"Yes of course you can." He said as he looked down at her. She looked ready to fall asleep.
"Would you like me to take care of the lights and so forth?" he asked getting up and taking off his long coat and hanging it up. he ointed to his fireplace lighting a fire with his firestream spell and then took care of the lights.
The whole room was now lit with the warm flickering glow of the fire. Jyo made his way back to Ziare and sat down by her letting her rest against him again.

She smiled it was much easier on the eyes now that the light was firelight. She smiled when he sat down next to her.
"Jyo... can I borrow a shirt or something. My robes thier filthy and I don't think I could sleep in them anyway." she told him pointing at the metal accent pieces.
"I'll wash it and return it to you I promise." she said looking up into his eyes. Her's almost half closed with exhaustion.

"Of course. you can. I'll be back in just a second." He said getting up and going to his dresser. he rumaged around for a second and came back with a large shirt. It only went to his own waist when worn but he also didn't have many large shirts.
"Biggest one I have. I'm not much into large shirts." he said.

Ziare smiled and took it from his hands.
"It's better than what I have." she said with a weak smile.
She stood with much wavering every now and then reaching out to the wall for support and undressed leaving her robes in a pile on the floor. She pulled the shirt over her head and it was perfect. It came about to her thighs and she smiled.
"It smells like you." she said sweetly. Before sitting back down on the bed before she lost her balance again.

Jyo was at her side in a blur. he caught her making sure his love didn't fall and hit the ground.
"You havent had any rest sinde the mission have you?" He said in a more paternal tone. But it still caried his worry and his care in it." he looked her in the eyes and smiled at her slightly showing he wasn't upset but concerned slightly.

Ziare shook her head.
"N-no I came right here as soon as I got back. I wouldn't have been able to sleep without you anyway." she said taking his hand in hers.
He was always caring for her even when she wasn't weak. He was sweet and endearing.
"I'll be all right, really I will."

"I'm sure you ill." he said smiling and helped her get into bed and covered her up. He himself got changed taking off his shirt and pants getting into a pair of sweats since even though he had lit the fire a chill swept into the room. He climbed into the bed next to Ziare and wrapped his arms around her.
"I missed you so much. I was worried ach moment while you were out. I can understand how you felt when I was gone." He said then gave a sigh.
"I'll be gone even longer on other missions though. And not too far off in the futue." he said.

Ziare cuddled up to him and smiled.
"I know that." she said sighing. "But you will always come back and we can spend that time together. I'll probably go on other missions as well. Try for softer ones though."
She turned nuzzling up to Jyo's neck and placed a gentle kiss there before closing her eyes. Her eyes hurt from crying and from exhaustion. It wasn't long before her breathing was regular and she was lost deep in sleep.

Jyo was awake for several hours after Ziare had fallen asleep
Yeah. I'll always come back. Can't see why not. Particularly when I have Ziare to come back to. He thought.
"Really you think so Jyo? I have confidance in what you are capable of. But still. Is that a promise you can keep?" Said Ember in an odd moment. Ember rarely spoke when contained within Jyo. This kept Jyo up for quite a bit longer. But he eventually fell asleep with Ziare next to him.

Ziare woke with a start it was night time the moon shone into the window from the dark sky beyond. She looked over at Jyo and smiled. He was asleep. She was still very tired but a nightmare had woken her. She moved carefully away from Jyo and climbed over to the fireplace sitting on one of the cushions there. She pulled her long hair over her shoulder and ran her hands through it.
The fire was low and it was rather chilly. Ziare used her fire arrow spell and sent one arrow out of her hand into the fire to bring it back up. She was warm again in no time. She said combing her hair absentmindedly and stared into the flames. Somehow they were comforting.

Jyo woke up not even a minute after Ziare had left the bed. he shift in position had woken him. he saw her by the fire which seemed rekindled and he silently moved over the her and then gracefully sat down next to her putting an arm arounf her.
"I'm surprised to see you up." he said

"I didn't mean to wake you up." she said leaning against him and still combing her hair out with her fingers.
She stared into the fire again.
"I had a dream it woke me that's all." she said smiling at him. "I'm sorry I woke you."

"Don't you worry about waking me. I have it happen all the time. Doesn't matter if you are here or not. But when you are here it's nice to wake up seeing you." He said giveing her a gental hug.
"So was the dream a good dream or a bad dream. Sadly I'm going to say bad because one rarly wakes up in the middle of the night from a good drea,." he said

Ziare smiled up at Jyo and kissed him on the cheek when he gave her the hug.
"Yes, it was bad. It was the mission all of it. How I almost passed out, how that man died, all the millions of things that went wrong."
She stared into the fire.
"The fire is comforting."

"You know. For the first week after he and I met I had nightmares of when I killed Ember instead of helping him. Something that might have happened. I'll be honest. I don;t think it ever goes away. You just learn to manage it easier. It's something you shouldn't forget but not something that should rule you." he said
