What to do now (phae)

[Phae]

Phae was so full of love at the moment she didn't think she would live past the next five minutes as full as she was. Somehow Jun could do this to her easily and she loved him for it. He was so sweet to her sweet in so many different ways.

But something was wrong something he didn't want to tell her. She saw it in the slightly rumpled bed sheets around him and mostly in the clumps of hair. Yesterday when they woke his hair was normal but today she could tell something was different.

"Junpei, please tell me what's wrong." she said pushing the bangs out of his face and sitting up once more.

She moved around and lifted him up gently placing his head in her lap and carefully running her hands through is locks and then settling on his cheek.

"I"m here dearest, I will listen if you wish to speak." she said smiling down at him.

Junpei's eyes were almost huge, she had figured out that something was wrong, yet he knew he wasn't acting any different. WHat was different about this morning that wasn't yesterday... he had always been able to hide the fact that he had these dreams, always.He reached up and ran a soft hand through his bangs, when he realised they were still clumped together from last night. So she had figured it out all based on his hair, another reason to marry this woman.


As she spoek he could only chuckle softly and then look up at her, his hair being brushed away as he did. She was truly amazing, able to figure him out, inside adn out, in only two days. Leanign up up slightly he kissed ehr hand and then spoke.

"Just old memories love, but since you're here it's fine. Just a ngithmare, nothing more."

Junpei could only close his eyes and let her hands run through his hair, laying like this.. he could remain here forever and be happy. Smiling he reached his hand up and cupped her cheek, she was so peaceful like this, just the two of them laying in bed, it was the perfect way to wake up for the rest of his life.

[Phae]

Phae looked down into the eyes of the man she loved and offered him a bright smile. The ones that made her eyes sparkle and the one that made her nose scrunch up in that cute way that always seemed to get a return smile. She continued to run her hands through his hair as he spoke. She nodded understanding he didn't want to talk about it just yet. She leaned down and kissed him on the tip of his nose her loose hair falling around them softly.

She stayed down close to him her hair still hanging around them as she rubbed his nose with hers and smiled. This was the start of another wonderful day with this man and the only thing different was today she was a fiance' instead of a girlfriend. Her eyes glanced down and saw the ring of her hair around his finger and she smiled. For some reason it made her heart flutter. She kissed him on the lips an odd feeling seeing as she was in the opposite direction of his own lips and she bit her lip afterwards.

She pulled her hair to the side letting it fall to her right and she looked down at Jun.

"I love you Jun, my dearest with all my heart and soul." she whispered glowing in the morning sun.

Junpei could only sit bak and take the affection she showered him with, kissing her back and letting the sensation of the angle tingle his lips. Her words had him turning around slightly, sitting up across from her he reached otu and placed his right hand on her cheek, thumb stroking the skin just beneath her eye. Her eyes were so beautiful, sapphire pools that seemed so full of life and energy that at any moment it would flood out and threaten to drown him. His own eyes softened a bnit as he leaned in a pressed his lips to hers, softly yet passionately. He puled back quickly and bit his lower lip, grinning a bit he let the air in his lungs go. The crisp cool air of the morning made his breath leave a soft trail, almost like he was cooled by her kiss.

"Phae, what do you say we go get some breakfast?"

Junpei leaned in again, this time his lips fressed on hers more forefully, his tounge slipping out to entice hers and make her crave him more. He wanted her to get a move on, adn this was the best way for him to do so. Even if they were avoiding goign to fast, Junpei would entice her, making it that mcuh more worth it to wait and let the lust between them build. SUre he was almost always lustful of her, alwasy wanting to feel her bare skin on his, but he had promised he would slow it own, at least physically, for the time being.

Damn him....damn those soft lips...and damn her heart for being so easily swayed...no cancel that....send him to heaven...no better send us to heaven. He knew that she was putty in his hand when those lips touched her like they did everytime he kisssed her. She smiled and decided to give him a little taste of his own medicane.

She moved over and ducked underneath his chin to place one quick nibble and one gentle kiss against the sweet spot there before pulling back. She winked at him knowing he was defensless now as she moved away from him and moving to the closet. Today she pulled down a skirt much like the one she wore on her first day only a deep blue the color of her eyes and a white tank top.

She made a slow and delibratly fun show of getting undressed slowly and folding her pjs and placing them on the bed for tonight. She pulled on her skirt and pulled the tank top down. It was a tight tank top but comfortable to her and made her skin look a bit paler. She ran a brush through her hair and pulled a bit back before slipping on her white tennis shoes. She put her belt on her mid drift showing as she buckled it across her waist it hung loosely over her hip and then she reached up taking her blade carefully and attached it to her belt.

