"Oh no anything but, getting on Bella's bad side. If she's anything as bad as Orchid then it'd definantly be a horrible thing. I know cats, they can get so evil when you're on their bad side." He gave a shudder as he felt him suddenly tugged along and led to the cafeteria. Her hand was soft and wonderful to the touch. He shoved that thought to the side though as he looked up and order an alfredo pasta with a side salad and a roll. He also ordered ice tea. Having his meal he walked with Shea to a table and sat down. "The atmosphere here is wonderful."

So in the end he got his pasta and they walked together to go find a table. She sat down next to a window so they could talk and also see the beautiful courtyard where they had met earlier. She opened the styrophome container and let the soup cool a moment. She looked down and chuckled.

"You ask for soup and they see you're thin and they give you stew." she chuckled. "I'm a dancer I'm not supposed to be thick."

She chuckled again and placed a napkin in her lap and began to eat the thick soup. She didn't even need the crackers so she sat them aside and opened her iced tea and placed a straw in it taking a sip as she went back to the stew.

"So Orchid is she your cat from home?" she asked remembering the comment he had made earlier.

"Stew is healthy for you, you need the extra energy." He said in a poor imitation of a matronly voice and gave a smile at her chuckling. He began to eat his pasta enjoying the wonderful taste. These people really knew how to cook. He heard a question about Orchid and finished the bite of noodles he just got and chewed that. Taking a drink of his tea he gave a smile. "Orchid is a he, and yes he's at home since I didn't know pets were allowed in the dorms."

Shea blushed and at her soup. She she had assumed that Orchid was a girl name and now she felt a bit embarassed that she hadn't asked. Well it really didn't matter it wasn't like she had called Darian a she so a cat would most likely get over the whole ordeal rather quickly.

"Sorry, I didn't know. But yeah you should send for him. He would like it here. Bella could keep him company she loves other felines and there's plenty to do even when you are busy." she told him as she continued to eat her stew.

"So what's your family like?" she asked taking a sip of her tea watching him. She liked him a lot. This was different from when she had been attracted to Onira. No this was very different. They were both interested in each other and they were both getting closer. He had already made her laugh several times.

"I'll contact my parents and ask them to send him up h....." He felt a large furry mass brushing up against him the black snow leopard looking up and giving a purr.

"O......"

Really....you know I would come anyways....

"How did you......"

"Wh....."

When you were talking to your sister... The cat gave a feline smile of dominanace. Darian gave a helpless chuckle as the cat turned to look at Shea for a moment.

I approve.

"Meeeeerrrrooow?

Orchid rubbed his head into Shea's hand and Darian chuckled helplessly.

"Well to answer your question it's rather quiet. I lived in a rather large family that trace's it's line far back. My family turns out a number of mages in various fields each of us applied in what we do. I'm the first mage in the last twenty years. We live in the french countryside though my parent's are around they do get busy when they have to entertain visitors. I usually had Orchid around to keep me company."

That's a big cat! Now Shea was pretty used to large cats as Bella turned into one when Shea or Bella decided to have her transform but she didn't stay big all the time which actually was rather nice because sometimes you needed a cute cuddly kitten to curl up with not a monstrous beast.

She watched with a smile on her face as Darian stuttered through a conversation with the cat and she had to chuckle it was cute. Now she saw how it must look when she and Bella went at it. She felt the furred head in her hand and she looked down.

"Hey Orchid." she said and scratched the giant cat behind the ears. "I've heard a few things about you it's nice to meet such a handsome cat."

She listened to his short story about his family as she continued to scratch behind Orchid's ears. She smiled weakly and looked a tad distant as she pet the cat for a few more minutes stroking him gently.

"I know too well what it feels like to be lonely." she said softly and kissed Orchid on the top of the head. "My parents.. well I think I saw them three or four times a year. Always off traveling and when they were home they fought over me. Trying to buy me with gift over the other. I really don't call them mom and dad. I was adopted so .. I really don't have a connection with them. They've always been Patrica and Greg to me. Period."

She shrugged and hugged Orchid.

"I have someone you might like to meet later ol buddy." she said with a chuckle.

"Meeeeeeooowwwww....." Orchid said in an adorable voice as he seemed very pleased with Darian's choice in women. He did catch Bella's scent on Shea's clothing as he enjoyed the attention.

He listened to her brief tale and gave a wince. Those were among the worst parents to have. The kind that always tried to outdo the other and make the neutral party the deciding factor in the ego war. Shaking his head he looked at Orchi who only looked at him purring loudly.

Traitor.

You have no excuse I smelled her feline on you.

I know, I'm very good at it. Still I approve, she called me handsome and she treats a cat well. I suppose I will let you date her. Maybe even let you become her boyfriend.

NOW JUST WAIT A DAMN MINU...

At least I didn't say mate.

"Meowwwww." He said cutely at her voice again.

"So how about we go let them meet?"

She continued scratching the back of Orchid's head and grinned down at him. She ran her fingers deep into his fur massaging the skin that he couldn't reach very well with her fingers.

"You are a cute one." she giggled as he meowed up at her.

She took a last look at her stew not much eaten but she really wasn't very hungry. She finished off her tea and stood giving Orchid one last scratch before she touched her hand to the styrophome cup the other hand to her sapphire earing and froze the stew. She put the top back on it.

