Look who's back (Phae)

[Junpei]

He hugged her back as she came up and hugged his chest, nuzzling in and kissing it softly. In his mind... he wasn't 100% sure, he was sure he could still look at her the same yes. She would never loose that same sense of love and wonder he got when he looked at her. She would never be anything less to him no matter what happened. She was his everything, but was he ready... maybe. Maybe wasn't good enough though, was it to fast? One day back and they were back at it... that wasn't what this was all about though. They had always been very physical yes, but they had a very deep understanding of each other and their emotions for one another.

"Only if you are Phaedra, only if you are. I'm not the one who's trying to be re-assured here, you are. We can wait, it's no matter to me, I want you to be happy and comfortable with me again."

He rocked her back and forth slowly, allowing her to think out her own response to all of this. He was the one who had to let her regain some small measure of trust in him and be comfortable around him again. She was the one who needed to feel safe again, no matter what it was up to her right now. Junpei was always comfortable with her, no matter what the situation, but was this to fast...?

[Phae]

Phae smiled softly as he hugged her back. He held her close and she listened to his words. She wasn't sure if she wanted to go all the way right now. She was still trying to work out so many things in her mind she was afraid to take that plunge really. She looked up at him and smiled softly.

"Hold me Jun, please.. don't.. don't let go." she whipsered.

She pulled him down on top of her. His arms still wrapped around her as she closed her eyes. She knew that if they went any further they wouldn't stop and right now she just wanted to be in his arms. It would be too hard for her to leave right now. She could imagine life without Junpei in it. But he had to earn back a few things.

Trust. Was a big on and with trust came other things and activities. She nuzzled into him gently. She kissed his neck and chest gently with soft little kisses to tell him that she was still with him.

"Jun, dearest, don't let go." she whispered again.

[Junpei]

Smiling softly as she pulled him down on top of her his arms wrapped around her protectively, holding her tightly to his chest he continued to smile. He felt her many kisses along his chest an neck and sighed softly. Then her words hit him and he kissed her neck softly, the whispered back his reply.

"Never Phaedra, never."

He softly nuzzled her and rolled over so she could rest on his chest. He knew she wasn't ready right now, could feel it deep down that she wasn't ready to trust him like that again. Sighing softly he nuzzled back into Phaedra and waited fro her to speak again.

Phae felt him roll them over so that she was on top of him. His arms held her to his chest tightly and for all the world she didn't want to move. He held her there stroking her softly and she closed her eyes letting the comforting feeling of his arms lull her into a false sense of security. She smiled softly.

"Junpei, I want to go somewhere. Just us. Get away from this academy and some where, that we can just be us. For a weekend anywhere but here. I don't care if we go camping on the top of a glacier I just don't want to be here."

She lifted her head and scooted up so that with her elbow supporting her she was leaning down and looking over him her red hair falling to the right of his face. Her free hand came up and traced his lower lip as she smiled seductively. She knew that playing with his lips was going to drive him nuts she wondered how long it would take him to make out with her again.

Smiling a bit as she talked Junpei's eyes slipped closed and his lips curved into soft smile. A vacation for just the two of them, sounded great. Although he top of a glacier might be a bit cold and if they were forced to stay inside a warm and cozy tent they wouldn't be able to do much but talk... yeah talk.

Feeling her rise up on him a bit he was careful not to let his hands leave her hips, she was temping him again. She really started to temp him when her thumb came up to softly trace his lips and he instinctively opened them up a bit, allowing her to run over his lower lip fully. Almost groaning in pleasure he opened his eyes slowly and looked up into her azure orbs. Giving her his evil grin he leaned up and caught her lisp in a deep kiss, his tongue slipping into her mouth to dominate and roam, re-memorizing every little spot.

His hands softly squeezed in on her hips and urged her to moved against him, to let herself go and wrap up in the moment. His eyes closed and he pulled her back down with him, his slightly longer hair fell in a mess around his head, her won hair falling around his face to wrap them up in the kiss.

Phae grined. That hadn't taken very long at all. His mouth opened slightly so that her thumb could trace his full lip and she smiled watching him nearly squirm under her attention. He suddenly came up locking their lips in a kiss and she moaned. His hands squeazed her hips as he seemed to still be so heated from earlier.