She spun in the room her hand keeping her sword in place her skirt flaring. She laughed...she was so happy..too happy..and she loved it.

"I'm ready. Well now Jun why aren't you dressed aren't you in a hurry to get this show on the road?" she asked walking over to him and kissing him gently holding her sword so it wouldn't swing against him.

[Junpei]

Junpei bit his lip as she leaned under and caght his neck, damn her and her lips. As she gt off the bed he could only turn and watch her walk over to the closet, then she did something that had him wanting to break his own rule and take her right then. She decided to toy with him and strip, slowly. Junpei was putty adn she was a master craftsman, making him do anything she desired. Watching her finish getting dessed he knew he would have to get her back for that, and soon. He got his chance as she kissed him softly. His hands came up to cup her cheeks and he deepened the kiss, his tounge roaming over her lips before he broke the kiss and pulled her forward more. She was almost falling over when he closed his lips on her neck and sucked softly. As he finished he let her go and slippe dup by her, the hickey on her neck still fresh and very noticable with her hair pushed back.

"Sorry hun, I was just thinking of a way to get revenge."

Slipping arodun the bed he grabbed a pair of black jeans, a black t shirt, and his black sneakers. Pulling off his jeans he shook out his hair a bit adn ran his hands through it, causign it to fall back into it's messy style. Slipping on the new jeans and the shirt Junpei sat down on the bed, beginning to lace up his shoes he looked back at Phaedra, grinning.

Phae giggled as she held her hand to the spot where he had sucked on her neck. It was still warm with his breath. She went to the mirror and looked at hit...very visable. She looked at him as if to say 'thanks' and she quickly pushed her hair around to cover it knowing someone would most likely see it if her hair moved even a fraction.

"At least mine wasn't visible." she said with a bright smile that showed that she wasn't in the least bit mad or cross.

She ran the small distance to him and threw her arms around her love holding him tightly. She squeezed him gently so happy.

"If we don't go I won't leave and today is going to be a long day we have your soul to save and I want it done right I won't settle for half Jun only full happy healthy Jun." she said happily clearly excited about the weekend they were going to spend together the weekend they were going to save Jun.

"I love you." she whispered and pulled away gently.

[Junpei]

Junpei could only chuckle as his love spoke of being able to hide the mark. Sure he had just made sure she would have to leave her hair as it was, then again he could always barely brush her hair to the side and notice his little love bite. Smiling as she hugged him and spoke of having an enjoyable weekend he rubbed her back. Her wisper had him grinning againa dn he gave her one last soft kiss before he stood.

"Mmmm and I love you to."

Junpei walked over and opened the door, his small familiar flying to his shoulder. Junpei chuckled a bti as Loish worked his way into the fabric on Junpei's shoulder and sat there.

So Boss, yo went and got engaged huh?

Leave it be Loish.

How can I, now I have to make a link with her.

Do you now?

Yup.

What if we went out and found another Jhereg, one for her.

I would have to kill you Boss.

How do you plan on doing that my small companion?

That's what I thought.

With that Junpei let Phaedra walk out the door, his hand resting on the small of her back as he led her to the cafeteria.

[Phae]

Phae walked with Jun a happy bright smile on her face. She was on the top of the world...universe more like it. She loved the feel of his hand on her back so gentle yet reassuring.

They entered the cafeteria and all the talking seemed to stop as everyone turned to look at the new girl being escorted by Junpei who actually had his arm around her. Murmurrs started immediatly as to if she was his little sister or if he was just being abnormally nice and showing her around campus. Surely he hadn't decided to date the red headed girl that no one had ever seen.

"They are trying to figure out who I am." she said smiling up and Junpei.

They walked to the line and she picked out what she wanted to eat which today was a spicy pasta and some bread along with an iced tea. She walked to the end of the line and waited for Jun. Standing there she noticed the womans name was German and Phae quickly broke out in her native language talking to the woman and laughing in her bright high voice. Her German was fluid as it was her native tongue and it only made the heads turn further as she spoke. She nodded as the conversation ended and she turned to Jun smiling happily and spoke to him.

"We get to eat for free." she said smiling brightly. "She is from my neighborhood and has offered to let us by without paying."

Phae scrunched up her nose in a big smile and told the woman thank you again in German before waiting for Jun to catch up so they could find a table.

[Junpei]

Junpei Taltos could only smile as the heads in the cafeteria turned to him and Phae, not a single soul in here would suspect what had already happened between the two. Chuckling adn shakinghis head Junpei let Phae lead him to the cafeteria line and immediately there afetr he was totally lost. Now he really did look like just someone showing the girl around, being completely lost in the conversation he could only stare and blink, the german words flying over his head completely.

"Ahhh...... ok then."

