Knight, like Roy before him, had obviously forgotten that Nanashi was capable of controlling the rocks. And also, once Knight jumped, the Rocks followed him up and over Nanashi's head. Nanashi calmly watched the events unfold. When Roy had attempted to have Nanashi hit himself with his own attack, he had at least planned it a little better.
Now, while Knight was dealing with the 25-pound rock chunks, Nanashi prepared himself for the inevitable attack that would follow.
"Break."
Two of the three solid metal pegs inside the handle of Nanashi's sword broke, the third in the middle acting as a hinge. Nanashi rotated the sword, revealing the second blade that was right beside the first, and placing it on the other side of the handle.
"Lock."
The pegs repaired themselves. Nanashi then assumed the same stance he had before, facing where knight currently was, only this time his sword was parallel to the ground, horizontal from Nanashi's point of view.

"Yep...That figures." Tristan said blankly, still running away from the five chunks of rock. He skidded to a halt, whirling around to face his pursuers. The hunter had gotten a bit of distance on them and was ready to charge once again. Tristan reached up with his left and drew out his Shireiutz. Rushing full blast toward the rocks, Tristan had his sword up in a pretty basic stance.
He lept over the first rock, past two of the others, and swung down hard on the one that was still in his way. The stone gave under the insanely sharp, titanium and diamond blade, and split clean down the middle. Tristan hit the ground again and put his sword away, using it on someone would most likely kill them. He would come in on Nanashi and make a four hit combo, provided the young man didn't use any scrolls.

OOC: Sorry for taking so long...
IC: Slashing the rocks to bits now, was he? Well, now he was charging. Nanashi was out of offensive scrolls that he hadn't used yet, that left close range. But Knight was a giant, and it would probably be best to avoid close range without an element of surprise...
Nanashi twisted his sword so that one blade was facing Knight, and the other had it's flat to Nanashi's side/back. Before Knight was quite close enough, however, Nanashi made a split second decision.
"EXTEND!"
Nanashi practically screamed the word. It was easier the louder it was: the word was to help focus. And as soon as Nanashi had said the word, his sword blade extended to more than twice it's length. It would easily reach Knight, and probably inflict a rather nasty wound.
Nanashi smirked slightly. He had created a new spell.

Tristan rushed in, stance held. He heard the word and saw the blade shoot out. He leaned to the side slightly and flicked his right hand up and to the side. The titanium gauntlet scraped along the steel blade, several sparks shot from the connection as the sword grazed his shoulder. It caught his vest slightly, but then moved to the shoulder, making a small cut in the flesh that would stop bleeding shortly.
"Fool." He said simply, coming in close and making a quick straight stab with the left gauntlet. It was a plain attack that would be all but unavoidable with that extended blade and the probably surprise Kinkatsu would be in. There was a hope to block it with the other blade, but that was unlikely given the gurth of the one that had just been bypassed, and how long it would take to swing around.

"You're the fool."
The extended blade wasn't much of a hindrance. Since it was only one of the two blades, it was quite thin, and also quite light. The weight was no longer distributed the same, but it still had the same mass and weight. And Nanashi had plenty of time to react: as well as shrink his blade. Knight was not inhumanly fast, either: slower than Nanashi, even, weight down by all that equipment.
Nanashi was in the process of retracting his sword to normal length as he preformed his next move. First, he swung his sword so that the other blade placed itself on the blade protruding from Knight's gauntlet, pushing it up where it wouldn't reach Nanashi.
"NEVER assume your opponent is defenseless. Ignite!"
Again, Nanashi was beginning to expand with his spell repertoire. The word 'Ignite' was usually used in Sword Ignition, only this time it was Nanashi's left hand, which then aimed a palm strike to Knight's chest after taking a step under the sword and gauntlet.

Tristan chuckled slightly at Nanashi's comment. He let the following events happen, even though there wasn't too much he could do about the aversion of his gauntlet in light of continuing an attack. The palm strike jarred the hunter slightly from blunt impact, but nothing more.
"I guess you can chock that attack up to plain old ignorance...Fire's my element boy." He said mockingly before inhaling sharply and blowing out a huge fireball in Kinkatsu's face. From proximity alone Nanashi wouldn't be able to dodge that even part way, let alone completely. Tristan was completely unharmed by the flaming palm strike, his coat did get a little singed though.
Being that fire was his natural element, one he had been born with the ability to use more or less, he was almost entirely immune to it. Explosions were another story unfortunately.

