[Junpei]

Junpei sighed as he once again failed his new summon. This was getting very old very fast. What he really needed was a vacation, but after that weekend trip with Xeryth to Germany he wasn't exactly in the mood to visit that again. Of course he wasn't going to object if someone said let's go, but he wasn't going to do the saying. Throwing his book down on the desk Junpei groaned and wiped his face down with a wet rag. On his desk sat a bowl of cold water and rags, used to keep him cool in the hot room.

"Loish i'm going out, clean up for me."

The small lizard merely nodded and went to work grabbing a cloth, ringing it with his talons, and then wiping down the floors, woodwork, and everything that needed it. If it weren't for Loish Junpei may have been a slob, this place had no women's touch and could probably use it, but either way, this was fine for now. Speaking of a women's touch Junpei's conversatin with Ziare was still playign in his head, she had found something in him that he couldn't, the fact that he was actually a good person behind a bad exterior. Well, not a bad exterior, but a dark magic exterior that he let pull him apart. Since that conversation he had been taking more time for him, eating more, sleeping more, and even doing some pleasure reading instead of constant study. Currently he was reading a book written by a demon about human emotions and a relationship between demon adn human. Junpei found it amazing how similiar humans and Demons really were.

"Make sure to avoid the books this time."

With that the doro to Junpei's room slammed shut adn he headed off for the maib hall of the school, a walk threw there would do his lungs good, a stuffy room was not a good place to try adn breath.

[Phae]

Phaedra tucked a stray strand of red hair behind her ear as she looked around the enormous main hall of the school. This small statured young girl of all of sixteen years old stood trying to figure out where to go. Her bags having been sent ahead of her were already in her room. Whereever that was. She sighed.

Dressed in her newest outfit a cheerleader type skirt that was lavender with a white lace trim and a pastel pink t shirt the sword on her waist seemed a bit out of place but in truth the young girl could use it quite well. She pulled some papers out of the knitted bag on her side and looked through them.

"Dormitory B...where is that?" she asked sighing. She looked up from her papers and saw a boy coming down the hall. She smiled and ran up to him.

"Excuse me can you help me?" she asked in her bright excited voice sapphire eyes dancing with happiness. "I don't know where I am suppossed to go I can't find the dormitory and it's my very first day."

She hoped he would be able to help her.

"Please?"

[Junpei]

Junpei looked up to see a bright eyed, beautiful girl running towards him, to boot she seemed to be actually interested in him. As she got to him he looked down at her slightly and smiled, nodding.

"Sure i'd be glad to help, it was my first day just a month ago. Now where exactly are you trying to go?

Junpei slipped his hands behind his back and placed his left hadn around hsi right wrist, holding them their. His black shirt and black slacks were a bit ruffled because of the robes he had been wearing moments ago but now, he was in plain clothes. Glancing to the side ofr a moment Junpei realised they were the only ones here, where exactly was everyoe today?

[Phae]

"I'm so happy you're willing to help me! And here I thought my first day was sure to be a lonely one." she said smiling happily.

She filtered through the papers in her hand and pulled out her dorm and class assignment handing it to the boy she had run up to. He was pretty cute she had to admit to herself. Stop it Phae you aren't here to date besides he's probably already taken. She told herself.

"I'm looking for Dormitory B room 166." she looked back up at him. "I'm afraid I have no idea where that is. Would you be so kind as to show me?"

Her blue eyes seemed to sparkle with her excitement and happiness. To say that she was happy to be here would be an extreme understatement. She was thrilled and look here! A possible friend already!

[Junpei]

Junpei chuckled a bit to himself as the energetic girl showed off her excitement and handed him the papers he would need quickly enough. Looking down Junpei realised that she was only a few doors down from him, as a matter of fact she was.. one hallway over if he wan't mistaken. With his being B, 155 she woudl be on the opposite side but 13.. no... 12 doors down on the other side. Smiling a bit Junpei nodded and smiled to the girl once more.

"You're actually not to far from me, about 50 or so feet away. Now let's see... we want to go... ah here we are."

Turning on his heel Junpei looked back the way he had come and then looked over at the girl, extending his hand for a shake.

"Junpei Taltos, nice to meet you."

[Phae]

She was so happy he was going to take her. He even seemed to know exactly where she was going to go which was a relief since she didn't have a school map.

"Wonderful!" she said happily. "I'm so happy I ran into you."

She followed him and noticed when he stopped and held out his hand. She took it happily and gave it a very enthusiastic shake.

"Nice to meet you Junpei, I'm Phaedra though you can call me Phae. Thanks so very much for the help." she said happily. "Just think my first day and my very first friend what a wonderful way to start a time at a new school."

She smiled and giggled. Her slight freckles made her look even cuter as her face scrunched up her eyes closed to little slits her head cocked to the right.

[Junpei]

Junpei blushed a bit as she giggled and made herself look about ten times cuter than Junpei thought possible. He was amazed at how easily she was talking to him, all things considered. Letting out a nervoud laugh Junpei let his feet take off adn carry him down the hall with this girl at his side. Keeping his head tilted up a bit so she hopefully couldn't see his feint blush Junpei had right now. Rounding a corner they entered teh Doritory wing B.

"SO, what kind of magic do you use?"

Junpei couldn't beleive that for once in his life, he was talking to a girl and not freaking out. Sure with Ziare it was different, he saw her as a sister figure now. This girl.. he was actually physically attracted to and she was talkign to him. Taking a quick breath Junpei blinked a couple times trying to clear the blush, hopefully she wouldn't notice.

[Phae]

Phae couldn't help but blush truth was this guy was pretty good looking and so far seemed really nice. He didn't mind that she was happy and excited which tended to get on some people's nerves. She looked up at him...did she spy a blush?.... that thought alone made one rise to her own cheeks.

