A fresh start

Jyo walked through the halls of the Academy with a small smile on his face and he whisteld a pleasent tune that sounded strangly even more pleasent with the echo in his voice. Unlike the haunting echo that had been there on his return. Ths time the echo was akin to laughter in the sense it seemed to show nothing but peace. Jyo's pale white eyes now seemed more full of life. Almost having a glow to them and his wings were not spread out but they were held apart a distance.

Unlike when he first came back Jyo now seemed to be much more like before he had went into his coma. Only one other person would fully understand the change. And she had been the reason for it. Jyo knew things with Zaire were slightly different. But he knew he at the very least was important to her and she wanted him around her as well and would allow him to be close enough to help her get through what happened. Jyo had purpose to his existance and that made him much more pleasent.

He stopped by one of the man food areas and grabbed some pizza. He no longer needed to eat. But he could still enjoy food like anyone else. Deciding that he would take a rest from his walk Jyo took a seat and began eating his food and thought about how different things were now. It didn't bother him like before. But hestill wondered how things would work out with so many changes.

[Varys]

Half crazed eyes followed an eerie incandescent glow. A man of many minds watched the impecable white wings. He seemed almost happy now, such an odd thing. More odd was what his mind was telling him. The mark, the damnation, it felt like it was still on this man. Yet, it wasn't someone else that had put it on him. No it wasn't someone else that had somehow telepathically demanded this one's pain.

It was Varys' will.

How he adored Ziare's nightmares, the shook the very dreamscape it seemed at times. Still, he felt himself drawn to aid her now, she was a friend. It was such an odd concept and yet, it gave Varys the want to give her a small form of mercy. She had all the nightmares she'd ever need, she wasn't suitable for Dementia. Varys was compelled to atleast try to get rid of one man that could only bring her more.

A quiet transformation out of sight. It would take longer, but Jyo was getting food the line wouldn't be excessively short. He had time.

A noiseless slither. Schrägstrich was out and in control. The sluglike body moving effortlessly and without so much as wet slide to give it away. A claw would flash out spearing one of Jyo's feathers from a wing. Nothing that could hurt him, just something to catch his attention before it spoke. The distorted clickings emenated from it's jaw area slowly forming words.

"Such an odd angel you are, causing so much pain and nightmares....."

Being completely relaxed Jyo didn't really notice much around him. he had started eating when he felt his wing get clipped y something. He jumped to his feet knocking over tables and so forth and his weapons were now drawn. One Katana with bright white light comeing from it in his left hand. And a katana simply radiating darkness in his right hand. He was facing a creature he had never encountered before. Then it spoke. Jyo narowed his eyes.
"I may have unintentionally made situations worse. But the last thing I have planned is to bring more pain and misery into this world than there already is. Now stop this attack at once. I don't really look forward to spilling your blood." he said calmly still backing away. Hoping to at least lure this foe away from the other apprentices if it wanted to fight.

[Varys]

The beast clacked rapidly. A sign of laughter and amusement, it would take a few moments before one might understand that but afterwards it would become very clear. Schrägstrich admired the feather now on it's claw, turning it and looking at it. He didn't move aggressively and didn't plan to.

"Planning and doing are very different things.... And you are not planning but you are certainly doing alot..."

The Nightmarish form Clacked further and began moving slowly, circling Jyo slightly. It was so amusing to this mind, one that focused on fear and assassination. It didn't mind to talk once in awhile, more so when Varys demanded it so.

"Yes...You protect without doing a single good thing.... You call hatred upon yourself... Such an odd angel"

[jyo]

Jyo kept turning making sure to keep an eye on this being as it circled him. he listend to the words and his eyes narrowed.
"You judge me only on recent actions when I didn't have the grasp on my sanity as I did before certain events. And the grasp on it I have regained. I've never been a saint and never will be. but I've always strived and preformed to help the majority of others." He said keeping the Katans held in front og him in an "X" position. His wings were now tensed as well.

"I'd really rather avoid this confrontation. But I wanr you that if you do attack than I will not hold back." he said.

[Varys]

"I do not see how fighting would serve anyone...odd angel..."

The creature clacked out amusedly. Why did this one want to fight so bad? Did it feel like it had no other options? Perhaps better yet, it didn't know of any other options. The latter seemed the most likely, after all he didn't seem to get what was being said.

"What actions shown are the only actions known so We'll judge you on them..... They are bad actions... She has nightmares of them...We have seen them... We enjoy them..."

The creature tilted it's head down slightly, pointedly at Jyo. As if directing something at him. It was an odd thing to the minds of Varys, he enjoyed what this one caused but at the same time sought to stop it.

"But you are the cause... and we want you to stop...We want you to stop giving her pain she is undue...."

[jyo]

Jyo loosend the stance he held.
It has no interest in fighting rith now. Odd considering this beings actions. But if he she or it won't fight then I won't complain. He thought.
"Very well no blood gts spilled. I like that." he said sheathing his weapons but still was ready to draw them.

Then the being spoke of him causing a person pain a girl
Zaire.. It's talking about Zaire. Could this be the person I fought in the recovery wing. Just with another form? He thought.
"The last thing I want to have Zaire fell is pain. Once more those are actions when I don't belive I could be called sane. She and I are back with each other now. I'm here to do the very opposite of causing her pain." He said then looked hard at the being in front of him.
"You are the one I fought in the recovery wing aren't you?" He asked.

[Varys]

"No...We are a different one....Though if you'd like to see him again we can find him....yes."

The creature's clicking voice was somewhat interested now. It wouldn't particularly like losing it's form to the other Nightmare, but it would definately be able to laugh at the desctrution it's brother could cause.

"We think you aren't going to help her.....We think you'll just keep her from forgetting...yes...

The creature wondered exactly what Varys was doing in these actions. The many minds wondered the same but Varys was sure to keep this a closely vested secret. He would see how far he could go and then stop when neccessary.

"I fail to see how what you think matters. She'll nevr forget what happened. thats never been the goal. It's to let her move on. And she's doing well with my help and Alastin's help as well. If you have something else you want to say or do than do it. I'm not interested in hearing what you have to say if all you will do is accuse me. I have better things to do and I hope you do as well." Jyo said as he began heading for the main entrance/exit of the area. This had started out as a pleasent day but this being had disturbed it. varys he belived the name was.
"However, It's not me you have to worry about. It's not anyone really. But more so your views on this matter. All I am here to do is help Zaire and be with her. And I am going to make good on my word to do so. Is there anything wrong with that?" he said.
