Ziare was amazed at the little bug like lights that came down from above flying around her. Eldran looked tired...
"Here something to help." she said.
She hadn't summoned all day except Armenius and that was brief so she gathered her energy around her and summoned Celeste. The little girl was short and dressed in a blue kimono with a purple obi. In her hand was a silver staff. The little girl walked over to Eldran and placed her hands on his arm. Closing her eyes mana and energy flowed into Eldran from Ziare and the little girl.
"A small pick me up." she said smiling.

Eldran sighed in relief at the energy flowing into him and relaxed as a comically relieved expression came onto his face. He became so relaxed that he slid from his chair so fast that when he realized he was sliding out, he scrambled to get back in his chair, he and the chair when tipping over to the side in a heap.
His hair and shirt somewhat rumpled, he got up and started whistling a tune and a nonchalant look and grin on his face, he put everything in his pocket back in their respective places as if nothing had happened and sat back down.
He was still whistling but started looking around as if nothing had happened. "Nice view isn't it?"

Ziare laughed and was about to help him up when he seemed to have it covered on his own.
"It is a wonderful view." she said sighing at the beauty and dismissing her summon.
"Who would have thought a city could be so beautiful." she said. "It's so romantic out here." she said.

Eldran relaxed, and grinned as he fixed his hair and shirt. He then reached into his pocket and put on his glasses. "The view is nice, that's why I try to capture scene in artwork, to have them preserved, because another one like this might never happen again."
His eyes slightly rolled at the word 'romantic'. "I suppose you could call it romantic. I never really have had interest in it."

Ziare sat up...
"No interest in romance? Why ever not?" she asked seriously curious.
She had never had anyone say that. Though admittedly guys were usually less romantic than women still it was odd he never thought or gave any time to it.

Eldran gave a half-serious, half-comical face and shrugged. "I really don't know. I never really gave it any thought. No girl really ever struck my fancy."
He pushed his glasses onto his face. It wasn't really an uncomfortable subject for him. Romance just really hadn't been an issue in his life.

"Well that is a shame truly." she said and a serious look crossed her face.
She looked out over the city and thought about it.
"You know a girl gives it a lot of thought. Well most do I suppose but I think that it's different for guys. But I know you will find someone that grabs you like that." she said reassuringly. "Just don't give up, she's out there."
She lay a hand on Eldran's arm and looked into his eyes.

Eldran grinned and smiled, but he didn't pull away, but didn't blush either. It wasn't like he was empty inside, but at ease.
He was grinning a very wide and wry grin. "I just haven't given it a lot of attention"

Sitting back she smiled.
"Just don't lose hope." she said. "I bet someone out there is just waiting for you."
She looked over the balcony at the city.

Eldran grinned and smiled, shrugged, gave a rueful smile, grinned some more. "It's all right, it can wait, it's no big deal. I can hold off on romance for a while."
He leaned back in his chair, but not to a dangerous point. "Besides, I've got things to do, places to paint and photograph."

"That's true." she said laughing lightly.
'If you occupy your time with a girl then you would have no time for other hobbies." she said laughing. "Even I don't read as much as I used to."
She picked up her book.
"Hence why I was out here today. And then a surprise came along and that went out the window. But no worries it was a good surprise. Friends are the best surprise."

Eldran grinned and leaned forward. "I agree with you there. Friends are the best surprises you can have."
He reached into his bag and pulled out a pen and stack of stickynotes, pulling off a single sheet, he wrote down something, standing up, he reached across the table to give it to her, only to to trip and end up with a partial faceful up stickynotes on his face as the paper, with his home phone and cell number on it, drifted into her lap.
Sputtering, he got up and started to clean himself off.

Ziare smiled and picked up the postie that ended in her lap. She smiled.
"Thanks. These are the first phone numbers I've gotten while here." she said giggling. She pulled a postied off his face. "Mind if I borrow one."
She laughed as she wrote down her own number.
"Afraid I don't have a cell number but this is my room number so you can call me anytime if you want to meet me or hang out or just talk." she said smiling placing it back on his face and laughing.

Eldran just sat there with a resigned look on his face as Ziare put the posted note on his face. There had been dozens on his face a few minutes before, one now wasn't going to make much more of a difference.
Making a somewhat comical pouting face, he blew air, and the note flapped in his breath until it came off into his lap, and he pulled out his cell phone and programmed her number in.
"Well, phlooey," he said spitting the remains of the notes out of his mouth,"those are definetly not going on my lunch menu."

Ziare laughed hard rocking back in her seat.
"Yes, I suppose the adhesive is a bit tough on the digestive system." she said grabbing her stomach in a mock ache.
She couldn't stop laughing it was just way too funny.
