Lost

[Sho]

Waking up on this flouting island he soon learned from local people of his predicament. He wasn't getting down any time soon, he was sure his dad was worried sick about him. He was told soon after about the academy. It helped people learn of their magical abilities, Sho didn't really believe in all of that until just a while ago when he ran into the Guyver creature. He made his way to the academy and was looking for someone who may be able to tell him whats going on, and why he was here, he needed answers he was a lost soul seeking the light.

Wearing traditional black Japanese school boy clothing he made his way to the academy to find someone who could help him. His slightly messed up red hair made little waves in the wind, and his icey blue eyes would look helpless at people as he walked around, the odd things going on around him. Fire being toyed with bare hands, water, ice, people flying, people wiht wings, swords, guns, old, young, unknown, demons, all these odd things. Hew was about to calapse fromt he information over load and all this new stuff.

[Tavia]

Tavia walked through the halls alone. She looked at the huge halls and all the people. She had been magical most of her life but this was her first time around so many people and at a school where magic wasn't only accepted but practiced rather readily. She didn't mind that part because she enjoyed that she didn't have to hide it anymore.

Her auburn hair fell down silkily around her shoulders and her cat ears twitched as they listened to the sounds going on around her. Her brown eyes took in so much and she was feeling rather overwhelmed here. She had spent her entire life up til now in a small cottage in the forest.

She spotted a red headed individual and smiled at him softly. Her bushy tail moved excitedly behind her as she walked up. Wearing a black shirt and a short short black skirt her thigh high socks came up til a few inches before the skirt started.

"Hi there." she said rather shyly. She blushed softly at him as she looked down at the floor. "You seem... a bit.. scared too." she said.

[Sho]

sho's eyes opened wide in surprise, all these strange people, strange things, Sho had never been magical, he still wasn't he just had magical creature inside of him. He saw a cat girl, a CAT GIRL! She had ears and a TAIL. Sho became really scared and nervouse, he had no idea what was going on, he had woke up in this strange place, he was only heading home, he decided to stop at the lake, why did he stop at the lake? even from the cute, innocent shyness of the cat girl Sho was frozen in fear.

"h-h-h-h-h-h"

He couldn't even say it, he couldn't even say hi back. this was his first time around magic, his first time around demons, his first time around a cat girl. his icy blue eyes where starring at her brown hues as he watched her blush. She blushed?! Sho was going to attempt to say another word partaining to her comment about being afraid. But he just opened his mouth, no words came out. He was trying to accept things, trying to get everything into his head, until everything became blurry.

Soon darkness began to take over the sides of his vision, he grabbed his head because it felt like it was going to fall off. His eyes rolled to the back of his head and he callapsed to the ground. Fainted. Too much, way too much. He had only just been introduced to magic and its existence, but now he had to deal with it every where he looked.

[Tavia]

"h-h-h-h-h"

Tavia looked up to see him panicing. She bit her lower lip and she watched as he seemed to be hyperventalating. She blushed again. Had she really had this effect on him? She could only watch in utter horror as he seemed to be getting worse and worse.

Suddenly he just fell to the floor and her eyes widened. Oh no! What.. what do I do? I mean.. do I touch him or heal him or.. she bit her lower lip. I caused this I have to do something and something now.

Kneeling down next to him she carefully picked his head up and placed it in her lap. Smiling she softly placed her hand on his forehead and cool flames enveloped her hand and began to heal him. It wasn't that he was sick but that he probably had over excited himself and she couldn't let that happen so she was working on calming him down a little.

The fire faded and she waited for him to wake up while she ran her hand carefully through his hair humming softly. She looked around the school and the area they were in just waiting for this poor boy to wake.

[Sho]

In hsi darkened mental state from the faint he came face to face with his memories, when he was 5 and his mom hwld him in her arms, himming and stroking his hair. His eyes would slowly open the light playing with his eyes as he looked up at the cat girl, invisioning his mom instead of the cat girl, his voice would slowly escape his lips as he spoke.

"Mom?"

He was only saying that from the daze of being in hsi loss of conciouseness and the irony of the way he ended up. But slowly his eyes focused on who it really was and began to remember immediatly. he was alittle more used to it, but he was up to his knees in a matter of moments and looking at her. First he was still scared, but then. . . Curiousity took over. He picked up one of his hands and reached over and put out one finger to poke her on the cheek. Just a poke.His eyes would narrow and his questioning side would take over.

"Who, or what exactly are you? He sounded very fascinated now, curiouse, yet he kept his shy nd easy going nature. He was over hsi fear and was more into his friend making persona.

"Well my name is Sho."

[Tavia]

As he came around she smiled down at him. Her hand continued going through his hair since it was technically her fault that he had fainted. When he called out asking for his mom she chuckled and shook her head softly. His eyes opened and she smiled down at him.

"No not mom, I'm afraid." she said softly.

He reached up and poked her cheek and she couldn't help but giggle. He was so funny and cute in that way. She reached down and poked his cheek and laughed again her laugh was like the sound of windchimes in the soft breeze.