"So I can heat it up and eat it later." she said with a deep blush. She threw the trash away and took her styrophome cup into her hands. "Let's go. We could hang out in my room if you want Bella is there and I'm sure we could find something to do."

Cute and handsome she is such a wonderful person. She truly recognizes me for who I am.

"Meeeooowww."[/color] Orchid said to her cutely as he stood up again and went back to Darian's side.

Oh sure now you come back...

The cat gave a feline smirk as Darian nodded and smiled. "Let's go ahead and head there." He left the cafeteria with her, Orchid for once being quiet as he observed the place his massive muscles moving so elegantly and smoothly with each movement. When they reached the elevator the cat simply reared up and pushed the button and walked in ahead of them. Darian chuckled again and punched the button for their dorm floor when Shea was in.

When the elevator doors opened at thier floor she stepped out and lead them to her own door. They were at the end of a long hallway. At her door Bella spoke Shea froze..

Oooo playmate! she exclaimed and Shea chuckled.

He seems really nice.

He better be or else he's getting non of this cat's action. Shea almost burst out laughing right there but she did blush.

Uhhh.. Bel?

Head out of the gutter woman that isn't what I meant!

Sliding the key in the door she slid it open. Inside was a purple room. Deep violet walls shinning silver trim. All her furniture while wood looked metal. The ceiling was a lighter purple. Her bed had black sheets. A purple, black, and silver quilt on her bed and several pillows. Trophies hung on a shelf from her dancing. In one corner by the window stood her easel, her paints, and her art supplies. Her desk had books and two book shelves also carried more books. In the window seat sat Bella.

Transform me, please. she demanded stretching.

Aye aye Captain.

Shea chuckled and held the door open while touching the black stone in the cartlidge of her ear and blinked the small cute white kitten was now a full size panther snow white the same blue eyes but now looked much fiercer.

"Come on in." she said and pulled herself up on her bed taking her shoes off. "Bella will show him how to curl up in the window even when huge. She manages it very well and there is a tree just out the window that will let them out into the courtyard."

She smiled at him and patted the bed next to her. The desk chair could have been an option but currently she had put her most recent painting in it to dry and she wasn't going to move it so he got to sit next to her on the bed.

Darian shook his head at Orchid who simply strolled into the room his tail swishing. Staring at Bella with his feline eyes he streched out delibertly his muscles shifting under the fur. He then strolled over and sat on his haunches occaisonally turning his gaze to Bella. Orchid gave a merow at Bella and began to clean the back of one of his paws. Darian gave a smile at the two cats and then sat down on the edge of her bed looking around at her room.

"Very nice I like the upholstrey has an interesting impression that I like."

He removed his own shoes before pulling himself onto the bed till his back reached the wall.

"The painting looks beautiful."

[Shea]

I think I can handle this one. Have him wrapped around my paw in no time.

She turned and blushed at the compliment on her painting and she nodded. It was a landscape she had done recently of the courtyard just out her window. She'd probably give it away or something. She rarely kept any of her own work. In fact...

She rose quickly and dipping her brush in black ink she picked it up and sighed it with an S followed by a paw print made with her brush. She sat it by the door stepping around the two cats playing on the floor.

"Take it with you when you leave if you like. If you don't I'll just give it to someone else but it would be nice to know it got a good home." she said pulling herself back up on the bed. A bit closer to him then before. About six inches between them all together.

Ooooooo I like this one she's so fiesty....so warm....so cuddly......definantly has the right.....

ORCHID NOT AROUND ME!

The feline gave a sultry chuckle in his mind as he deliberatly pinned Bella from behind and licked her ear completely. His paws comfortably rested on Bella's back and shoulders as he had himself sort of lounged on her. Orchid gave an adorable merow into Bella's ear and Darian shook his head helplessly. Hearing her comment about the painting Darian gave a smile.

"I would be honored to take it. Thanks."

He said this happily as he kissed the back of her hand in his perfunctionary manner but, let his hand continued to hold hers gently.

Think that'll work do ya buddy?

Ahh, Bel? Do ya mind? We're being disgusted.

Oh fine fine!

She bit into his shoulder not enough to draw blood just to shock him as she turned him over and bounded to the window. She nodded her head towards the tree to have him follow and jumped out into the tree so they could go play in peace.

She felt the kiss on her hand and turned her attention back to Darian. She blushed and noticed that he didn't let go of her hand and so she entwined her fingers with his and leaned against him slightly her head on his shoulder as she sat there happily a smile on her face.

"Did you leave a girlfriend back home?" she asked softly as she looked out the window still leaning against him gently.

Ah what a shame.....

Orchid got and leaped onto the window seat and then out the window into the tree. Easily leaping off the tree the cat followed Bella to go play somewhere else. After all it seemed their owner's couldn't handle alittle feline play. Darian felt her circles entwine with his and he squeezed her hand gently and felt her head lead on his shoulder. Tilting his head so it rested against hers he heard her question.

"No I didn't have a girlfriend back home as I always was on the manor grounds."

He shifted until his body was comfortable against hers and gave a small smile.

"But, I am quite content here with you."