Loish as well was speachless, that was a first, the little lizard actually not saying something for once. As Phaedra turned and told him what had transpired Junpei could only nod and then turn to the woman, nod again and walk forward. Grabbing some scramble eggs, haskbrows, cantalope, and a nice slice of ham Jnupei turned and followed Phaedra to a table, his eyes roaming over her once as he did. With that sword there it only hightened her features, the long blade making her hips seem to sway all the more.

Sitting down next to her Junpei immediately picked up a peice of cantalope and popped it into his mouth, the sweet fruit tasted delicious, as the food always did here.

[Phae]

Phae sat down next to him and began to eat her pasta she was really quite hungry at the moment but she felt bad having Jun be lost during the whole coversation so she decided to tell him.

"The woman her name is Helga she is from my neighborhood in fact her son was my neighbor til I moved here and she wanted to know how he was as he apparently doesn't call her enough." Phae said smiling up at him. "So I just gave her a brief run through of the two weeks before I left I didn't have much it's not like a talk to him so I told her he was alright and she was very thankful. Next time, I'll speak to where you can understand I'm sorry I didn't think about it."

She looked over at him and lay her head on his shoulder and taking a piece of fruit offering it to him with a smile on her face.

"Truce?" she asked smiling up at him with her sparkling eyes.

It would becoming clear that they were more than related and friends she thought...but she wasn't sure. She really wasn't paying attention to anyone around them she was lost in Jun's eyes once more.

[Junpei]

Smiling at her words Junpei only nodded and accepted the peice of fruit as a truce agreement. He however did get a few weird looks and a few murmurs flew across the room. Junpei ignord them, let them think what they wanted, none of the would be abel to figure out they were sleeping together, much less that they were engaged. Junpei could only laugh at his luck, everyone probably thought Junpei had just been nice to this girl and she was giving him a chance.

"Truce, but I know Japanese, so i'll be sure to get you back one day. How did you learn english anyways? You're a native of Germany, and you were schooled form home, how did you come to be so fluent in english?"

Junpei plopped another piece of fruit inand chewed it quickly, swallowing immediately after.

[Phae]

Phae smiled up at him and went back to eating her breakfast while he asked his next question. It was a good one, she was rather fluent in a few languages but English was her second best one she had worked hard on. She swallowed her current bite of pasta and took a sip of her tea before she answered.

"Yes, I was home schooled but my tutors and my uncle were very strict on my sister and I. I know four languages fluently but German and English are my best. French and Spanish are the next best but still considered fluent in both of those. I would like to learn Japanese but my tutors thought it unnecessary perhaps we could tutor each other." she said happily. "How about you how did you learn English?"

She looked over at the man she loved..her fiance'...her other half and as she was sitting on his left she saw the ring around his finger and blushed smiling brightly remembering their bond and committment made just last night.

[Junpei]

Junpei smiled but laughed at the edn of her staement adn question. How had he learned english. he was born in the United States. He had been raised in Georgia and his mother had taught him Japanese, but he hadn't told her that yet, maybe she still thaught he was from Japan. Laughing he had to lower his head and chuckle.

"Phaedra, I was born in Georgia, USA. I only know Japanese because my mom taught it to me when i was little. Negi doesn't know Japanese because mom was gone before he could get down a basic understadning of it. I'm barely fluet in it myself. Most of my life i've gone to public school or not gone to school at all. I'm pretty much self taught."

Junpei smiled down at her and took a sip of orange juice, he let teh sweet and sharp liquid sldie down his throat and then gulped a bit, he hated pulpy orange juice, but that was all the school served.

[Phae]

Damn...now she looked like a fool...sigh. She winced outwardly as he reminded her where he was born...great...now I feel bad. She thought to herself. She looked up at Jun.

"Sorry, I just forgot truth is I really don't think of you as American." she said setting down her fork. Her eyes became bright yet had that dreamy far away look. "You always seem like you are from some distant magical land. Full of happy perfect people who fall in love quickly."

She gave him one of those fated scrunched up giggles and shrugged her shoulders. She really did feel bad though..forgetting where your fiance' lived before he came to school was bad she went over and over it in her mind trying to commit it to memory so that stupidity never hit her again.

"I'm glad you know it though, Japanese I mean. Gives you a link to your ancestry. Like my blade here she has a name it's Stolz von Wiess which in German means Pride of Wiess which is my family. It's handed down to the eldest which is me." she said happily. "You should teach Negi Japanese I bet that would mean a lot to him you know."

She looked down at her plate but didn't eat anything. She had a funny way of losing her appetite around Junpei. One pale finger of her right hand moved around the rim of the glass where her tea was absentmindedly.

"When do I get to meet Negi?" she asked not looking up.