Jeez... Not ANOTHER fire-immune person...
At the comment of "Fire's my element", it was almost blindingly obvious that he was going to launch a fire attack. Most likely straight at Nanashi, so it would be worthwhile to move to the side. Nanashi unjammed his sword from Knight's gauntlet, then took several steps as quickly as possible, making him and Knight back-to-back. As he was doing that, his left hand, no longer burning, reached inside his robe and removed another scroll. One of his more deadly ones.
The fireball was now hitting the air where Nanashi's head had been previously. Nanashi took two steps forward, the second of which was half a pivot, and threw the scroll, muttering a word in the process.
"Wrap."
Nanashi was currently behind Knight, who would have to take time to turn around. But regardless of which direction he was facing, he would soon notice the scroll making a very tight, very quick helix around him, wrapping around as much of his body as it could. It was usually done on smaller people, but the area it covered would be enough.
"Fire!"
The entire scroll ignited, while in direct contact with Knight. But Nanashi wasn't done yet.
"Amplify!"
The intensity of the flames practically doubled. In there, no resistance to fire was going to help Knight. It hadn't helped Roy, who had been wearing fire resistant armor, and had barely come out of the same situation concious, and had only done so fueled by anger. A long story to be told later.

Tristan stopped his fire spitting short a moment after it had begun. Nanashi had read ahead and knew an attack was coming. [Little too obvious?] Just a bit... He turned around with his arms up slightly, only to be met with a scroll wrapping tightly around him. "Oh this isn't good..." He said calmly, watching Kinkatsu.
Fire again? Was this boy an idiot? Tristan figured he would have gotten the hint the first time. You'd have to throw the hunter into lava before he succumed to heat. The fire quickly englufed Tristan who had a bored expression on his face. [Note to self...Start making coats out of dragonhide.] He thought to himself, noting that his leather coat was beginning to burn up.
The fire intensified with a word from Nanashi, and Tristan actually began to feel it. "Impressive...This is starting to hurt." He said through the flames, his jacket flaking off his shoulders. The hunter then flexed his muscles. A slight creeking sound was let out as the scroll stretched. Tristan then pushed his hands forward as best he could past the remains of his coat. The alchemically formed and sharpened blades pushed through the paper and the tension was released. Whether the spell was cut off or just the paper was torn, Tristan was free as the scroll fell to the ground, followed by a thunk. "Looks like I'll need a new sword holster too." He said, brushing himself off of the ashes of his coat and shoulder strap which had released Shireiutz.
"Sorry about the scroll." He shot forward, much less burdened then before and at top speed. His agility was what was most limited by his coat and sword, but his speed was slightly decreased as well. IF Nanashi was still standing where he was, big if, Tristan would make a quick swipe with the left gauntlet to Kinkatsu's face. If he was moving, which was most likely, Tristan would do his best to block what ever was thrown and pull off a strike or two. The boy had to be running low on energy by now. That or he had some REALLY efficient spells.

That... Is... INSANE.
Not only was Knight unaffected by the fire, but he had also managed to break Nanashi's scroll, which had wrapped around him at least 25 times, and wasn't exactly thin paper. Have you ever tried to rip around fifty sheets of paper in half? Not an easy feat. Imagine your average book for a moment. About, say, 150 pages? And a page is half a sheet, so that's 75 sheets. Take two thirds of that, and try to rip it in half. Easy? No.
As Knight emerged from the remains of Nanashi's fire scroll, which had caught fire from the flames it had been emitting and was no longer protected from, it's magic being broken, Nanashi spoke.
"You owe me a roll of parchment... I'll need to make another one of those."
And then, as if nothing had happened, Knight charged again, making a swipe at the face. Overly simplistic. Probably a feint... So until Nanashi had absolutely no leeway left, he held his ground. Then he ducked, letting the blade go over his head, slicing a bit of hair on it's way. From his position, his legs coiled like springs, Nanashi had much potential energy just waiting to be released. And release it did, Nanashi launching himself, sword point first, into Knight's torso. It was a speedy maneuver, and not particularly aimed. But no matter where it hit, it would hurt. If it hit.