But she was too and if they did this much longer she wouldn't be able to stop a second time. The first had cost her so much. Her breath was heated once more as she shifted her legs off either side of him straddling him while he lay her back down. The kiss never broke yet as her hair fell down all around them. The deep red lockes seemed to block out the entire world.

Her hand ran up and down his chest and shoulder. Over and over again as her tongue moved into his mouth deepening the kiss and wrestling with his. She moaned softly and shivered a bit at the sensations going through her body once more. She had to stop. But God she didn't want to right now.

Junpei's hands ran up over the sides of her stomach as she moaned into his mouth and straddled him, the whole feeling was making him that much more heated. His tongue fought back against hers and tried his best to win, she was a very good opponent. She was the one person who could make him think even when they were at war with each other over control. She could make him feel alive one moment and feel like they were the only ones in the world. She was his everything, his catalyst, his strength, his weakness, his hope, his dreams, everything. If she was gone he was gone, he wasn't leaving, never again would he leave her without warning. Notes, notes were his new best friend, pen and paper, and if he had to leave for a long trip, she was coming or he was writing her every damn day.

He broke the kiss for air, he needed it desperately as he grinned again trying to breath and continue the make out session. His hands squeezed at her side, softly provoking the sides of her stomach to buckle down and against his toned flesh. His mind raced with ideas about how to keep this going without going to far, she didn't want that,, or at least didn't seem to want hat yet.

"You're going to make me loose control Phaedra."

Phae moaned again when his hands ran up from her hips and to her stomach. The kiss seemed to last for so long yet not long enough. She was breathing heavily through her nose but even then it was hard to get enough air. When he broke the kiss she panted as he squeezed her sides. She lay her stomach on his gently both of them were so toned and well fit. She was still able to maintain that femininity but still she could drive him nuts with how toned she was now.

He told her he was going to lose control and she winced. She looked down at him and kissed him softly and passionatly one of those making love kind of kisses that you really didn't need to hold your breath for. She let her tongue come out and just run along his lower lip before she pulled it back inside and broke the kiss.

"Gods above, Jun, I can't help it. You're so sexy. It's been a month. You've come back. I love you. I just.. don't know what to do." she whispered looking down at him she stroked his face her blue eyes looking right into his gray ones. Letting him decide the next course of action.

He reeled from the second kiss and he opened his eyes as it broke, his lips tingling from the taste of hers. He listened carefully and smiled, hearing her say it like that how was she supposed to not feel like they could wait longer. Well it was all on his shoulders now, but how to reply. Of course he wanted to sleep with her again, let his emotions spill out like he wanted. On the other hand he wanted it to be slow and trusting again, make her feel like it wasn't because he was going to be leaving again so soon.

"Phaedra... I want to, gods how I want to... but I don;t know if you're ready again."

He leaned forward and gently nuzzled her nose with his, closing his eyes he nuzzled over into her neck an kissed it lightly, then sighed softly. He wasn't sure where to go from here, they were on thin ice right now.

"You're incredible Phaedra, how can I not want you right now?"

[Phae]

Phae looked down at him and she just watched his reactions. She knew that this decision was a huge step. They had taken it too far probably as it was and she needed to do something. So badly did she want to give in and feel the physical love between them. But that was trust too and she wasn't sure she could say that yet.

"My love, I think.. I need a very cold shower about now." she whispered. "But.. first..."

She leaned down and another kiss like the last was laid upon him. One of those soft 'i love you' kisses that spoke volumes in mere minutes. The one that told him just because they weren't having sex or making love didn't mean she felt nothing for him but the contrary. That kiss that had no tongue but only feelings. Breaking it gently her eyes met his. Her blue eyes showed him one thing.

Stop me from leaving and I'm yours. She was so far gone. Her body longed for him, her soul longed for affirmation, her heart longed for love, and her eyes gave it all away. She swallowed hard and began to get off of him. If he let her she was indeed going to take an ice cold shower.

