Look who's back (Phae)

[Phae]

Phae didn't notice his reaction to her wardrobe but it wasn't like she had anything else here. She had to go pick up a few things from her dorm later. She would need some things if she was going to stay here for a bit. She may not move back but she was going to stay a few days and see what happened.

Junpei looked a bit nervous when he came and sat next to her pulling her close to him tightly as he stared at the wall. She wondered what was up with him. He asked her what she wanted to do and she wasn't sure either. She felt weird. Almost awkward right now.

"I want to .. stay here for now. In the room. I don't want to go anywhere just yet. But later I'll have to go get some things from my dorm because I can't stay here without some things like my clothes." she told him.

"But as for right now, I want to.. I don't know.. I just.. I just.. want to be in your arms." she said looking away as she looked down slightly.

He pulled her a bit closer and pulled her into his lap more, where she could just stay in his arms for as long as she liked. He wrapped his other arm around her and laid back a bit, allowing her to fall onto him and keep them both comfortable. He now stared at the ceiling which was still half finished. He would fix it whenever she went to class next. For now though he would concentrate on her and making her happy. It was all he could do right now.

"Do you want me to get you some swear pants or something, I need to get dressed myself..."

He gave her a weak smile and slid her off him careful not to pull the shirt up to far. He got up and moved to the dresser. Grabbing a pair of slacks and fresh boxers he tossed Phaedra a pair of black sweat pants an slipped into the bathroom where he changed. Walking back out Phaedra would have to see a bit more toned Junpei, a bit more well defined Junpei as the hot water had finally finished relaxing his muscles. He re-assumed his position next to her and smiled at her.

"My day is yours."

[Phae]

Junpei pulled her up into his lap and lay back. She lay on top of him curled up in a little ball as if the world were no longer there. She could hear his heart beat from within him and she closed her eyes letting the sensations roll over her. Just the relaxing sense of him being there and real his heart beat telling her that he was indeed still there for her.

Soon however, a bit too soon, he got up because he said he wanted to get dressed. He gave her some pants and for a moment she just stared at them. She assumed her lack of clothing must have made him uncomfortable and so she stood when he left the room and slid them on quickly under her shirt. They were too long and so she rolled them up twice and probably looked rather silly. When down she lay down on the bed and put her arms behind her head.

He came out and she looked over. She practically drooled. He was much more fine toned than when he left. She scooted over a bit so he could sit next to her. He told her that his day was hers and she had no idea what she wanted to do aside from not leave and spend it with Junpei.

"How is Negi?" she asked softly as she put her hand down and took one of his entwining their fingers gently.

[Junpei]

Allowing her hand to intertwine with his he leaned over a bit and a series of cracks could be heard as he loosened up his body once more. He was definitely still bit to tightened up from the leave but it would heal over time. He had refused Zandra's help nightly, telling her that only one person could fix this. Now it all fell into place, he had never forgotten her, only his commitment to her.

"He's OK. He was horrible the first two weeks, constantly crying, never eating, sleeping from exhaustion. He only ever really knew Grandpa on a deep level. Mom and Dad died when he as young so he never really knew them. Not the way I did at least."

Pulling her hand up he kissed the back of hr palm and carefully wrapped his arm around her, only unlacing their fingers long enough to wrap around then retake them. Her own arm would lay across her stomach and he leaned in a gently kissed her neck.

"He'll be fine. He says he wants to meet you though. Kept on joking no one would ever be good enough for his big brother. I know he was wrong though, don't worry, he'll love you after five minutes."

Smiling a bit more warmly he puled her back to him and let her rest against him.

"I missed you."

he hadn't said that yet, hadn't told her he had indeed missed her. Only said that he was sorry.

Phae felt him softly kiss the back of her hand. She smiled softly as he turned and lay beside her wrapping his arm around her and holding her hand still like before. He began to talk of Negi and she smiled. She had not yet met the boy but she really wanted to.

"I'd like to meet Negi. I know we were going to when we went to Berlin that time but we got called back." she whispered softly.