Tristan had missed, to be expected considering how Nanashi had been able to dodge already. He was also knocked back, taking a couple of steps backward. The wards around Tristan's vest took the impact, and the blade stopped less than a centimeter from the surface of the kevlar material. Sheer weight was what made Tristan stumble like that as there was still force pressing against him despite the wards.
Before Kinkatsu could fully realize what happened, Tristan would stab his left bladed fist into the boys right arm. There was always the chance he could dodge it, but it wasn't too likely given proximity. If it hit, there was a strong possibility one of the nerves would be severed, leaving the right arm useless until the fight was over and Kinkatsu got to the medical ward.

HOLY CRAP!
The fact that the sword had stopped unexpectedly directly next to Knight's chest was quite unexpected. Then, Knight launched a quick attack at Nanashi's arm. Nanashi's split sword still had it's other blade ready, luckily, and Nanashi was capable of bringing it up to at least slow the strike while he raised his arm, avoiding being crippled.
Nanashi's feet, now back on the ground, lifted themselves once more, and made a huge upward motion, aiming to smack Knight in the side of the head. It would hit in the general area of the temple, and if it didn't knock him out, it would certainly hurt like hell.
OOC: No mana used. Remaining: 2.5 Status: None.
Short post... bleh.
And yeah, but you still have to raise your arms to do that.

Damn second blade. It had blocked Tristan's attack and was holding it off well enough for Nanashi to move around abit and attack. The hunter moved his right arm up just enough to catch the back of Kinkatsu's leg, slowing it down slightly, and moving it up to hit higher than intended.
The hunter leaned to the left with the impact and shook his head. It had hurt quite a bit, being that Nanashi's shin had hit him dead on the skull. Thing was, Nanashi's shin would probably be in for just as much of a world of hurt, unless of course he had some sort of shinguards that Tristan hadn't realized were there.
He got back up right after a few moments and turned to the right, pushing the sword aside. Tristan would follow that with a hard left knee in the right side ribs that would most likely be impossible to block, though the boy could avoid it if he reacted quick enough.

Well, that hadn't gone exactly as planned. Then again, when was the last time something had? At least Nanashi had landed a hit. A hit that had made Knight put himself in a rather unconventional position. And once in a position that could be considered 'Unconventional', it is very hard to dodge properly.
As soon as Nanashi's stinging legs hit the ground again, he let go of his sword, so it would not get in the way of what he was about to do. Besides, it would likely be right there when he was done. Swiftly turning almost 360o counterclockwise (viewed from top), Nanashi, on near completion of the full pivot, once again left the ground, bringing his left foot up in a flying outer edge crescent kick to the exact same spot he had been aiming for earlier. His right would then preform an inner edge crescent kick to the same spot, resulting in extreme pain and/or unconsciousness for Knight. Assuming it hit. It hadn't last time, why should Nanashi believe it would this time?

Tristan had already been back at height and had turned to the side when Nanashi went for the kicks. the first kick hit the hunter square on the forehead, which really didn't do much except cause a little bit of jarring pain in his head. It would probably cause Nanashi's leg more damage considering the shin bone again. The second kick followed and Tristan put up his left hand to catch it.
He did so and held it a little higher than his head so the boy would be in an extremely awkward position. He then shot his left knee up to the base of Nanashi's hip. It was almost guarenteed to hit, and had a chance of dislocating the hip, cutting off the boys ability to move and fight.

OOC: Sorry for taking so very long (Hey, what's a month and a half?)... New character, almost forgot about this one, in a tricky position (insert another excuse here), etc...
IC: Well, how very... how to say this? Embarrassing. The first kick probably hurt Nanashi more than it hurt Knight. The second was caught. Nanashi's loss was seeming to be drawing near.
However, Nanashi wasn't quite as flexible as to easily go into the position Knight was putting him in. Almost naturally, he began to tilt backward, his left foot leaving the ground. Natural forces seemed to be slowly tipping him over... giving perfect leverage for another kick. There was an obvious, if less than honorable, target for an upward going kick. And it was rather sensitive.
At times close to one another, Nanashi's leg would (if uninterrupted) place itself between Knight's legs, and Knight's knee would meet Nanashi's hip. The joint held, but it still hurt. He wouldn't be running anywhere soon.
