It was his forte', his field of expertise, this is where Junpei Taltos would excel and do his best, the dark arts, black magic. His name was the first to go up, the first to grace the sign up sheet.

~Tenshu wandered by the classroom. Curious, he noticed that dark arts were on the signup sheet again. He passed up the first time out of the fact that it was something he had already been taught. This new feeling wasn't so simple. Or was it? Something drew him into the classroom. The signup sheet looked as if it has already had his name. He was imagining it. Could there finally be such a dark power that would make such a prevailent student such as Tenshu fall under its great descent? Aparently, or maybe it was just an intriguing coincidence. He couldn't hide his hands. It was forcasted to be hot for a while, so he didn't wear his kimono. Instead, he wore just a normal t-shirt. His mask, done away with for the time being. The symbols on the mask were what kept the secret. There were many forms of that symbol. He removed the mask today, but what happened out on the blacony with Madelyn didn't happen. It was probably because it wasn't something he was drawn to do, and he just chose to remove it.
None the less, the stars were still lit, and his face was visible, at last. If anyone cared to be so curious as to what his face looked like, which he doubted, rather than why he wore the mask, they would be disappointed. Yet, it was quite stereotypical, even to consider this for himself. Who knew he was Asian except for the ones who read his transcript? Kyoden wasn't with him, so he felt that he needed to keep a straight face as normal, instead of using Kyoden as his intimidation. He took out that crude pen once more, and his name was written in blood.~

An exchange student. Yes, that's what he was. He was here to learn, and, Dark Arts wasn't a bad place to start off. Jonathan knew he was talented for the fact that he had an amazing excess of magical energy (more or less, built in..), so, why not try this out? Watching from afar, as a classmate unmasked himself, Jonathan held himself resolutely, his arms hanging firmly by his sides, waiting his turn, from a good distance. His eyes scanned the area, a sense of purpose in his stride. But, it was also strange, because, although he was technically on his pill, it was only just barely... just in case he needed to wait until Madelyn was in the area. Yes, that would be akward.. unable to smile. He'd sliced up the powder in his pills, for fifteen minute increments, swallowing one little packet every now and then to reinforce himself. Speaking of which...
Popping a little home-made pellet into his mouth, he swallowed it fairly quickly, deciding against letting the strong bitter flavor reside in his mouth for longer periods of time then neccesary. He eyed the seemingly asian student, as he walked away, trying to be as inconspicious himself, it seemed. He hadn't taken as close of a look as he would've liked... but... forcing a little smile, he took a few steps up to the bulletin board, taking up the pen lightly in his hands, writing plainly,
Jonathan Winters
That done, he walked away, taking note of how tardiness was unacceptable. Alright then.

Lienn was troubled. There was something missing in her power, she wasn't as strong as she knew she could be. And why? Why!?!? She was inwardly cursing her lack of strength when a notice on the bulletin board caught her eye. Dark arts? Black Magic? She almost walked by it, but something pulled her back and she as soon staring at the paper, and the name on it...Scary, and yet...oddly intriguing.
...It was something no one would expect from the curious blonde girl..and that could be the leverage she needed to defeat her opposition once and for all...Hesitantly she took out a pen, siginging the sheet with a flourish, almost as if she were signing her life away.

Torm eyes the sheet levelly for a few moments. The Dark Arts...something I am sort of in the dark about. The teacher's warning/challenge strikes Torm as a little dramatic, but it was possible that it carried some weight, considering the subject material. He turns and begins to walk. To defeat your enemy, you must love your enemy; know their soul... As he strides away, Torm reaches into a pocket and tosses a tiny metallic insect over his shoulder, which takes flight and lands on an empty line. It scuttles across the paper, leaving behind it in green, flowing script the words

Robert withdrew the pen slowly, his eyes looking at the low and one of only spaces left. The dark arts. Maybe they would help. It was worth a shot. Worth the attempt at a more regular pace. A more regular life at the academy. But of course, chances were slim that even the dark arts teacher could help his unruley and ultimately destructive condition. He had learned long ago that no seal or magical restrainment could keep him from being the child of death that he was. There was no way the day of that articular class would be any different. But, even though it wouldn't help, maybe it would contribute to learning. Learning how to use an actual spell, instead of just raw magic.
The disturbed child placed his black pen against his other hand, sliding the lid off and proceeding to gently write his name on the line.

He clicked the end back on and begun to place it back in his thin jacket, continuing on his way to nowhere.

Dark Arts class, black magic, it was all something Minji was excellent in. Her parents being assassins before taught Minji everything, or almsot everything, she needed about black magic. And that's where Minji would attend class. A still look on her face, she noticed some people were up at the bulletin board, standing in front of it for the upcoming activities and classes, and the thing that caught her eye was the bright crimson red piece of paper that looked fairly new. She could've sworn she didn't see the piece of paper yesterday, and so she calmly approached the bulletin board, her eyes scanning the sheet of paper, mentally sighing. It was about the Dark Arts, black magic, whatever they call it now. Now for the next part of her curiousity. Should she join the class, or should she not? Thinking for a moment, Minji stood in front of the bulletin board, but had some space for other people to sign up. To sign up...or not?Taking out a black pen from her black pencil case she was holding with her left hand, she clicked on the end as she leaned in on the red sheet of paper, printing her name neatly underneathe everyone elses. Minji Etoile With that said and done, the violet haired girl retreated her hand and neatly put her pen back inside her pencil case, before moving on to get to her next class. She wouldn't want to be late, even though she went into class exactly on time unless Minji thought otherwise...

A black darkness came over the signup sheet and with an elegant script someone came in and signed the sheet adding an extra line to it with an extravagant style to it.
[glow=red,2,300]Expect me there..........
Dark.[/glow]
The darkness dissapeared as quickly as it came with only a black feather left at the floor near the signup sheet.