He pulled her even closer and kissed her neck. She closed her eyes softly and let him hug her to him. He said something, however, that made her eyes shoot open. He missed her. He really had missed her. She turned around in his arms to face him and she cupped his cheek as she lay in the bed next to him.

"Jun, I missed you so much it hurt. I felt like part of me was gone." she whispered softly.

Her hand continued to stroke his cheek though. Her hand went up and through his soft wet hair as she looked into his pale gray eyes. It felt nice being with him here again. Just feeling his arms around her seeing his face, and hearing his words.

"Phoebe and Xer got back together, during the mission." she whispered softly her eyes never leaving his.

He leaned in closer, hearing her whisper that Xer and Phoe had gotten back together. The first thought that flashed threw his mind was 'About time' which was quickly followed by an increasing urge to kiss Phaedra. His heart raced again for the first time in a month, his lips tingled as he got closer to her. She was perfect, why had he left? God he couldn't stand it.

He pulled her closer and pressed his lips to hers and a loving and passionate kiss. He didn't let her go once, never again would he let go even if it killed him. She was everything to him and it took him messing it up twice to realize it. One would think he would be smarter but love had blinded him. Yes, pure love was something that was rare and uncontrollable. Yet here Junpei was, married at 17, to the most amazing woman he would ever know.

Breaking the kiss few seconds later he stared back into those familiar blue eyes and smiled softly, reaching up he stroked her back a few times and just kept that same smile on his face the one that told her he was happy, truly happy when he was with her.

"Could you possibly forgive a fool?"

Phae's eyes opened wide as he pressed his lips to hers. But she kissed him back. Closing her eyes she slipped back into herself and kissed him back her heart racing and her body coming alive under the attention of his lips. She held back a moan as the kiss broke and she opened her eyes again.

That had nearly been magical. Her entire body seemed alive suddenly. She looked into his eyes as he stroked her back. He asked her to forgive him again and she closed her eyes her red lashes laying on her pale cheek.

"I do. I forgive you but I haven't forgotten and I never will. I may have forgiven you but that doesn't mean my trust has been reestablished. I won't lie to you Junpei. It won't be easy. But I'm giving you a chance which is honestly more than I ever thought I would give you. So bear with me." she said softly.

"Junpei is there anything you would like to do with me today?" she asked softly.

He nodded as she spoke, he understood. It would take lots of time and a lot o his end. He would be here though. He wouldn't leave for the world now, or if he was FORCED to he would take her with him. From now on it was the two of them and no one else as far as he was concerned. He was happy finally, finally he had found what he needed in life and all it was was Phaedra.

"Anything to make you happy Phaedra. My recommendation however, is to just lay here all day and est. I missed you so much."

He pulled her into a tight hug and didn't let go, as if she was, in that instant, the only thing keeping him alive.

"I love you Phaedra."

[Phae]

Phae felt him pull her tightly and he told her that he loved her. And that was it. She cried into his chest. Holding him for all the world to her as she wept softly into his chest. She clung to him softly yet urgently as she wept softly. Her tears running down his bare chest.

"Don't leave me again. Please.. I can't take it. I won't survive." she whispered softly.

All she could do was hold onto him like her life line. Her hands ran over his back trying to hold onto something she just couldn't let go. She didn't know what was wrong with her. She just clung to him and nuzzled into his chest.

"I'm not going anywhere, I belong to you now, no leaving unless you say so."

Junpei smiled softly and held her back, softly stroking her hair he let his eyes slip closed and nuzzled into her hair as she did his chest. For the longest time he stayed like that, nuzzled up in her sweet smelling auburn locks. That red hair that could be fiery red or soft as an autumn leaf. Every part of her body drove him wild and now that she was even more sculpted and refined. They bother were actually, giving them a much more physical attraction. He had seen that look in her eyes earlier.

"You know, it's been a full month since I did anything even remotely fun, got any ideas?"

[Phae]

Phae chuckled softly when he told her that he hadn't had any fun in a month. She closed her eyes for a moment and tried to think of what they could do here. She nuzzled into him gently and held herself close. This felt so normal.

