"Talent? Not really. . ." He wasn't glad to say it, but it was the truth, no matter how sad. "Both of us were accidents." Jyo would know about that. He had already been told Zeke was made by an over-use of mana.
((Small post... *cries* I have no inspiration right now! Ack!))

Ziare didn't really know what to say. 'Both of us were.' she felt a sadness it wasn't pity but an actual sadness.
"So what kind of stuff are you into Ezra? I mean what do you do in your spare time?" she asked bringing light back to the situation.

Ever met somebody who can bring the hole house down with just a single word? Ezra could bring down the entire school. He fell backwards, landing on the soft grassy ground below, and folded his arms up behind his head. Simply looking up into the sky, he began to forget about watching the two playing and left them to their own devices.
And all he had to do to darken the mood was say, "Study." Because that was the majority of what he did. Ever since then, he had been doing nothing but studying, becasue he feared his past happening again. But he wasn't going to tell them that either.

Try as he might Ezra was not going to bring Ziare's happy go lucky attitude down so easily.
"Study? What do you study? I mean what is your favorite subject?" she asked thoroughly interested. Ziare was one that was hard to put down even the most dire found her dreadfully happy. But she was even happier now. She had Jyo and she was in magic school everything was going her way.

Jyo smiled. "Not a mistake. Just unexpected." He said trying not to let Ezra get himself down. He had talent. And Zeke was something unique. Mabey a mistake at first. "And even if a mistake. Keep in mind not all mistakes are bad things." He said trying to set things in the right point of view for a positive side.

"Mistakes are mistakes. That's all there is to them. In the case of Zeke, it becomes serendipity, a favorable condition resulting from a mistake." Just as Jyo and Ziare were eternally happy, Ezra had that eternally sad thing going. It was just the way things were. And for the moment, they didn't need to change.

Jyo sighed and shook his head. "Well I guess thats just how you view things." He said. It might have been a mistake that had happened. But he wasn't going to press his views on it any more then he already had done.

Ziare decided it was subject changing time she was trying to give CPR to thier conversation.
"So construct magic, how does it work?" she wondered. She was completely into magic and learning others talents and how they worked. She loved this stuff. "How do you fix things and make them work again?"

Not exactly feeling like talking, Ezra just sort of shut up. The world sort of went quiet as he did, and he could hear the sounds of Zeke and Armenius playing clearly over the not-even-close-to-deafening silence. Instead, he just stared into the sky, as if he hadn't heard the question.

Jyo noticed Ezra go quiet. He had the feeling this was something that Ezra would do every so often if not more than that. He locked eyes with the other boy and gave a nod understanding he didn't seem to want and talk

Ziare saw Jyo nod and figured the silence was normal. She wasn't going to push Ezra to talk if he didn't want to. She leaned her head against Jyo's arm and watched Armenius and Zeke playing with each other. They were cute together like when two puppies play. She smiled.
"Hey Jyo what can you do with lightning? I've seen your fire but never your lightning. Can you show me?" she asked looking into Jyo's green eyes.

"Not much besides attacking. But I have been practing something else. Do you have anything metal?" He asked. He had indeed been practing a different form of using his electrical magics. "Several pices of metal would be best for this." he said.

Metal...hmmm what have I got. She had a small charm on a bracelet but that was too special she didn't know if what she gave him would be ruined or not and she couldn't bear it's loss not yet. She thought harder...ahhh my earings. She reached up and pulled the two hoops out of each ear. They were made of basic metal nothing special she hoped it would work.
"Will these work?" she asked holding her hand out offering Jyo the earings.

He nodded and then he held out a hand but the palm was ace down. Ziare would feel a tingling but probebly nothing uncomforting as he focused his magic and then lifted the earrings and threads of lighting were between them. He was able to bend them and morph them and then return them to normal.
Jyo then directed the errings back to her hand.

Ziare watched as her eyes grew continually wider with his use of power. It was so neat to see other people us their magic. She loved seeing the other kinds of magic that was used besides her own. Jyo's power despite the use of lightning was very subtle. She didn't even feel anything on her palm except a slight tingling sensation.
"Oh, Jyo...that is so wonderful." she said taking the earings and putting them back in her ears. "You use your powers so differently I summon a being but you can actually manipulate them into doing different things. I think that is amazing." she looked up in his eyes hers clearly showing her awe and astonishment at his abilities. They also showed her love for him and her adoration.