Those words, he wouldn't let her go, she wasn't going to leave the warmth he had finally brought back to her was she? No she wouldn't she couldn't and then she kissed him softly. The kiss that told him that she loved him no matter what and that she would be there for him. In that same kiss he transfered that he loved her just as much, that he wasn't going to pres sleeping with her and that he would regain the trust she needed to feel safe with him again. As she started to leave he stopped her, wrapping her up tightly around the waist her pulled her back down.

"No..."

He whispered out softly as he nuzzled into her neck, not letting her slip away from him now. She wasn't going anywhere, even if it was just to lay here for another two hours, it was what he wanted. He wanted her with him always, like it had been before, just the two of them alone for hours on end. She was his everything and he was completely distraught without her.

"Don't leave Phaedra... please."

[Phae]

Junpei reached out and grabbed her. Pulling her back he held her tightly after whispering no. He held her to him as if he never wanted to let go again. She closed her eyes when he whispered not to leave. And then said please. She understood now. He was afraid that if she left she wouldn't come back.

Even though the shower was just across the room. She could understand that fear. It was the same fear she had. She knew that if they ever regained their trust of each other they were definatly going to be much more possessive of each other.

"I'm not going anywhere unless you force me to." she whispered.

She lay her head on his shoulder. She never wanted to let go. She never wanted to be without his arms around her and his hands stroking her gently. Without his soft words she would be lost as she had been for a month.

"Junpei.. please.. please I beg you.." she said softly a tears welled in her eyes. "Don't leave me.. I'm so afraid.. so very afraid."

[Junpei]

Junpei stroked her back softly, his hands a bit rough from the weeks of not taking care of himself.He wouldn't force her to leave, ever. He couldn't he needed her now. He hadn't realized it until it was to late but he needed her like he needed air or water or the very things that made life possible, she WAS his thing that made life possible.

Feeling her head on his shoulder he nuzzled into her hair softly, smelling the sweet scent she always seemed to give off. He heard her words and nodded softly, more of a continued nuzzle than anything. he spoke softly, not attempting to break the tone in the room. With it so dark anything more than a whisper might be to much.

"Never. Never again, I can't. I need you Phaedra, gods how I missed you. I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry Phaedra, I love you Phaedra Weiss."

He kissed her neck softly and then lifted her up to lay next to him, where he wrapped his arms around her waist and lay on his side, so they could just stay there and stay wrapped up in each other for as long as both wanted.

"Phaedra, please say you'll still marry me."

[Phae]

Phae smiled as he told her that he needed her. Well hell she could have told him that from the beginning if he had payed attention. But now that he had learned it for himself perhaps he would stay this time and not leave her high and dry like nothing important. She felt him shift her and he looked up at him as he wrapped his strong arms around her.

She liked the rough feel of his hands at the moment. They were still the same sweet hands that he had before but they had this edge to them that was driving her wild. It was similar to her sword callouses on her own hand. He asked her the question that made her heart skip a beat. Sitting up she put her hands around her neck under her hair and unclasped something. Taking the white gold chain off from around her neck hanging on it was his mothers ring.

She slid the ring off the chain and placed it back on her left hand's ring finger. Placing the chain on the end table she smiled. The ring fit like it always had. It felt like it was supposed to be there.

"If you still have that other ring. Why don't you try asking again?" she asked and lay back down watching him to see his reaction.

Junpei's heart jumped as she slipped on the ring, the ring he had given her to begin with his MOTHER'S ring. He wanted to give Phaedra her own ring, to give her a ring that said 'This is mine, this is what my husband gave me'. She deserved a ring like that, a ring that was so important it had to say that.

Leaning back he reached over and opened up his nightstand drawer and grabbed the small black box. Pulling it open he pulled out the ring and examined it, amazingly beautiful an only Phaedra deserved it. Turning back to her he smiled and brought her hand up, her left hand.

"Phaedra Marguerite Weiss, will you marry me?"

He said rather slowly, like he was doing it for the first time, again. It felt odd, it was one day after his return, he had asked her to marry him one day after they met. They had always done things rather fast, but they were madly in love and both possessive as hell, now more than ever. Both were strong yet gentle at the same time, and both looked forward to a future that had the other in it. Junpei wanted a family with Phaedra. but now he would live to see his children grow up. His family... their family... she was his, he was hers.
