Pesmerga had registered with the front office finally, as he was hoping to get a room soon to practice some things. He had asked for a large room at the end of the hall to be out of people's way. He didn't care too much about it being aesthetically pleasing however. He got what he had asked for and was happy about that.
At the end of a long wide hallway was a door. It looked old as could be and was very tall and wide. When Pesmerga opened up the door he saw what seemed to be an old storeroom. It was quite the large room, the ceiling was over 20 feet up and it had to be 800 square feet. There were windows on all three walls of the room as well. Nothing was in the room, it was completely empty, not even a bed or a cot for that matter. He would fix this soon enough. He wasn't planning on decorating this room too much, he rather use it for his experiments and such. The first thing he had to do was sound proof and strengthen the walls, ceiling, and floor.
They were all solid oak, and while they dampened sound he wanted complete seclusion. Using his powers he modified the make up of the walls so the middle of the wall comprised of a sheet of iron, a layer of titanium, one of lead, and a gel substance in between each layer so the room could withstand immense pressure as well as attacks. The door was now more than a simple lock, it was the same makeup as the walls, which were now many times thicker than before, but was like the vault door in Cheyenne Mountain. The inside portion of the walls, floor, and ceiling were still wooden to give it a good feel. His whole room could be ripped from the rest of the building and still be together. He could also turn it into a complete vacuum void of air in an instant.
To first thing he wanted to do was relax, and he had a good way of doing it. With the room as tall and wide as it was, in the back he installed a basketball court with the nicest hardwood floors. He would pull more things from his cubes later, but for now he was set. On the door he hung a message board that said,
"Visitors are welcome, please enter."

Yukiko made her way down the hall as she glanced around slightly. The walls were of nothing especially noticeable. Just an overall normal looking dormitory building. Either way, she'll be spending most of her personal time here at this place, so she supposed she'll just have to take it like her home.
At any rate, she soon neared her own room, which was diagonally across from Pesmerga's, though of course at that time, she did not quite know that yet, but she did notice someone had moved in. She was quite sure it was an empty room earlier that morning. Either way, it didn't matter, neither does it concern her that much really. A new neighbour? Sure.
The white-haired mage stopped in front of her door as she glanced at the sign hung on Pesmerga's room door. Reading it mentally, her expression remained emotionless while her dull blue orbs wandered past the sign into the room through the slight opening. Seems like the door wasn't fully closed. She shrugged mentally as she kept her attention on her new neighbour's room. She couldn't see much of course, but she could make out a figure in there, who seemed familiar, for some reason. Oh well. She supposed it's none of her business right?
She turned back towards her own room door as she stayed standing, now searching for her room key, though it seems to be taking a while ... now where could it be?

Pesmerga was going for a dunk when he heard someone outside his door. As he slammed the ball hard through the net and onto the deck he began to creep to his door. He left it creaked open for visitors, since he was home. He heard someone digging around, presumably to get keys out and swung his door fully open to see who it was.

Yukiko's right hand was in her outer coat pocket, trying to look for the key. She could have sworn the key was there. Guess not. Sighing mentally, she started to dig through her other pocket, thinking that the key must be in there. There's no way that she could have lost it right? She's too careful to do such a thing, or so she thought.
At any rate, she soon heard the door behind her open, the sign bouncing against the door as it was pulled open. She stopped what she was doing as she turned slightly, sideways, and glanced at the figure who stood by the door, staring at her. She said nothing as she kept her eyes on the individual. She recognized him. Of course she does. She had seen him a few times now, though she can't say she recall catching his name before, thought of course she can't say it mattered too much.
Her fingers soon found the key-like structure, and Yukiko smiled mentally, finally succeeding in finding the item. So it really isn't lost. Either way, she allowed the key to slip out her hand, as she now turned to face the gentleman near her fully. Her emotionless, blue orbs stayed on the figure as she studied him slightly, though it wasn't obvious, like usual. She said nothing as she just stood there, like a frozen block of ice.
She had to admit though, that she didn't quite expect him to be her new neighbour. Guess that won't really make any differences though. Anyway, she soon stopped staring as she turned her attention back towards her own room door, slowly taking the key out. She doesn't seem to care much about time.