"I'm a parahuman or a neko as some call us. I'm pretty normal just like you honest. I have magic of course but aside from my ears and my tail I'm just like a human." she chuckled with a happy smile.

"But what may I ask are you? Are you ill?" she asked her hand still running carefully through his soft red hair trying to keep him calm.

[Sho]

Listening to her explanation of what she was, he was still questioning what exactly was going on, but he felt oddly calm about things. He heard what she asked the same about him adding if he was ill or not.

"I'm Hu-."

He stopped himself, from saying 'Human'. An image flashed in his head of the lake water reflecting his image of some strange dark greenish creature, he touched his forehead to make sure it was skin, even though he felt her fingers combing through his hair.

"I dont know. . . I'm not ill, persay, I dont know whats wrong with me."

he sounded alittle down when talking about that. His eyes looked away from her and he held a frown on his face, he was trying hard to remember, remember exactly what happened before he came here, those hours he had lost, but all he got where flahses and incohierent memories.

[Tavia]

She felt bad for the boy in her lap. He seemed to feel bad about something and she didn't really know what she could do for him but it called out to her in a way and she really wanted to help him. She leaned down and kissed his forehead gently before she carefully got up but held him up in a sitting position so he didn't fall back.

Standing she pulled him up with her in one fluid motion and smoothed out her skirt. Her tail swished from side to side happily as she looked over the man in front of her.

"Well my name is Tavia and if you'd like what if we took a walk. You don't have to remember anything about your past or anything about your present. We could just walk?" she asked with a soft smile.

"I think it might be fun. The scenery here is supposed to be really nice. I've lived in a forest my whole life so I kinda feel at home there. So if you would like, I'd like you to accompany me on a walk."

[Sho]

He felt odd about the kiss ont he fore head alittle blush on his face made him stop thinking ont he whole past thing. She helped him up slowly, it seemed putting all other differences aside, or things that made him oddly curiouse about her, that she was rather kind and human as it was put. Maybe it was because he once had a pet cat that it messed with him so much, oh wells.

Her offer for a walk, it was very intising. He would really like to walk around and maybe look past all the magic and try and accept this new world. It was stil;l fresh in his mind the fear of everything going on around him, he had no magic himself, or any that he knew of, only this lingering feeling of sp,ething inside of him. He was about to accept when he heard something.

'Call for me.'

It was so faint almost unable to hear it, when she repeated her question, but more of a polite asking and drawing him in more, he decided to shrug off the voice.

"A walk sounds good."

He would follow her wherever, she seemed nie enough. Later he would worry about the voice, it sounded muffled, almost like his own, but he figured it would be best to learn more abotu what was going on around him.

"do you know of where we are? Well of course you do, but uh, could you explain it to me? You see, I was on earth and the next thing I knew is I woke up here on the flouting island."

[Audric Alaunte]

"The floating island that you speak of is the Arcane Academy and the surrounding area known as the City of Babylos," came Audric's voice as he gazed at the seen with a bit of mirth in his eyes but, he was more then a tad worried about the predicament as he almost glided across the floor. Slacks that fit him just right while giving more careful movement covered his legs. A long-sleeve shirt to ward off the chill that seemed to follow these halls covered his slim torso as he walked towards them. He gave a small trace of a smile at his fiance' but, chose to say nothing just yet. He would ask her the meaning of this AFTER this was dealt with. Lightly his foot-steps echoed as he wore boots rather then normal shoes he looking like he stepped straight from an Imperial Court rather then being a student.

His hair hung freely without a hat and he wore his small glasses that he adjusted ever so lightly out of habit. What a man was doing in Tavia's lap he would have to wonder but, he recalled that she was a healer. If he had a different reason for it then he might show something else. Again with stride and purpose he walked towards the two and then stopped when he reached them. He hadn't said anymore yet as he studied them for a couplce seconds. He turned his attention to the man that was in her lap for a moment. Still he looked a tad pale almost as if he had fainted or collapsed. That being a rather odd thing. He hadn't missed the kiss on his forehead as he watched them stand and he gazed at Tavia for a moment.

"Still a walk is a pleasant way to better understand this place I myself was planning on roaming the halls and grounds once I found Tavia which I now have," he said in that soft whisper of a voice. He had a purple covered book in his hand a symbol engraved on the cover was partially covered by his hand. Lightly he reached Tavia and slipped his arm around her waist lightly.

I wonder what happened...

"Forgive my manners, I am Audric," he said with a trace of a small on his lips as he lightly ran his arm against Tavia's tail.

[Sho]

Another had appeared, ti seemed he had been very. . . Royal in appearance and manner, odd for a young Japanese student, but nothing out of the ordinary, until he looked him over more and became curiouse about him as well. His words only hit him with more questions, these questions killing him from the inside out. He was about to say his name when he heard it again. the voice, the small voice within' his mind speak to him.

'Call for me.'

'No.'

'Say it.'

'Say what!'

'Guyver.'

He shook his head slighty from the mental fight. it seemed to keep him exhausted as he looked to how he acted around her. It seemed they where close. Very close as it where. He decided not to be curiouse about that as it was very obviouse, but he still had more questions, but those can wait after formalities.

