Ziare looked up at Jyo. She took his hair down as they looked at each other and his red locks fell down loose around him. She smiled up at him.
"Indeed." she said. "No more comas please."
She chuckled as she ran her hand through his hair softly and looked into those vibrant green eyes she had fallen in love with on her first day at the academy. How long ago that had seemed to her. So very long. Yet, here they were as close as ever.
"Thats not a very nice thing to threaten me with. Unless you were simply stating a real fact." he said smiling returning the kiss. To be honest he didn't know if he could stay awake much more. He was trying but his body was still recovering from a sudden dose of inactivity to being back on full steam. The training he went through a fe days ago took a toll on him.
She kissed him still not wanting to let go. She hadn't been touched by him like this in sometime. She opened her eyes as she broke the kiss and looked at him. She took one of his hands and and entwined her fingers with his. She stared up into his eyes with a smile on her face.
Jyo returned the kiss and smiled wamrly. Much mor feling into it than the last smile. "I love you too Zaire." He said as his eyes drooped a bitt. he had the gently shake his head a bit to clear the cobwebs of sleep clouding his thoughts.
Ziare smiled at him and leaned in kissing his forehead as she touched his cheek softly.
"Go to sleep, love. I'm not going anywhere." she said softly.
She pulled a blanket folded down at the bottom of the bed up and folded it around Jyo making sure he was comfortable. She tucked his long hair behind his ear softly and lay down holding his hand still.
"G'night Zaire. I guess I've just tried to jump back into the full swing of things a bit early." he said and put his hand on the side of her face and leaned to kiss her briefly before laying his head down and closeing his eyes. It wasn't long before the rocking of the train and being with Zaire helped him fall asleep.
Ziare smiled at him and kissed him back gently. She carressed his cheek softly right before he fell asleep. She let go of his hand gently and got off the bed moving to her pack. She knelt down and opened it grabbing a book out. She sat back on the bed next to Jyo. Her hand running through Jyo's hair softly and the other holding the book in her lap and turning the pages when she needed to turn them. She didn't mind if Jyo slept. All she cared was that he was alive and that he was with her.
Jyo slept soundly until the first rays of the sun hit his closed eyes. he wasn't much feeling like he should open them for now. He realized he couldn't feel Zaire next to him. he opened his eyes wondering if during the night he or she had rolled away from the other.
Ziare had fallen asleep reading next to Jyo. She had read for hours waiting for him to wake and had finally fallen asleep her book in her lap and her head leaning awkwardly against her shoulder her hand was close to Jyo but not on him anymore as it had fallen off after she had fallen asleep. She slept soundly next to him, but didn't look the least bit comfortable.
Jyo gave a soft smile and grabbed the book and put a slip of paper in it to mark her place. he then gntly moved Zaire trying not to wake her up into a better position to sleep in. He covered her up a bit then ran his fingers through her hair and went over to the wardrobe and pulled open a large bag which contained his Zweihander. he didn't expect to use the large sword during the trip. but he wanted to maintain it a bit while they were gone. This seemed like a good time to do so.
Ziare slept for some time still until she woke a bit later in the morning. She stirred and didn't feel Jyo. Instantly she bolted up right until she saw him and she sighed. She smiled at him and rubbed her eyes gently removing any traces of sleep from them. She stood and moved over to him and placed her arms around him from behind.
"How are you feeling this morning?" she asked softly as she kissed his neck.
