Jyo walked out of one of the many classrooms of the Academy and grinned a bit. For the past few days after things between he and Zaire had gotten better he had been going back to his classes again to start relearning Magic. Upon his return he was granted a number of powers. But they wouldn't be enough. Jyo needed to regain what he had lost in terms of power. So he had been attending class once more.
Jyo had been relearning elemental magic. Mostly dark and light magic. They weren't considered elements by some. But Jyo having had learned a few light spells knew otherwise. He still hadn't gotten any of them to activate for him. But he knew that this was newer to him and would take a bit of time. And the Dark element was completely new to him but offered plenty of chances to gain a bit more of the power he had lost. Besides he had become too predictable with his old powers. These new spells would help shake things up a bit.
He rounded one corner into a hall wondering how long it would take him to get back into the swing of spell-casting instead of useing newly ingraind powers that took no time for him to have learned.
I have a lot of work to do. He thought as he walked along.