He laughed to himself as the girl before him fumbled for her key. He had seen her a few times before and had fun confusing her in his different forms. She didn't seem to outgoing so Pesmerga thought he would start the conversation.
"My name is Pesmerga, it's nice to finally meet you, having run into you numerous times before."
He put his hand out to meet hers.

Yukiko said nothing as she turned around slightly once mroe to face Pesmerga. She looked at him for a brief moment before he spoke out. She watched as he extended his hand out politely while introducing himself.
Yukiko herself remained silent as her eyes wandered down to look at his hand before looking back at his face shortly. Her key still in her left hand, she extended her right as it made contact with Pesmerga's, shaking it to be polite.
"I suppose." she stated simply, her voice quiet, almost monotoned.
She paused before speaking out again, introducing herself this time to be polite. As introverted as she is, she is polite and has manners. She was taught to be, with all those strict lessons since birth, whether they be physical, mental or emotional. She was expected nothing of the least. Getting second wasn't even tolerated back at her home. She supposed it is a good thing she was sent here. She shrugged the thought off mentally as she finally spoke.
"Neiro Yukiko." she said plainly. Short and simple. That was all that's needed.
(((ooc: Yukiko is her first name.)))

Pesmerga met her soft hand with his and took her fingers in his hand and brought hers close for a gentle kiss. In his mind chivalry did not die. He released her hand and posed a question,
"I apologize for being as sweaty as I am, needed some time to relax. You ever play basketball?"
He noticed how quiet she was and how she seemed to pick her words carefully. He figured she had a strict up bringing so he he hoped to make her feel as comfortable as possible.

Yukiko watched and said nothing as he brought her hand close to his lips, placing a gentle kiss upon it. After that, he soon released her hand, and Yukiko herself placed it back by her side. She didn't seem to mind, neither did she exactly care personally, she supposed. Either way, she listened to his question before answering carefully, her tone of voice the same usual one, low and quiet.
"I've played it before, though I can't say I play the sport much." she responded plainly. It was true. She supposed she just isn't one with a passion for sports with balls. Well, mostly anyway. Actually, you can even say she's not such a person who enjoy much sports, except for winter sports maybe. Depends. "It doesn't seem to catch my interests." she added shortly, after a slight pause.

He wasn't too surprised by her answer, most girls didn't like to play regardless, but Pesmerga honestly didn't know any other way to strike up a conversation.
"Okay then, even if you don't want to play still stop by, maybe we can find something that does intrest you, or just chew the fat for a bit."
Being a loner for the last 200+ million years did have it's downfall, he wasn't too good with people, and it usually showed in his first meetings with someone.

Yukiko kept her eyes on Permerga the whole time as he spoke out again. She personally didn't know what to say really. Especially for someone such as herself. And so, she kept quiet and just gave a nod. She hoped that it was enough for an answer or acknowledgement.
Remaining silent still, she leaned slightly back, her back touching the solid wall as her arms still hung by her sides respectively. There was no purpose. She just felt like doing so.
Sighing mentally, somehow the thought of the dormitory building came into her mind. It made her wonder how it can be possible that they group both males and females in the same dorm building. It wasn't that she was complaining, for she has no problem with it, while many others might. It just seemed unusual how the academy decided to keep it as one large building where all students, regardless of gender, stay in. She soon shrugged the thought off mentally as she kept her empty blue eyes on Pesmerga.

