"Well I bet you get one here. You are kind and a nice person to talk to. You will meet someone I imagine." she said optimistically. "You just have to have faith in yourself and others will to."

Uthir would smile again, this time it was fake. What his 'brother' had just said scared him. Because it was true. He would nod and agree with her while they walked. They would soon stop at a pond and Uthir would watch her as she sat down in front of the pond. He would hesitate and then slowly make his way down onto the ground next to her. She would speak again and he would agree.

"It's so tranquil here."

"Yes.. If only it could be like this, everywhere else.."

Ziare laughed at his comment not a mean laugh but a laugh of understanding.

"But you have to admit if it was this beautiful everywhere then no one would enjoy it nearly as much. Beauty only is beauty because we all know what the opposite looks like. Don't you think?" she asked looking over at him.

He smiled again, this time it wasn't so fake. His crystal blue orbs would be caught upon the surface of the calm pond. His right hadn would search the ground around them for a pebble or two, and Uthir would then toss a few into the pond.

Ziare smiled at the nice comment he had given her.

"Thank you, you are smart as well." she said pulling a blade out of the grass and playing with it in her fingers. "You are very kind to give a complement such as that. I appreciate it."

She sat looking at the pond at the ripples made by the stones that hit the water.

"Know how to skip a rock?" she asked clearly ready to teach him if he didn't already know.
