Finally there (open)

[kasai]

As I push the door open I smile to myself. Stepping inside I take a deep breath. "Ah nothing like the smell of a new place." I mutter to myself taking a few steps forward into the entry way of the school. Looking around I wonder where I am supposed to go. Someone must need to know I've arrived. I take out my acceptance letter to look it over and see if it says anything. Quickly skimming it I realize that it does not say anything that it didn't say before and I'm still completely lost. So I start to wander around.

After wandering for a while I get stopped by someone in a security uniform. "Can I help you with something?" He asks me in a tone that clearly tells me he would rather be doing anything else.
"Uhh yeah I'm new here and don't know where I need to go to find out where I'm staying and what I need to do to get into my classes."
"Another new kid huh?" He says to me. "Come on follow me." He leads me back to the entry way and through a door on the right side. He leads me through another door and says, "talk to her and then wait to be called into the office over there."
"Thank you sir." I say to his retreating grumbling form. "Oh you'll come to respect me sir... all in good time" I think to myself while I wait.

Soon I find myself back out in the entry way with directions on how to get to my dorm. I decide to explore a little bit first and walk around aimlessly to see what I can find and to watch all of the interesting new people go about their business. I don't expect to be disturbed in my wanderings because I have a tendency toward not being noticed. That makes it easier to watch people without being questioned. But then you never know what could happen in a new place.

From around a corner Smiley suddenly jumps out. At the moment his clothes are purple and the smile on his mask big as he begin to speak in a loud and happy voice.

"Hey there! How are you? You're new here huh? Always nice to see a new face. I hope that you aren't a boring bookworm because we already have plenty of those."

He apparently couldn't stand still on the same spot but jumped around all the time as he spoke.
He was in a good mood this day and that only made him worse than anything you could imagine and he had already pissed of several people this day and one of them even tried to hit him.

“Ahhhhh! Move...please!” A frantic voice was heard from in the distance behind Smiley. Frantic and poorly placed steps were heard coming closer and closer. Clearly, this person was running out of control and probably could not stop. As the object drew nearer, it seemed to be female, short, but still female. Her petite frame was strangely pressed in towards herself, even though she leant forward. This seemed like a very strange posture, especially while running.

As she came even closer (which, I might add, seemed to accelerate) her face was in grave distress, worried, frantic, pale blue eyes and a seemingly trembling lip. She needed to get somewhere fast...but where?

But more importantly she still wasn’t stopping, it was coming too fast to be stopped the contorted frantic little girl. And so, she just rammed straight into Smiley.

Smiley quickly turned around to see who made all the ruckuss that he wasn't responsible for. Ok, he didn't as much turn as he jumped around.
Anyway he saw who it was and he also saw what her problem was so he decided to help her as any other jester should do.
He took a step out of the way and left a foot out in her way.
Then he waved at her as she approached it at high speed.

"This should stop you. Otherwise there's a wall further down the corridor that may but I don't think you'll fly that far."

He said. Not that he thought she could hear him over her own screams but he still thought he'd say something to be polite.

"Hello Smiley I'm Kasai..." I look over Smiley's shoulder when I hear the ruckus going on behind him. Unfortunately for me Smiley's "kind" gesture would send the girl flying into me if she didn't evade him. My eyes grow wide as I watch the impending disaster unfold in front of me and the only thing I can think to do is stand there and gape.

"Watch out..." Is all I can muster waiting for the girl to come flying toward me at any second.

Being within no coordination, grace, or awareness of one’s surroundings, she faced the impending danger with no knowledge of it whatsoever as she tripped and fell face down into the ground, her belongings scattering in disarray around her and possibly on/at her neighbors in the nearby vicinity.

T’was quite a sight: she seemed to have swung right around Smiley’s foot straight into the ground, face smacking the road. She moaned in her pain and agitation as she steadily brought herself off the ground a little with her elbows so that her face was off the concrete.

Though, more importantly, was the way in which she looked as a whole. Yes, the small, vulnerable little girl, her eyes irrigated and glossy, her trembling lips which she bit the bottom one in pain, and especially her suggestive position in which her dress had also ridden up a bit during the fall to the point where it was encroaching up her thigh, almost enough to see her cloud-printed cotton white underwear.

[smiley]

"Ooops, that's not quite what I was hoping would happen. But I've got to give you credit for a nice landing. Sorry about doing it this way but I thought that you wanted to stop and this was the best way I could think of."