Pesmerga took her nod as a yes and thought for a moment. His room was as empty as could be, save for the basketball court. He looked at Yukiko, who was resting against the wall and said,
"Please excuse me for a moment, I must prepare my room."
He momentarily closed the door and worked his magic to set up his room. A few seconds later he opened the door back up and his room was ready. As the door opened fully the beauty of his room showed.
With the ceiling as high as it was he had a chandelier hanging from it. A small study to the back of the room with a table next to the window was set. Toward the right hand side was the seating area with two couches and chairs with a coffee table set in the middle. The couches and chairs were all dark green leather and as comfortable as could be. The whole floor was covered with a fine deep brown carpet that was warm to the touch. Much to his own surprise he put in a fireplace as well and had a gentle fire going. If it wasn't for him being at the very end of the building it wouldn't have been possible. He also had a superb sound system set up in the entirety of the room and had some fine Beethoven playing. He always found classical music relaxing, but he also had a thing for hard rock when it fit the mood.
To the left hand side upon entering was a kitchen he set up, complete with an electric stove, fridge, and sink. The counter tops were solid marble as was the floor tiles. The fridge was filled to the brim with food and drinks for guests and fresh fruit hung in baskets from the a brace above above it all.
The door was wide open now and he was dressed in his usual clothes and no longer his basketball gear. He stepped to the side and held his arm out saying,
"Please enter and make yourself at home. If you would like to change the music feel free to, I just happen to find this relaxing but you can put on what you like."

The young mage said nothing as Pesmerga re-entered his room, closing the door after him to 'prepare'. Prepare? Prepare what? Just what is he planning? Those thoughts were in her mind as she just stayed at her spot, her back leaning against the wall still.
Soon, minutes later, the door opened, revealing Pesmerga in different clothes. Her arm extended out to welcome her in, she pushed herself off the wall as she took a few steps forward, stopping at the doorway for a brief moment, looking into the now beautifully decorated room. It changed? But how? Just what kind of magic does this person use? She's not sure she can figure it out fully, but she has a slight clue. It was interesting though, that's for sure.
Anyway, she stepped in and allowed her eyes to wander around the large room slowly, taking in every detail of her surroundings. Heading towards the couches, she took a seat, her back slightly leaned against the back of the dark leather couch. The music was soothing, and she didn't mind it, for it wasn't all too loud. At any rate, her eyes soon settled back upon Pesmerga.

Pesmerga noticed a bit of surprise on her face as she walked toward the couch. He looked at her for a memento before opening his mouth,
"So, I have seen you take notice of me and that somewhere in your mind you have questions for me. Please feel free to ask but I tell you now, some of the questions you may have I may not have the answer to."
After speaking he slid the glass across the table to her, and then he got a bit embarrassed.
"I am sorry for the rudeness, where did my manners go, s there anything you would like to drink or anything to eat?"

Yukiko said nothing as Pesmerga entered after her, and soon slid a glass across the table. After hearing his question, she gave a slight shook of her head. "No. It's fine, thank you." she answered politely, though her tone of voice remained the same dull and monotoned voice. It didn't seem the least it polite actually, but that's just how she is, she supposed, even if she means for it to be polite and mannerful.
Either way, her thoughts soon returned back to what he said a bit earlier regarding any questions she might have. She does, but she was never the nosy type to ask many questions. She had always chose to fifure them out gradually, step by step, bit by bit. Not only would she learn more, but it's more in her interests to do so actually. Who knows why. Anyway, she said nothing regarding any questions she was wondering about and remained silent as she let the beautiful music sink into her mind, easing her thoughts.
Soon, after a short pause of silence, she spoke out slowly. "It must be convenient to be able to transform objects so easily and in such small amount of time." she stated plainly, her tone never leaving the monotoned state. She was mostly talking about his room of course, for its change was interesting, and it was indeed talents magic.

He laughed quietly to himself at how polite she was. Most people asked him bluntly, and truthfully he had no problem with it. He looked at her, sat back against the couch and said,
"All I do is change the size of the objects, which is pretty easy for me to do. Recently I have gotten into changing the fabric of objects, that's a little bit harder. I'm also delving into a form of kinetic movement, but not really telekinesis, I kind of compress it then expand it in a way that moves it. The compression takes place on an atomic scale so you really can't notice. My ability does come with a price though, I can't learn any spells or abilites from other styles unless it relates to my powers. For instance, some people can make a fireball, I have to do it differently. For me I would have to accelerate the molecules around the area I want the fire to the point they burst into flames. I find things like that harder. I personally stick to guns and modify the bullets to pierce better."
Pesmerga went through all that without skipping a beat then added,
"As you have seen already I canshapeshift as well and shapeshift others. Sorry for the long speach, if you don't mind my asking, what is it you do?"
He hoped to not be too intrusive, but his curiousity got the best ofhim.