"Magic, I'm a sword mage!" she said tapping lightly on the sword swinging from her left hip. "Basically I use magic and focus it through my blade I can change the properties of it comes in handy I must say."

She smiled up at him her hands now behind her back as she walked with him. He was really nice. She had been worried about starting the new school really because she knew how annoying she could be and not even try.

"What kind of magic do you use, Junpei?" she asked winking up at him.

[Junpei]

"I see..."

Was his only reply to her answer. Glancing down a her sword he noticed that she to was blushing, a tad more than he was actually. This of course caused a chain reactino adn he blushed more, he could actually feel the heat on his nose adn cheeks now. At her question he distracted himself by showing her his magic, snapping quickly a black flame appeared on the end of one finger, a Nether Flame to be exact.

"Dark magic, summoner mostly. I was actually practicing before I ran into you..."

His voice trailed off at the end adn he snapped once more to turn the black fire off, he didn't want anything bad to happen and ruin this delightfully blushful walk. Looking down Junpei took a quick gulp and closed his eyes a sec, thinking about where they would need to turn.

"Ah, we're at your hallway."

Turning right down the hall Junpei started at door 170 on the left, door 169 was on the right. 4 doors down adn left, they were at the door to her room.

"Here you are..."

[Phae]

Phae looked at the fire her eyes wide with amazement. Black fire...who would have thought?! But he quickly put it out and Phae saw a look cross his face that she didn't understand.

"That was amazing. Mine only concentrates on my blade you have magic that is magic alone. How interesting." she said truly astonished looking up at him. She gave another smile.

Before she thought she would be and definatly before she was ready they came to her room.

"Here you are..." she heard him say and she turned to stand in front of him.

"Thank you! Thank you so very much." she said happily but honestly. She wanted to hug him but she wasn't exactly sure if he would like that so she stayed in her spot. She bit her lip and then looked up her right leg shaking to and fro out of nerves.

"Would you like to come in. I could make you some tea once I unpack my kettle. I would really like to thank you properly."

She looked nervous and she was nervous a light blush on her cheek as she looked up into his eyes her own sapphire ones filled with all the hope in this world that he would say yes.

[Junpei]

"Sure...."

He said as she stood in front of him. What teh hell was going on with him, his heart was racing wildly and his mind was still trying to recover from the fact that she was being so open adn welcoming to him.

"If you would like we could just go down to my room, it's just down the way I have a few packages of tea out already..."

Junpei reached up with his right hand and scratched the back of his head and neck, he really wan't sure how this girl would react. In all honesty he was suprised he hadn't been huggged and clamored all over by now. However if she did that hsi entire face might turn red adn he woudl be likely to fall over from a heart skip or two.

[Phae]

Phae smiled brightly. He was so cute the way his hand went to the back of his neck. She giggled despite herself.

"That sounds wonderful. Truth is I can't recall where I packed my tea now teapot, I've got that covered." she said with a wink. "But alas teapots don't work too well without the tea."

She looked up at him....so cute! Calm down Phae, he's cute but probably already taken so calm down. She told herself but dang it, it just wasn't helping.

"So where to? Lead the way." she said looking up at him expectantly.

[Junpei]

Junpei nodded and turned to lead the way. It was a short walk to reach the room where he lived now. 12 doors down and on the right Junpei placed his hand on the doorknob adn slowly opened the door. What was on the other side would probably stun the woman behind him.

The walls were a deep blood red, all the furniture in the room was a beautiful red wood, black Nether FIre Torches around the walls and still made the room seem bright as day, a feat Junpei still had yet to figure out. Finally the floor was a deep sate grey with crisscrossing black lines, a spider web effect. The ceiling, of which Junpei had spent 20 hours figuring out, was now reflecting the constelations of the night sky at the time, following them exactly. On the far wall was an open window where Loish took off to go for a hunt and a fly.

Stepping into the room Junpei walked in and turned around, holding the door for her. The books that had once been clattered were now clean and stacked on eithre side of the desk. The bulletin board was ordered and nice, and the bed was made, the black and light red sheets mxing as if by magic.

"Here we are..."

[Phae]

The walk twelve doors down was spent in silence Phae not really knowing what to say but she was way too happy to let it bother her. They stopped quickly and he opened the door. As she stepped in she gasped.

"Wow... ce' magnifique." she said spinning in the center of the room slowly her skirt flaring a little. She was speechless which for Phae was big.

She took in all the red and the black but it was the ceiling that impressed her the most. She looked up and began naming the constellations as she moved through the room.

"The ceiling is my favorite how wonderful it would be to lay on the bed at night and see this above you. Just like outside but it wouldn't rain in here." she said happily. She blushed as she looked at Junpei again.

[Junpei]

Junpei closed the door behind her and tried to seem busy looking for the tea, fumbling through the desk for a couple minutes as he foudn the tea finally. Just as he turned back she spun adn Junpei felt his full face turn red adn turned back around, getting otu a small basin that normally was used for insense. Pulling out his own cupps Junpei put some old parchment in the bottom of the basin adn then lit it with Nether Fire. Controllign the flame he made it very hot and then set a small rack over it. Taking out a bottle of water he kept by his desk Junpei poured it into the glasses and set them on the rack, so only the bottoms would heat he made them Netehr Fire concentrated and then waited for the water to boil.

"Yeah.. I like to just lie on the bed and stare up, I love being able to see the stars every night, it reminds me of home.. we lived in the united states.. in Georgia. I coudl always see the stars there..."

Turnign to the girl Junpei advanced a couple of steps closer and stood next to her, looking up but more or less focusing on her. HIs blush was less now and would be hidden well by the lighting. Walking over to his bed he sat down on the edn adn then nodded to his side.

"It's going to be a while.. would you like to sit down?"