Smiley said in a happy voice just as the one he had used when he had spoken to Kasai.

"Who are you? I haven't seen you before so I guess you're new? Now that I think about it I didn't get any answer from you either. Could you both tell me? And I hope you aren't boring but you doesn't seem to be. You looked kind of fun when you couldn't stop like that."

[kasai]

"Like I said before. I am Kasai. Yes I am new here. You seem very... energetic... Smiley." I say kneeling down and offering my hand to the young woman in front of me to help her up. "Are you alright? You took quite a fall there, though I must say I'm surprised that you fell the way you did." I say to her with a kind smile on my face.

"These two... from what I've seen already would probably make excellent pawns for me to use in my pursuits when the time comes." I think to myself looking them both over. "Yes they will work perfectly indeed."

Cloché nodded and stretched across to pick up a few things before taking his hand and awkwardly pulled herself to her feet, only using his hand as a sort of...bar.

After a few pats to off dirt from herself and paused and jumped a little seeming to be in distress, once again, her eyes this time only slightly pale, “Ah...eh...désolé...That was...Supposed to be...You helping me up, was it not. Many pardons, kind sir.” She bowed her head with embarrassment in fear of falling over once more. Raising her head she gasped once again and then went into a rehearsed polite curtsey, “Pardon, I’m Cloché Nue of the St. Joan of Arc Monastery of Cannes, France.”

[kasai]

"Ah it is a pleasure." I bow to her and then turn and bow to Smiley. "So if you don't mind me asking... where were you off to in such a hurry?" I ask her. As I wait for a reply I look to get a better understanding of the surrounding corridor.

"Hmm... lots of shadowed alcoves... those could come in handy in the future. Also this place seems a little maze like which could also work to my advantage later on. I will have to explore more as soon as I get a chance to leave these two." I think while I look at her with that kind smile still on my face.

[smiley]

"Cloche she rushed down the hall,
couldn't stop so I made her fall.
I thought that she would fly
really fast and very high.
But my guess was wrong,
and the fall didn't last long.
And there she was, on the ground.
Hit it with a mighty sound.
Tearfilled eyes and trembling lip,
I am sorry I made you trip,
but please admit that it was a nice flip."

Smiley had been quiet for several seconds, something that he generally couldn't be so he had compossed the song which he now sung with flutes in the background. He liked flutes, they were happy.

Cloché blinked at Kasai. It was unclear if she was pondering or whether to answer the question or what the answer was. It’s completely probable that it could be the later, with her absent mind.

Cloché was abruptly taken by Smiley’s song. She blinked once again and clapped with a sort of “ooohhhh” expression. Seemingly that she may have not understood it’s jokes at her, but just understood that some person sang a song that rhymed....to an extent. But again, it is probable that she may not understand how to react to subtle acts of mockery and so resorted to ignorance.

[kasai]

"Well maybe they she is to dumb to even be of use... future dealings will tell. There is something more to Smiley than meets the eye though. I will have to watch him carefully... I will have to wait for his motive to be revealed before I know whether I can use him." I think to myself as he sings his song.

"Well it was a pleasure meeting both of you. But if you will excuse me I must be going. Things to do and people to see... I'm sure you understand." I say starting to walk away. "Goodbye for now." I continue to walk down the hall away from them. "I hope neither of them try to stop me... I've learned all I can from them for now..." I think to myself.

[smiley]

"Over already? What a bore. I was just about to ask if there was something about him to sing about too."

He said with a cheerful voice. Then he turned to Cloche and asked her:

"Do you play cards? I love playing cards and I think it's kind of fun. Of course, if I didn't think it was fun I wouldn't love it. So it sort of says itself when I say that I love it, because otherwise I wouldn't love it. If I didn't like it that is. You following me?"

He said to her as he picked a card deck from his sleeve and began to do tricks with them.

[cloche]

Cloché blinked, nodded once, twice, shook her head, and blinked again, “Wait...I don’t know how to play many card games. I wasn’t allowed to where I came from.” She squeaked, looking at the ground a bit, still completely unaware at the absence of the other person that was once in her vicinity.

She dropped her bag on the ground and put it behind her as she sat smiling those large bubbly bright blue eyes, “Teach me!” she requested. Looking patiently at her new acquaintance, hands neatly folded into her lap.
