.
"It will be a lot of fun though I assure you." she said smiling.

Jyo got up as he grasped Ziare's hand. He then put an arm around her waist and they started walking. "We'll have to come back here tonight. it's lovely and I bet it's even better during the night." He said as they walked.
"Particularly as it will be a clear sky with a full moon." Said Ember emerging from the woods onto the path they were walking down. "Your grandfather is an interesting man" He said as they kept walking.

Ziare smiled turning around walking backward in front of Jyo.
"I'd really like to come back tonight. I will bring you after the festival. I wasn't planning to stay through the whole festival anyway it's much too long and not many people do anyway."
Ziare moved back to walk next to Jyo and heard Embers comments.
"Well that settles it we're coming back. And I'm so happy you like my grandfather Ember he really is a sweet man. I couldn't love him more."
They walked back the way they came you could see preperations from house and Ziare led Jyo back into her family's house to change before they went. She led him back up to her room to pick out her festival dress which she hadn't worn since last year.
"You don't have to change but I do so have a seat on the bed." she told him opening her wardrobe. There in the back was her festival dress.
It was light pink her favorite color. It was short with a full skirt and sleevless. But it was made for spinning and she had a pair of tight fitted shorts to wear underneath it. When she spun this skirt would fly and it was her favorite dress ever. She dressed quickly and went to the mirror and braided her hair with light pink ribbons. She usually didn't wear makeup or earings but today was special. She put a homemade glitter compound on her eyes and placed two fake diamond earings in each ear before getting up again.
"Ready." she said.

"Just when I think you cant be prettier you just have to go and prove me wrong." He said with a smile as he walked to he and looked her up and down. "You definaly are dressed for the occasion. The outfit suits you." he said as he held his arm out for her to take so they could walk back together. "I can tell this will be an evening to remember." he said

Ziare giggled and blushed and led Jyo out of the house again.
Ziare left her shoes on the porch as she knew she wouldn't need them.
"You can leave or take yours its your decision." she said.

Jyo slid his shoes off and smiled as he set them to the side. "Well as they say. When in rome..." Hesaid and they headed to join the others. Jyo knew this would be fun. Ziare was very excited about it and he had gotten to know her wel enough that it was a sign that this would be a great night.

Ziare led Jyo to the clearing in the center of town. It had been transformed from yesterday into true festival fashion.
The large several hundred year tree hand benches around it for sitting normally and now those along with hay stacks stood around the clearing placed carefully around the giant bonfire that had not yet been lit. Torches stood on the outside of the ring for light but those too remained unlit.
Table after table of food had been brought out and still people were bringing out more. All manner of food but mostly bbq could be seen on the table. Ribbons hung from the great tree and bells hung off the ribbons. A place was set aside for the band that the town had and a large clearing roped off with twisted ribbon for the dance floor. Ziare was only too happy to be home.
"It's just like I remember." she said to Jyo.
Her family was already there talking to their own friends and neighbors. Grandpa was there. The villagers began to arrive.

Jyo stopped and looked around. This place was amazing to his eyes. he haden't seen anything like this before. Much less attended this sort of event. He noticed Ziare's fmily around and smiled hopeing this would be a great night. Though the hpe was minimal as Jyo was rather certain it would be a night he and Ziare would cherish for quite a while.

The festivities went into full swing not long after they arrived. The villagers stood around the bon fire as the newest married couple lit the bon fire it's colored flames reached high into the sky before finally setting back down into a nice roar. The young children lit the torches and the festivities began.
"First we eat then we dance. For tonight you will need your energy." she said smiling brightly and taking Jyo by the hand leading him to the table.
They stood in the long procession line and waited their turn at the table grabbing the food they would want from the massive amount available on the table. Ziare led Jyo to a hay stack for two and she sat down facing the fire.
"Eat up!" she said smiling.

The food nearly made Jyo's mothy water. he needed no encouragment to eat. He wanted to sample as much as he could without gorging himself. He loaded the plate and then sat next to Ziare stealing a glance around the area to see the other people there. Ember came from the woods with some small creature in his mouth for dinner startling some people.
"I'm a friend of Ziare's consort." He said in a wideband speech. it seemed to have the right effect and he sat by Jyo and Ziare. "I reccomend when you two tie the knot we move out here. It's peacful." He said.
Jyo chuckled slightly and then continued eating. After a bit he looked over at Ziare. he was about as happy as he could be really.

Ziare laughed and blushed at Ember's comment. She looked over at Jyo and smiled the blush still evident on her face.
"I like this wolf more and more Jyo." she said and looked away quickly.
Ziare finished her meal and took Jyo's when he was finished as well and her plates to the large trash bin that had been set aside. The music began to pick up and couples and children began making their way onto the dance floor the torches flaring as the wind blew slightly. Ziare smiled and turned to Jyo.
"Ready to show them some city moves?" she asked laughing. In thier off time Jyo had been teaching Ziare how to dance and she was really excited about showing these folk something good. "I think the fast one with the twist and turns would do well with this tune." she said standing and holding a hand out for Jyo.

Jyo simply gave a smile at Ember's comment. The Wolf knew Jyo's intentions fo he and Ziare's relationship. And supported it. He gave a nod. "I''m inclined to agree with him." He said. Then Ziare and he finished.
The two got up and he chuckled. "Actually these moves come from country regions you know." He said starting to get in step with the beat of the music and then they started dacing.

Ziare laughed and smiled. One of the things she loved most in her life was dancing with Jyo. He was so easy to dance with and it was easy to loose herself in his eyes as they did so.
"Well if that's the case we can show them how much better we are than them." she said with a wink and let Jyo take the lead as he lead her around the dance floor.
Her skirt did what it was made to do. When he would twirl or spin her the skirt would fly creating a beautiful display the fabric cutting through the air. She locked her eyes onto Jyo's and smiled. She was happy they had come home.

Unless he was spinning her he was loving the feeling of keeping his eyes locked on Ziare's. Dancing with her was like a small state of bliss. They were able to be together in front of the others. Jyo made the movments much more grafeful then normal this time. He noticed some people had stopped to watch them Perhapes we can steal the dance so to say He thought