"What if we got a movie and popcorn? Or if you wanted we could go out tonight on the city. Perhaps dinner and dancing or we could dance here. I could go get my things and bring my stereo with me." she said softly thinking. "You missed prom you know. I went.. but I didn't get to dance or anything." she said.

Prom had been interesting. She had spent a lot of money on her dress and then they didn't even get to dance. But it was over and the dress still hung in her closet. Not like she would really need it again but just in the event she had it. So now she lay quietly in Junpei's muscular arms her eyes closed as she listened to his heart beat. She would wait for him to make a decision.

[Junpei]

Smiling as she spoke a few ideas ran threw his head. They had a TV and video/DVD player in here now. He could move it to the foot of the bed and they could watch a movie in bed and just relax all night eating popcorn and staying together.

Then again the idea of a night on the town with dinner and dancing sounded good to. Although the last club they had gone to they had almost had sex on the dance floor, that was also months ago and a LONG time before he broke her trust. However a night on the town didn't appeal next to the thought of a quiet night at home.

The best thought he had though came when she mentioned that he had missed prom and she had not gotten to dance at all. A smile grin came to his lips and he pulled her a bit tighter, allowing her body to press to his bare chest more fully.

"How about, we watch a movie, then go have lunch, then come back for another movie, and finally... why don't we just dance right here. I missed prom, I'd like to at least give you one dance Phaedra."

Rubbing her back softly he kissed her forehead and sighed softly, it was falling back into place, at least on the surface for now. The trust part would never fully heal he suppose, but it would mend and become stronger, until one day she wouldn't worry quite as much as she did now.

[Phae]

His arms held her closer. She was smished against his body and she didn't mind at the very least. She smiled softly against his chest as he stroked her back and her hair at the same time. Her eyes closed as she let the calming sensations run over her. He took a few moments to decide what he wanted to do tonight. All she really wanted to do was spend time with him.

He made his decision and she liked it immediatly. She pulled back slighly as she cupped his cheek and ran her thumb across his cheek gently.

"That sounds like a wonderful idea. I just don't want to have to leave just yet. I want to be here with you and spend time together. It's been much too long." she said softly.

Reaching forward she kissed him on the lips gently and softly her eyes closing and her pale red lashes laying on her cheeks. For a moment she just held the soft kiss before she pulled back opening her blue eyes to look at him once more.

"What movie do you want to watch first?" she asked softly staying as close to him as possible.

Junpei returned the soft kiss with his own. She was opening to him again, allowing him to be more intimate with her again. Slow and steady, it was the best way to come at this, allow her to open up to him again. Smiling against the kiss a bit as she drew back he would catch her lip for a second and wink at her. He was becoming playful again, understanding that if he was himself it would help most.

Thinking carefully about her question he came to one conclusion, he had no idea what he wanted to watch. He hadn't really been a big movie person, ever. He preferred his magic, which he could experiment with and find new ways to use it. Movies just seemed dull when he could have a flame of black fire dancing on his fingers.

"Why don't you choose, I honestly have no idea WHAT to watch. I'm not a movie person, although never watching a movie would be a tip wouldn't it?"

He said giving her a hug and nuzzling her hair.

Phae chuckled. Come to think of it. They had never watched a movie together. She hadn't ever really realized it and she smiled now thinking that it was true. But if he had never seen or rarely to be truthfully seen a movie then he wouldn't have any even if he did have a dvd player. She chuckled and looked up into his eyes for a moment.

"Guess I'll have to go get my things from my room now, for staying here for a while. I'll get some movies too because you probably don't have any. Honestly Jun, you're so funny sometimes." she said softly.

She kissed his forehead gently. That kiss a moment ago nearly stopped her heart. It was so like Junpei to bit her lip like that when he pulled away from her. She got up gently and stretched cutely.

"I guess I'll be right back then. Be ready for me when I return." she chuckled as she scooted out the door to go get some things and movies.