"I am Sho. . . Please anything you know. . . I'm lost, I have no idea how I got here, and whats this Arcane Academy?"

[Tavia]

Tavia was about to answer the man when a familiar voice came out of the blue. she looked up to see Audric coming up and she smmiled up at him innocently. She knew that he would most likely understand of course that in fact she was a healer and not only was she trying to meet people and friends but she had only been trying to help him.

He explained a little bit about the academy and pulled Tavia close. She leaned against him slightly. Content in his arms that were soft and inviting. She could only smile at the man she was being forced to marry. Thus far he had been nothing but nice to her and she had no reason to fear him.

"Audric, I didn't know you were looking for me." she said with a rather bright smile as she nuzzled into him softly.

The boy introduced himself and practically begged for information on where he was. She felt bad that he was so lost. She knew that feeling had experienced it before. Closing her eyes as his arm ram across her happy tail she let the soothing experience take over.

"Well I myself don't know much Sho. But basically it's where you come to learn magic. To learn a skill and better yourself." she said softly and opened her eyes again.

she liked Sho. He seemed like a rather nice fellow if you got past the facvt that he seemed scared all the time. but she also figured that soon he would move past that and be able to live happily here she only hoped that she could become his friend.

[Sho]

Her explanation of the Academy was odd to him, he didn't know magic, and to the best of his knowledge he didn't have any magical abilities. why was he sent here, what brought him here? too many questions that dont make sense. He closed his blue eyes to think on the subject for a moment, hi shand coming up to his chin and the other cupping under the elbow of his other arm. He had to look past everything as if it where a normal thing. Its a difficult task just dropping a human off in a magical place and seeing the reaction that would come, he already fainted once, and how many more times would follow?

He finally opened his eyes and gave up trying to figure it out for now, he was hoping to go on that walk, with these two maybe get to know them and understand whats going on more. He would open his mouth to talk once more to them making a suggestion.

"So. . . How about we go on that walk, so I can think and see some cool scenery."

His mind would be drifting around, looking for that voice, it seemed to have disappeared. So then he went to thinking about other things, even though he didn't have to think of his past or present for that matter, his curiousity always got the better of him, and this was the worst kind, ithad happened to him and he had no idea what had happened.

[Audric Alaunte]

Audric gazed at Sho for a moment with a look that was merely curious and studying as he kept Tavia close to him and ran his fingers up slowly scratching her ears. The light little touches that showed that she was his and not to allow the other man to get any ideas. Lightly he ran his fingers against her ears as he watched Sho with his little troubled moments and begging for the information of where he was. Questions that could be answered if he simply showed some spine and actually began to look around rather then acting like some newborn pup that was afraid of everything. Audric sighed mentally as he leaned over for a moment and gently nipped one of Tavia's ears ever so slightly as he studied Sho again.

"I hope he doesn't get any ideas about you Tavia," Audric whispered softly in her ear it was that soothing voice but, there was a slightly more possessive note in it as he held her close to him. Lightly he ran his fingers against her ears as he held her.

"Because I wouldn't want anyone taking advantage of you my sweet little kitten," he murmured again in that same little possessive edge to his usual tone. He wasn't worried about Sho but, at the same time he knew firsthand just how deep Tavia's innocence ran as he kept her close and heard Sho's comment.

"Yes a walk indeed is always a fine thing we should hit the cafeteria first so you can eat and drink something and not look like you're standing on death's door," Audric said softly as he pulled Tavia into a walk beside him letting Sho follow or walk behind as he chose as he walked to the cafeteria with her.

[Sho]

As if he was back home Sho would throw up two fingers towards the guy who held Tavia, must of been boyfriend and girlfriend or something, or what did they call it in magic world? Whatever he held up his index and middle finger in a 'V' chape meaning Victory as in it was a great idea to get food and drink. Because no sooner did he mention it did his stomach growl. He closed his eyes tight with a smile and his tongue stuck out. Easy going Sho, he was already getting friendly with these two. He began to follow behind them alittle less scared now that he knew two people here instead of nobody. He looked around more curiouse and fascinated than anything.

His foot steps light behind them where turned into a type of marche as his arms folded behind hsi head. He was just going to follow them. Watching as some people they passed where huge muscular scaled creatures and then human all of a sudden freaked him out a bit less than it would have, but you have to admit thats still kinda creepy. Then there was the winged people, the people with horns, the people wiht more than two eyes, the tailed people, the people with familiers, does it ever end!? Geeze this place was really something, magic would have to be something he will need to learn of while he is here. not that he would be able to use it, but just learnign about it would be awesome.

Once they reached the cafeteria he would just follow his nose tot he food and get a bottle of water. He would seem to be drawn tot he foods as he looked around, he saw all sorts of foods, and odd foods that he over reacted to by throwing up the cross sign as he passed them. Which was mostly vegitables. He did however get broccli and some carrots. Good for the eyes. He had one last question that could help him figure some stuff out, he liked reading alittle bit, so if they had a library...

"Hey, uh, Audric, does this Academy have a library?"
